They have an amazing lady who helps this animal hospice and end of life services. Thank you for everything ❤

Went here based on the reviews and man was that a mistake. Every appointment we had they were way late for even though they were supposedly the first appointments in the morning. If you expect them to be anywhere near on time good luck. Now with Covid you have to call in when you get there which is fine but they leave their phone line off so you cant call in. Waited 30 min past their opening time, twice now, and still couldn’t call them and don’t even think about trying to open the door and ask. You get greeted with a rude attitude right when you open the door. Was trying to tell her we still cant call in and she didn’t want to hear it just kept saying I need to call to check in. Guess that’s what you get for being a responsible pet owner and trying to get your animals fixed. No wonder people don’t get their animals fixed in this town if this is what the vets do here.

This veterinarian place has some really good Doctors. I even like the way u come for the appointment, u wait in ur car. Less stress on ur pet & ur self. They come out to ur car after u ck. In.

Since I've had my very first dog I have always used Riverside Park as my Veterinarian, and have always been pleased with their services. Their prices are reasonable, and they have always been so great with getting me in last minute for foxtail removals. I feel comfortable leaving my dogs with them, the staff treat them so well and even washed my dogs blanket for her after her surgery and sent me a picture of her! Our animals are so important to us but it is important to remember that places are going to be short handed from time to time, but they are truly trying their hardest to take care of our pets needs despite being a few hands short, and they are doing a good job at it. Over all they are a great choice for a veterinarian.

I have been taking my pets here for a few years now and they are very friendly and my pets are well taken care of.

I honestly just feel sorry for them. Their lack of organization and the absolute chaos that they exhibit is not normal and should not be normalized for veterinary care. I certainly wouldn't want to work for a place that is like that and If I was treated the same way when I went to the doctor I wouldn't go. If you want to have a successful buisness you admit to and correct your mistakes. I hope they find more help and get a better system for seeing pets because whatever they are doing now isn't working and is detrimental to their buisness model and to the health of the animals they see.

Always busy even 8 years ago when u took my dog there. This review has nothing to do with the pandemic. Busy. Always puts clients on hold when answering calls. Late for appts

They are a very friendly and caring crew! They kept me informed on my baby's progress during pre surgery and post. Wonderful!
