Osburn veterinary clinic in Florence, turned away a sick and dying dog because they said they don't see "sick dogs." Yes this person had an appointment. The person was told to drive an hour and a half to the emergency vet clinic in Eugene. The dog was in a lot of pain, and was barely able to move. They could have at least stabilized the dog, or giving him something for the pain. I thought that veterinarians took a similar oath to human Drs "to do no harm". Guess I was wrong. There's so much wrong in this world, you'd think in a small town you could find a little compassion and kindness. But not even for the love of dogs. The dog ended up having to be put to sleep by the Osburn veterinary clinic in Reedsport after his trip to Eugene. The Florence clinic still refused to see him even just to put him out of his misery.

Always a great experience here, my old girl always feels welcomed and gets lots of love and treats. And don't forget the top notch care♥️

We are very picky about the care for our fur babies. And we've been very lucky yet once again with osburn vet. Very nice people who were on the floor with our babies, loving on them, belly rubs and treats! Their prices are very reseasonable, the service priceless! ♡♡

It was the most unprofessional visit to a veterinarian I've ever experienced waited weeks to even comment on this place I was so shocked at how bad this place was.. it was so terrible only reason this place could possibly still be in business is its a small town and due to covid vets being backed up etc this place oh wow ..I'm not as small minded or on an ego trip like the vet that treated my dog or I'd mention her name but I never had to mention her name at an event I was at I talked with hundreds of people 2 weekends in a row all I did was mention the name of clinic and everyone KNOWS HER NAME big surprise it was synonymous with rude unprofessional behavior un becoming of anyone let alone someone supposedly in a professional job supposedly caring about people and peoples best friends I just had to smile and laugh realize I wasn't one of the few upset with this clinic and vet .I was lost in an entire sea of unhappy people this vet and clinic has made unhappy unbelievable doesn't scratch the surface of the problem soaked atmosphere here. don't go here and let a meaningless second class citizen try to treat you and your pet like you are the second class citizens

High anxiety once feral pup o mine (5 yr border collie) actually shook hands with her. Animal lover clearly.

Good service and nice and compassionate people,very professional

Staff was super friendly and helpful. Building was well kept with adequate seating for pet parents to wait. Overall it was a very pleasant experience. Makes me want to transfer my veterinary file over to this clinic.

The vet is incompetent and the staff cares more about hurting people than caring for animals.

not only is the service bad but I don't like the way the owner bullies people online by leaving nasty comments after their review.

Why should I make an appointment with a Vet clinic that still believes in all this Covid nonsense? Get over it already!

Wow, I miss a couple of Zoom get-togethers to find the Osborn she-troll going after my cousins. How is it this bad business stays in business when they are "firing" unsatisfied customers and simply dismissing bad reviews?

The cost of medicine here at this vet clinic is astronomically higher than that of surrounding offices and clinics. Snarky replies to peoples reviews online and in the office, also deletes reviews pertaining to performance issues which is not professional in the slightest. On a scale from 1 to 10, 10 being the best. I would rate this clinic as a 4. Too much detail as to why will get this review deleted.

They are always helpful, and always do whatever they can to help your animals.

Everyone was really nice, but they made an error on my kittens birthday which resulted in them receiving unnecessary vaccinations.

Was able to get us in on short notice as we were traveling. The vet was knowledgeable and caring.

Took good care of our dog for neutering. Good price

Osburn Veterinary Clinic has been taking care of our 11 year old Labrador since we moved to Florence nearly 2 years ago. We couldn't be more pleased. Doctors and staff are simply great.

I had ordered prescription cat food from an online pet supplier who I had ordered from many times before. They messed up my order and it would be several days from my original order date before I received my little princess's food. I called the clinic and Nicole told me that I could pick up a few cans of food to tide me over until my online order arrived. What a relief ... as I didn't want to start over treating Callie's diarrhea problem! Thank you Nicole!

My Rook loves to go to see Suzy and it helps that she loves german shepherds.

Very friendly. In the past took care of my Boston terrier attacked by a Cougar. He lived to old age. Toke care of my blood hound. Now my cat is under her care. A trust worthy Veterinary Clinic.
