Very kind, patient and professional. Excellent work even with my challenging puppy (he's tangle prone, extra curious, and bad separation anxiety). I love taking my dog here and have been very happy with the result.

My dog hates having her nails trimmed and a lot of places don't let me be there with her to keep her calm and relaxed. She's an 80lb GSD so other places have said she's hard to work on , the ladies I worked with were great and allowing me to be next to her made it a lot easier. Good prices too.

They have everything you need for self service. I don't even have to worry about a towel. They have nice towels for the dogs, ear care, nail clippers, tooth brushes and paste, plus all the grooming supplies you need. And it's not expensive at all. I love taking my pet here. She gets a free cookie at the end of her shower. You can't beat that!

Good place to self-wash your dog. Always very clean and the people are nice. Even though they have a lot of dogs in there, it doesn't stink.

I take my dog wildfire (wifi) here and get the full body mohawk and wash, she loves it!

They have been grooming my miniature poodle for 4 years and they do a great job with a teddy bear cut. We drop Furby off and he is ready an hour and a half later. Furby is almost 15 and blind but I know he is in good hands when I leave him there. I definitely recommend Cute Cuts

Cute little hole in the wall. Fur baby needed a wash and the shower at home doesn't have a long enough hose to reach all the way down to the toes. Didn't want to deal with the clean up either so took him here. People were friendly, explained things well and everything was pretty much provided. Shampoo, towels, blow dryer (if you can get your dog to like it). Brushes for the furry guys and a tooth brush. The only thing I'd probably say something about is that the water was a little hot and the parking kinda sucks. But other than that it was pretty cool they have a stamp card for the visits. I think the 6/7th wash is free.

We love Cute Cuts because our dog always looks great when she gets done! It's easy to make an appointment and they keep her style written down so I don't have to tell them each time how to have her groomed. Great staff, great price, and overall great service.

They do a great job grooming my golden doodle! It takes 2.5-3 hours and it is not cheap, but it is worth it. I also love their self service dog wash. The raised tubs are easy on my back and they supply you with everything you need!

Took my dog Chloe to get groomed she's an anxious dog when it comes to grooming I had tried 2 separate places before this one with no results she was crying so loud that the groomers turned her down for grooming. I came here based on reviews and she did cry so loud I thought they would turn us away but no the groomer td me to leave her and go, so I did and her grooming sesh turned out great will definitely be back again she looked beautiful

We took our two furbabies in for their second visit this week. Only one dog was groomed due to one “not wanting” a haircut. There wasn’t any explanation and at that point I just kept my mouth shut knowing that I was going to need another groomer no matter what so I didn’t ask. He is an anxious schnauzer who does require a muzzle when needed until he develops a relationship with the groomer. This was probably his 7th or 8th groomer due to us moving and his first incomplete haircut in his 10 yr lifespan. Upon picking him up he acted odd and ashamed for the next day. Unsure what all went down, it would have been great to have been explained what happened or given a report card or feedback like every other groomer we have visited does. He was abused prior to us adopting him, unsure if he had a male or new groomer that unsettled him or what. I’m sure he misbehaved in some capacity but some communication or feedback would have been appreciated. I wouldn’t recommend for anxious dogs.

We went in for a quick self groom on our 6 month old large puppy. She is a saint Berdoodle so has the typical long wavy hair that needs daily brushing. She was in need of a good brush out so thought it would be quick and easy to get her on a table and give a quick brush out. Well I think this salon was put together with everything they had in their backyard including an old tub. One of the two tables is completely unstable and the other table is handmade which is sturdy but the bar is so low and not adjustable. Sadly I forgot our own brushes. The only brush that would be suitably for doodle hair was rusty and small. But I was forced to use it. We hurried up and got all combed out in about 10min. Here is the only positive thing I have to say, the groomer said to me “if that’s all you did then no charge”. While I was looking for cash to tip her she the said “ is that a Saint Bernard poodle?” Me “yes” groomer “ I don’t know why they would ever do that” !! What??? If you have a dislike for doodles then your in the wrong business. If you don’t like my mix of dog then keep it to yourself. I would have never been back anyways because of the condition of this salon but she most definitely made it 100% never coming back and telling all doodle owners to take your pup somewhere else.

Horrible service and haircuts. Took way to long for a awful haircut, definitely not worth the price.

Polite, friendly, helpful staff. They have everything I needed, including raised shower stall for my Labrador so I didn't have to lean over. The only thing that I would want to see added is some mats on the floors — the laminate floors are a bit slippery for wet dogs.

There is a reason this shop is busy. They keep it clean, they are friendly, they seem patient with our dogs, and they have nice equipment. We don't always get the cut on our yorkie/Pom we hoped for though. Next time I will bring a photo of what I want

I've been bringing my fur baby for grooming at Cute Cuts since he was a puppy. That was 10 years ago.

Of the local DIY options, this shop is head and shoulders above the rest. The tubs are well maintained, have lots of hot water, everything is CLEAN and all the equipment works. I have been using self-wash places for the last six years for my bearded collies, whippet and Havanese. They are all kept in show coat, so I do a LOT of bathing and in winter, use a self-wash rather than my outdoor tub. Every time I have used Cute Cuts, it's been a good experience. Unlike other sites, it's uniformly clean and welcoming. HIGHLY recommend this shop for self-wash.
