Its a smaller store with a Banfield vet in the building to the left of the entrance the staff were all very helpful and nice to my horse of a dog

It is small and cluttered. 100% a fall hazard. I had to leave..

3 different employees (all women for whatever reason) have been ornery or otherwise salty here! The only good experience I had here was with banfield (and some employees who work specific hours.) I can't think of another store in the area with 1 let alone 3 obviously rude employees. Something is definitely off with management imo if they let that behaviour slide or actually actively creating that toxic environment. One woman sells live animals for a living but has an judgy towards people about the vegan dog food they carry. Hypocritical much? Another was rude to every customer that came her way and seemed borderline ready to snap.

They seem severely understaffed but are trying their best. always friendly and helpful when we need. Just a lot of stock to unload and not many merchandisers on the floor.

I love PetSmart great store for my dogs and fish

Went looking for a tarantula, and though they didn't have what we were looking for they they called the other store and made sure they had what we were looking for before heading across town. They have a great selection of fish and super friendly.

Petsmart really stepped up their game, from the aquatic section to the bunnies it was pure delight. Oh and the Dragon's, you just can't beat a spectacular deal on a Dragon. Clean store friendly service, extremely knowledgeable staff that enjoys what they do. It's a very positive experience highly recommend.

I’ve been in this store twice now and they don’t carry a lot of stuff and it’s just frustrating going in there The last time, there were no carts available but employees had a bunch of carts sitting around the store with stuff in them..They seem to be taking up all of the carts instead of letting the customers use them And , honestly because of that, there’s a big bag of cat food I did not purchase, and possibly other stuff They did not carry the Wysong cat food or the orijen/acanna cat food and they did not carry the “missing Link” supplement, which is really weird because that’s everywhere it seems, And what I came in for... when the guy rang me up, He shoved my bag under the little window in the plexiglass and ripped the bag so i couldn’t carry it by the handles (or risk the whole thing falling on me) ???? try harder ppl

We went for crickets and found them

I came in looking for a soft Elizabethan collar for my cat that just had surgery. Denise helped me get the right collar, went to the back to check stock and also checked in several times to see if there way anything else I needed. While I was there there were also two other employees asking if I needed help. Really lovely store and a great selection. Thank you Denise and team for all of the help

The staff were helpful and knowledgeable the prices are a bit expensive for some normally cheap items though

I only write reviews if I have a very bad or very good experience somewhere but this one goes out to the catty lady with the pointy red/black manicure who was passive aggressive with me about my purchase here yesterday. If you want a job in dog nutrition go for it-study towards being a vet but until then don't take your uneducated bias out on customers who are shopping at the store you work for nor should you demand an explanation for their purchases especially if you are not well researched on the topic.. Any vet i've ever been to has been very supportive of the food i choose to feed. I only wrote this as even my young daughter noticed and pointed out how the lady at the store was judgy. I didn't respond to the lady's rudeness but I recommend she read about one of the guiness world record holders of being a top living dog; Bramble (her keeper Anne Heritage even wrote a lovely book about how raised several long living healthy happy dogs), speak to some vets, and report back to me next time I'm in. Until then hope you learn to communicate in a somewhat constructive way. Now that I think about it I've shopped in this store many times and to be honest several of the employees seem grumpy though most are nice and friendly.. Might try out the other location next time lol.

The staff that assisted us was knowledgeable and very helpful. They set us up with everything we needed and we were able to bring "Jerry" the ball python home.

The little people love coming here

They generally have a decent selection and good service, however the fish need better attention and they should have a lock on the aversion collars to prevent dogs from getting abused.

Love this store and staff.

They had all their pets out on in the store for adoption today running around. All the cute puppies and kitties that need homes. They also have a huge selection that's a good size pet store but they are pretty helpful finding things.

Unpleasant all-around but not the worst experience in the world. Everything was somehow both understocked and overpriced. We got a cage for our new 1 year old puppy and after only a week he's bent the bars, so clearly not very high-quality either. We needed an associate's help for a dog bed but no one was around. Then upon checking out the cashier complained about us paying in cash. I'm not automatically opposed to employees acting like humans; they're paid to work at a shop, not be nice to me and that's fine. But it was the cherry on top of a holistically negative experience. The next time I need to spend $300 on dog supplies I'll find a different store to go to.
