I took my new baby kitty in for his first appointment. They did well explaining all my options for his check up, what I wanted them to do, and why the suggested what the did. They were all very kind, and took good care of my baby.

Went in to get my dog his vaccination and can't say anything negative. I have been going to Ark Veterinary for years and haven't had a bad experience. Would highly recommend them.

Overall I have good experice with The Ark Clinic. Thank you for support and help.

Took aged dog in for exam. Had blood work and urinalysis done. Short staffed regarding vet on duty. Waited for dog for 1-3/4 hrs. in car. Called in to front desk twice for update. Called in after hour and half waiting, told vet had to look at labs then I'd get a call from her. After waiting for hour and three quarters, I called again and told them.to.please bring my dog out because I could wait at home for a phone call. They brought dog out, called me immediately for payment and said vet would call me next day. The appt. was Tuesday, next day still no word. called back for results of labs on Thursday, no response, left email, no response, called again on Friday, offered email of lab results with no narrative from Vet. Vet off today, could have another vet look at test and call me, but presently they're all busy. Wow..

This is an amazing clinic and we highly recommend it. We just had our puppy's first appointment yesterday. Unfortunately, our puppy had some GI upset in response to one of the vaccines but the staff has gone out of the way to check in with how's she's doing and what we can do to make her feel better. It is clear the staff cares very much about the animals they are treating.

Excellent care even though they had to revert to curbside service this week. Great place to take your furry family pet. Dr. Sangl is the best!!!

I’ve been bringing my puppy here since he was born. The staff have always been friendly and the space is always clean. I’m writing a negative review because multiple times I’ve called to make an appointment, shown up day of appointment after taking time off of work, to be told that they have no record of the appointment and that I can call back to schedule another appointment when it works for my schedule. After today, I will not be going back.

The people that work here are wonderful. Last year when I took my cat in for treatment after I kicked my roommate out was the best experience I've ever had with a vet. They have me my buddy back.

It was an emergency for my cat. Felt a little ignored by the staff. Had to wait quite awhile. However, the care seemed good and Dr. Jennifer Davies was sympathetic and thorough. Grateful The Ark Vet is open on the weekend, and a holiday weekend at that.

Everyone who works here is kind, compassionate and professional. They also show our pets lots of love! We love coming here and will continue to do so!

No negative feedback on the 35 minute wait time past my appointment, because that's just how it goes at the Doc's. Friendly, professional service. Answered all of my questions regarding my dog's UTI, and had the urinalysis results quickly. My only criticism is that for someone who hails from the Midwest and used a very affordable rural vet with little overhead, having to pay 210 dollars for 16 antibiotic pills and a cream that is the equivalent of neosporin is tough when you are a paycheck to paycheck person. Really wish The Ark, and other vets had financing programs available. I'd be willing to pay interest for a more affordable monthly payment.

I absolutely love the Ark. They are always more than accommodating, all the staff is wonderful and knowledgeable. Everyone there seems happy to do their job, and like they genuinely care about our animals. I highly recommend the Ark.

I had a difficult problem to diagnose with my cat. The assistant brought in the doctor for consultation. Very thorough exam with lots of attention, questions and options to choose from. I felt very reassured and pleased by the diagnosis and wil dol follow up.

First time going with my new puppy was amazing all the staff was so sweet and nice!!! They made sure to help my puppy was comfortable and healthy definitely recommend for all fur babies ????❤

I don't feel the vet really gave me an answer to the problem without doing expensive testing that I could not afford. She prescribed a medication that I am not sure will not make the problem worse after reading the side effects. So I don't really know if what she told me to do is going to solve any problem and I am still worried. And the bill is almost $200. ******* I amended this review later. I was having a very bad day when this was posted. Usually I am very happy with the Ark. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The doctors, for the most part,, try to diagnose and treat the pet.

I was contacted by The Ark that my pet needed another rabies vaccine. They trimmed her nails and checked her skin. They prescribed flea medication and kept me informed during her visit. I have a sprained ankle. They accommodated me by coming out and getting my pet and returning her to me at my car. Great service and care.

The Ark has such an amazing staff and doctors. Everyone is always so welcoming and communicative. Our dog is seen by Dr. Sangl who always makes us feel heard, adresses all of our concerns, and shows full dedication to the health of our dog. We had been looking for a vet for a while and the Ark has not just fulfilled the good vet option, they have gone above and beyond to take care of our boy. The vet techs and front desk staff are also all so caring. Highly recommend!

My puppy had an accident on a Saturday morning. I took him to the emergency vet first but they couldn't help him there because of a lack of a vet tech. They called around and the Ark was willing to help him even though he wasn't their patient. Would highly recommend. They were fantastic.

I took my new kitten to The Ark for her first shots and was impressed by the staff's professionalism and kindness. They did not push anything but made it clear what to expect and what side effects to look out for. My wee one is healthy and happy!
