Not only compassionate but caring and well extremely cool. Thank you for everything you all.

After doing the best they could for my "Rocky" I had to bring him back to Oceanside to put him down. I can't tell you how comforting the entire staff was. Such REAL empathy is hard to find anymore. I was treated like a family member. I have always received excellent medical care for my dogs at Oceanside but this was the first time I have had to put a dog down. They are the most loving staff I have EVER encountered at a Vetenary business. God Bless Them!

It was my first time but not my puppies, and the staff all knew him sight on seen and were totally ready for his shenanigans. They were great and quick about getting stuff done.

They always need an office visit for each and everything they do. Always have their hand out for Money! They only care about me paying the office visit fee. I have Healthy dogs. They need shots and Rx for Heartgard. They do Not Need a complete exam several times a year. I live on Social Security and do not have money for Unnecessary Exams. They will refuse to give regular shots or medication (like Heartgard) without an exam and Extra dollars.

Dr. Bachman and staff are very caring folk.

They care only about the $$$ and literally will hang up the phone on you.. Can not get help from them.. Even though our 6yr female dog has beed seen for the allergy 2 times and they still want that visit fee. Cant just get us medication w out appointment.. Greedy greedy folks. Money hungry!! Unfortunately(not really) they will be loosing all 5 of our pets from their patient list..

Horrible service. Called with an emergency with my dog, they hung up on me and then refused to answer my call. They obviously do not care for animals or people.

Unkind, unprofessional, disorganized, negligent. I had a confirmed appointment for a biopsy of my dog’s growing tumor, that I’d already waited 3 weeks for rather than going to an unknown vet. When I arrived at the clinic they said we weren’t on their calendar (and acted like that was somehow my fault), EVEN THOUGH I SHOWED THEM THEIR OWN CONFIRMATION EMAIL WITH ALL OF MY APPOINTMENT DETAILS. She said the doctor was leaving early that day and refused to let me even talk to him/her. Furthermore, even though I’d been coming to Oceanside for years, they said my account had been deleted long ago, despite the fact that they’d been able to pull up all my dogs’ biodata when I called 3 weeks earlier. I was stunned by how incredibly rude the front desk woman was to us, even when I explained how worried I was that my dog’s tumor was getting larger, and I was desperate to have her cared for. At this point, I can’t trust Oceanside to maintain basic data files, much less critical pet health information. If you care for your pets, I’d advise you to find a different vet. This was heartbreaking.

Office staff Hillary got me in on on emergency basis and was seen in a few hours. Dr. Bachman was very thorough and very kind and attentive. Tanya showed excellent skills in giving care and treatment in a compassionate way.. I received a follow up call on his progress and expressed his outcome had improved so much and back to his normal self. Thanks to all of you who demonstrated such excellent ???? compassionate care.❤✅????

Doctor Bachmann is wonderful, as is his staff. He has a wonderful, gentle demeanor with both his four-legged patients and there two-legged parents. Love the employees too!

I wish Dr Franz and her techs knew how to trim my cats claws......the techs at Delta Oaks In Eugene knew what to do.....when I moved to Florence i came to Oceanside because of the positive things I'd heard...they're great but techs need to know how to do the basics..trim my cats toenails....

Great staff! As a new client, I Ieft feeling confident about their ability to manage my dog's care, both medically and administratively. I spoke with existing clients in the waiting area, too, and they also love this vet.

Couldn't afford to take my cat in to get his teeth cleaned and therefore he will die sooner

Always great with my lrg size dog.(.85 pond chow mix) Always able to fit him in for emergency visits. A really caring and compassionate team and the dog doesnt mind going in the door even after some pretty painful experiences
