Just what I need for my babies...and their prices are impriving...

Acana and Tiki dog have liver so if your dog is anemic these are great

Great little store for basics and unique stuff you didn't know you might need. Sad they can't order specific item for the store per customer request so the customer can avoid monthly online orders.

Most times I shop, there are never enough employees. Please hire more help! They seem rushed and not attentive.

We bought a baby kitten to add to our family

Tried to buy feeder goldfish but the store wouldn't sell them because they were supposedly sick. I explained to them that I'm feeding marine fish but they still wouldn't sell them. This only illustrates how little they truly know about fish keeping, as diseases do not transfer between marine and fresh water. I have never seen a tank of feeder goldfish that is completely healthy in 45 years of keeping aquariums.

Charged $40 for a puppy cut and only trimmed the ears and feet. Trimmed nails. Shampoo was beet strong smelling.

Everybody here treats you right and make sure you get everything you need to keep your pets healthy

It's a pet store. But not really. More like a pet food and accessories store. Not many pets, like in the 70's.

They were extremely kind and I got 2 fish!

I will never be going back. A mentally ill green haired woman accosted me and my dog. She came up behind us and when my dog sniffed her dog she absolutely freaked out, made a huge scene, cussed me out like crazy and a manager had to come over. I'm posting a picture so you can know to stay away from her. She is completely unhinged!

3 hours later my small shizu was done. One groomer with a trainee. She was cut to short after we discussed what I wanted. Didnt get a good bath came home with dirt on her face and uneven hair cut.will never go again

This is a small Petco but they had some things for our dog. Nice customer service.

They have a large selection and nice people

It was ok. A bit cluttered-kind of normal for petco. Always pricey. Also a bit smelly which caused me not to use the one at home in Dallas, TX

Staff needs more experience grooming dogs but nice place otherwise

Took our dogs in for grooming appointment: husky mix & yorkie: told them that they both needed short haircuts. When we picked them up they were both shaved! I am so upset and mad! We never said we wanted them shaved down! I could have done that myself, and probably a better job! Never will take my poor dogs there again!

I really wanted to love this place. We go there for fish and live plants for our tanks. We have purchased 5 fish over the last year and every single fish had ICK. I took a risk and went and purchased a algae eating fish and guess what- infected my whole tank and now my expensive fish are very sick! I will no longer be going here and I do not recommend them to anyone. Save yourself the hassle and try another pet shop here in gp or take the trip to Medford.

Nice staff and reasonable prices

When I go their I mainly go to the fish area and from what I see they treat their fish with great care and try to keep them healthy. Their customer service is also very nice and friendly. They have lots of options for filters and heaters but they don't have a very good selection of fresh water plants.

This store is obviously managed really we'll, as the shelves are always full and the people are super knowledgable & friendly.

Very welcoming helpful when it comes to finding things for younger animals and pleasant stuff.
