First off I like to say, Thank you Dr. Webster! I have been bringing my Rottwieler’s to his clinic for a little over 10 years now. The staff and technicians have always been very professional and respectful. Whenever I’ve had a standard appointment or an emergency, I have never been turned away or refused service. I won’t take my Rottwieler’s too any other vets. Dr Webster cares so much for the animals that are brought to him that I have seen him go out of his way and waive some fees for his customers. And for the snowflakes that want to complain, remember your not the vet so I would shut up and listen to what dr Webster has to say, or go to vet school so you can treat your animals since you all seem to know better than the VET himself!!! Thank you Dr. Webster you will always have a life long friend and loyal customer with me and my Rottie’s. Chris Asaro

Amazing Dr.Webster is the only veterinarian I'll be going too! No one would take a new client but they managed to fit me in within a few weeks! He checked out my fur baby (21 years old going strong) for a exam and listened to my concerns. Addressing what needed to be addressed. He even went over the medication labels with me! The assistants were so sweet holding her with care and loving on her. She was so happy there!

I have never experienced such a rude unprofessional vet. Yelling at his staff, throwing his hands up at me and walking away because I wanted to wait on a prescription, interrupting me when I tried to ask a question told me to “go home and google it”. The front desk ladies were nice but I will never return. Don’t waste your time here.

Does not take new patients. Should be removed from list of emergency clinics

Very impressed with the personal attention given to my pup and how thorough the care is at Animal Hospital of GP!

The Vet and his assistant were amazing and very comforting to our little senior pup, myself and my husband. They were kind and gave us as much time as we needed to say our final goodbye to our little senior. They allowed my pup to sit in my lap and keep her close to me while administering the medication to allow her to fall asleep peacefully. I really appreciate the profession yet comforting way they handled the very tough decision I had to make.

Dr. Webster has a big heart, he and his staff went above and beyond for my dog. I'm so thankful for this vet. He saved my dog's life, and I will forever recommend him!!

It was easy to schedule for a wellness visit and vaccination for our cat and I felt like our concerns were listened to and checked out during the visit. Very affordable care. I really recommend.

I brought my beloved Maya Squiggle in for a tooth cleaning and extraction. I was (unfortunately) pressed for time upon arrival but the ladies working were understanding and made the check-in process quick. I requested for the vet to contact me once he learned the number of extractions needed and the expected time/cost — I appreciate that he did just that. This clinic did a wonderful job caring for my three-legged companion. Thank you Dr Webster and team!!

I've gone to this veterinarian office multiple times due to its proximity to my home, but enough is enough. Every experience I've had here was sub-par. My first experience involved a male veterinarian who avoided all eye contact, only referred to my pet as "dog", patted my fur baby awkwardly on the head one time, and proceeded to administer her vaccinations with a very shakey hand. I have never witnessed my dog so uncomfortable or terrified at a vet's office before. Another experience of mine was with a female veterinarian, who told me she would have to do some "google searches" in order to give me an answer to my entire reason for the vet visit, and that she would call me back after she had finished her research. She told me many times about how inexperienced she is with lyme disease in dogs and didn't know how to proceed. Then she recommended a lyme vaccine, before testing my dog for exposure. I never received a call back.

Brought my pup in because he was violently ill, the vet was rude and recommended we go elsewhere. After a week of treating him at home, I called back for recommendations for food because my pup is literally starving himself to death and they still have not called me back. Long story short I went to the vet seeking help and have gotten zilch. Thanks.

As a new patient, I called for a check-up on my cats and they were able to get me in the following week. Even with Covid restrictions requiring me to stay in my car while they checked us in and took each cat in, I was impressed with how friendly and efficient they were. Both of my cats were well taken care of and we will be using the Animal Hospital for future check-ups!

The male veterinarian was extremely unprofessional, wearing incorrect PPE including basketball shorts and a dirty scrub top. He also aggressively handled my extremely obedient male German Shepherd, coming outside of the clinic and telling me how he was a poorly behaved dog which is very false. I have NEVER had anyone tell me this before, and he has never behaved incorrectly at the vet office. Male doctor seemed hung over, belligerent, and on a short fuse. Check in process is unorganized and unprofessional in regards to COVID policy. One of the vet techs stood over the top of me through the car window while I was filling out paperwork. Don’t waste your time here!!! ANY other vet office is better than this one. Coming from Kansas, this was my first time going to this office and the worst vet experience I’ve ever witnessed!

Knowing that a veterinaran and her or his staff are dealing with people as much as animals, to encounter a vet like Randy Webster and the Animal Hospital of Grants Pass is more than just a lucky strike. When we first found him, we had a baby goat with a broken leg that had already contracted. Randy Webster's response: "I like fixing animals." Our review could end here because little can be added to that confession. But let me add this: Contrary to some of his colleagues, Randy will not upsell you. What it boils down to is relationship, the true ingredient of care.

Every time I need to make an apt for my dog I have to get a new Vet for her. Idk why they can't keep a Vet on but it can be frustrating.

My dog's vet was in Talent, so I wanted to take her somewhere closer to home. I called around GP for months trying to choose one. The lady I spoke with on the phone was so pleasant, that I chose this clinic. She was able to schedule our first appointment within two days. They came to our car immediately to greet us and get us started on paperwork. My dog has extreme separation anxiety (She was a rescue and had been severely neglected). I expected her to be panicked from going in without me. Not the case at all. She happily went inside with the tech and came back out smiling and calm. She had two boosters and a full exam, but was in such good spirits afterwards, she got the zoomies! We made a joke about the extra "happy shot" they must have given to her. Dr came out and went over everything thoroughly. He was kind, professional, and seemed to have taken good care of my baby. Also, the cost of the visit was less than I had anticipated. Thank you!!

This place is horrible, I've been to about a dozen vets in my lifetime, it is not routinely necessary to restrain dogs to the point that you need a sign to inform owners that they are not to get involved when the staff begins their restraing/muzzling. Muzzling is at most an occasional occurance at normal vets. My dog is a well behaved, non-aggressive purebred that became agitated after being jerked violently and muzzled, he peed all over himself he was so afraid. Their energy and techniques no doubt put many normal dogs on edge and afraid. They also recommended a surgery for a minor cut, to which I can only ask, what would you be doing? Cutting it even further? t's a quarter inch gash on the lower rear leg, probably from scraping on a stick. I can't stress how often active dogs get scrapes, far worse even. Also, anyone remotely aware of basic fish keeping would not stock an aquarium that densely, it's beyond comprehension to think that this place functions as it does.

I am not happy with this clinic. They misdiagnosed our dog. Their diagnosis causes emotional pain to our family. Luckily we did not listen to him and found 2nd opinion. Do not bring your animals here.

I have been taking my cats to this facility for 3 years and up until today, I have been very pleased with the care. Dr. Webster was very rude, condescending while bragging about his 35 plus years experience. He was also very thorough in his examination, so I will continue to use this facility. Perhaps he was having a bad day or I rubbed him the wrong way. In addition, he was disparaging to the other vet in the office, which I thought was unprofessional. The support staff has always been excellent here. Perhaps Dr. Webster could use some tips on his people skills.

My dear sister who is of simple mind found a wounded cat in the road. She took it to this animal hospital and they had the nerve to charge her $140.00 to euthanize a cat that didn't even belong to her. Part of the charge was for cremation. …

I have always loved this office! Everyone is super nice and accomodating. We recently brought in a our second dog to establish care, and Dr. Joseph did such a good job at explaining things clearly and presenting options that make sense. I feel like both my dogs are in very good care here.

It was kind of an emergency. They were the only hospital that answered the phone even though it was during regular business hours. The doctor (Joseph) saw my cat right away and provided the care I requested. Friendly staff during a stressful time.

My dog suffered a large cut on his side and Animal Hospital of Grant's Pass made room to see him when no one else would. The staff were very friendly and professional. My dog needed 8 stitches and once they removed I couldnt believe how little of a scar was left. Best Vet I've been to in Southern Oregon and highly recommend!

Dr Webster is awesome. The staff are awesome as well. Shanon and Misty plus all the staff are helpful and love your pets. Our dachshund Mia has been seeing Dr Webster since we moved to GP in 2013. He is very caring and absolutely wants to do the best for your pet. We have had dachshunds for over 40 years and seen vets all over the western United States Dr Webster is very reasonable and just wants to do what’s best for your pet. Mia has had some health issues over the years and for one illness in particular, Dr Webster had me email him every day with any changes we saw with Mia. He cares!! I have no idea why anyone would leave negative feedback because we see how he interacts with not only Mia, but with other pets and owners. Dr Webster has done so much to work with people who struggled to deal with the costs of care for people’s pets and to see that they are so ungrateful as to write a negative review is just upsetting. We highly recommend Grants Pass Animal Hospital to anyone new to the area or just new to having a pet. Please bring your pet to Grants Pass Animal Hospital. You will find doctors and staff who really care about your pet’s health and your connection to your pet!!
