Your Passionate Groomer is the best groomer in the Portland/Beaverton area, hands-down, period. Andrew and his employees are excellent with dogs and excellent at grooming. They welcomed my groom-resistant dog and took care of him so well, he's actually starting to like having a bath and his nails clipped. I cannot recommend a better groomer for your dog!

We have a black husky mix that doesn't blow coat, so I prefer to get him shaved in the early summer at least once. He can be dog reactive so I worry about places like PetSmart that groom in a large, multi-dog space. Even though the initial estimate from Passionate Groomer was slightly higher than the PetSmart automated estimate, it turned out to be almost the same price - and my dog got groomed right outside my door, in a one on one space with no other animals to stress him out. They were able to schedule me within a few weeks of contacting them, kept me up to date on any scheduling changes, and billed extremely fairly. I would recommend them without any reservations at all!

Wow, amazing experience! Highly recommend our groomer, Christina! Adam was easy to work with to get a clear and upfront quote, plus setting up an appointment via text was quick. I’ve never seen my dog so happy after getting a bath and close cut! Plus, she smells clean and natural! There’s no strong artificial shampoo or chemical smell like we’ve experienced from other groomers!

These guys are the best!!! We really needed our German Shepherd groomed after we had taken a long road trip - (she's about 80-90lbs) and they had no issues. She was groomed perfectly and love how clean her coat and skin is!!! Christina helped out our giant and thank you guys so much!!

I can’t say enough about the groomer and the owner. I feel like family. They take the utmost care of our Oliver. Christina does such a wonderful job. I asked her to leave it a little longer on his face and it is PERFECT! Olli is feeling pretty handsome and comes in SO HAPPY! He runs around the house and bounces off of everything lol. From scheduling to post-grooming check ins, this was absolutely the most amazing experience I’ve ever had with any grooming service. I couldn’t be more grateful to Adam for being so communicative and thoughtful, and Christina for providing a compassionate, kind, safe and comfortable experience for my two babies. I have a 13 y.o mini poodle and 5 y.o terrier mix, both little balls of anxiety. In particular my little poodle, she’s been manhandled, hurt, and traumatized by so many groomers that I was terrified at the thought of subjecting her to more trauma. Christina took such good care of her, and it was evident with how calm and happy she was after getting groomed. There were no nicks even though she’s a squirmy, lumpy bumpy old girl, nor any evidence of soreness or pain in her arthritic hips. Likewise with my terrier, she’s so scared of new people (masculine humans in particular, Adam took that into consideration during scheduling), and Christina took the time to get acquainted and walk her around the cul de sac before trimming her nails and she came back to me happy and not at all stressed. I am over the moon, and will be using Your Passionate Groomer for all future grooming needs. Thank you so much, from the bottom of my heart ❤️

Christina did an amazing job taking care of our dog Tom! He has always been afraid of grooming to the point where Petsmart sent him home halfway through each time we tried. Christina was so sweet with him, everything was done wonderfully! Highly recommend their services to anyone who has a dog that struggles with grooming. Adam was so quick to respond to my request for an appointment, even got my old Lexi dog in the same day due to a cancellation!! Christy did a wonderful job Grooming my elderly Lexi dog, she was so gentle and kind!! Last summer Pet Smart stopped grooming her halfway through because she had trouble standing up!!! My 7 year old rescue dog. Never had been groomed or bathed. Adam spent 3 hours working with a rescue who didn’t trust, was very nervous. Let alone 3 hours of cutting, grooming and bathing. It was amazing. It changed her after that. Cannot tell you exactly how but she found some confidence I think. Love them.

Our three dogs took to Adam immediately. I wish I could say they were all perfectly behaved (they weren’t), but Adam is a man of great patience, along with a high degree of skill. He and his wife, Marina, have set up a truly effective and sustainable business model, so we know they’re in it for the long haul.
