Ollie, our Australian Labradoodle, is excited to see Ashley every single time. We've been taking Ollie to see Ashley since he was a little over 8 weeks and he is now 6 months old. He actually extends his paw to get his nails done. Ashley has been incredibly patient, caring, and knowledgeable about grooming, behavior, and diet. I truly cannot recommend Ashley highly enough - she is a rockstar!

Don't come here unless you want to catch covid. The girl at the front was sick, blowing her nose every 30 seconds. Absolutely disgusting business. Edit- You shouldn't have sick employees working in this climate, the employee is not disgusting, it is however disgusting that they are working. You're putting everyone at risk. Take care.

1:30 on a Thursday afternoon 11/11/21. walked in and there were 2 people behind the counter talking. Neither the guy or the gal acknowledged me with a hello, can I answer and questions or help you find anything? Not a single person in the store but them and myself. They didn't even make eye contact. Pretty unprofessional.... I promptly left and went to Mudbay where there are actually happy to have customers walk in the front door. Sad thing is Nature's Pet had what I needed and pricing was good... but.. customer service makes a difference! They didn't even say thank you for coming in when I left. Lost a customer.

Always come to get bones for the dog and dried minnows for the cats. Everyone is very happy when we come home from Natures Pet.

Mirinda is our groomer at Nature's Pet. My dog Happy and I love Mirinda. She has groomed my dogs for 11 years. She is kind, has a magic way with dogs, and they always look perfect!

This was my first time in there and I loved it. Immediately I was asked if I needed help and then when I said I was just growing, I was left alone. He didn’t proceed to follow me around and hassle me. It was nice. After looking around for a bit I went to check out and asked some questions and the woman who rang me up was so polite and it was easy to talk to her. She gave me some recommendations and answered all questions I had. I definitely had a great experience and plan on going back to get more treats for my dog, cat, and fish.

I have a very large great pyrenees and they always treat him so well. He sheds endlessly and leaves the salon looking so much better. I'm so appreciative of how hard they work and how well they treat our boy.

The owner and staff are always kind, knowledgeable and helpful. Some of the pricing is lower than Petco! Sometimes have trouble finding the product I’m looking for due to it being a smaller store, but well stocked on the brands they do carry.

I've brought my shitzu there for several months now for grooming. I love my groomer Kristen she's a wonderful young lady. Referred me to a new vet for Bruno and I am so appreciative. Does a great job.. The rest of the staff are very very helpful. Love this place
