Good spot for reptile supplies.

I am adding to this review to say the owner reached out to address my concerns. She allowed me to give more details about my experience there, shared my frustrations, and said my issues would be corrected/addressed. I appreciated being heard and action being taken. As a warning to other pet parents, especially exotics, do not spend your money here. I popped in to get some treats and toys for my Guinea pigs. I was stunned at the conditions they had a Guinea pig for sale in, as well as a rabbit. The staff was super friendly, but the way those two exotics were housed was unacceptable. I actually ended up buying the pig, as much as I didn’t want to give this business more of my money, I couldn’t leave her there. On top of the fact that the poor conditions are bad for the animals, they’re also going to make first time exotic owners think that those conditions are acceptable and standard. Petsmarts Guinea pigs are living in a more acceptable enclosures, which says a lot. Other pets in the store, such as the fish, seemed to be in clean and acceptable enclosures, so I’m not sure why the same care didn’t seem to be given to the bunny and pig. Maybe it was a one off, caught them on a bad day, but it was upsetting enough that I won’t be back.

Very few locally owned pet shops. They excell at Aquariums & offer supplies for Dogs, cats, reptiles, fish, some bird supplies

I am positive they don’t they care of their animals. They seemed very afraid.

Didn't have any pets except some fish & reptiles. Suggested a FROG instead of the cuddle buddy I was looking for...lol

The new owners are making such a difference. It's absolutely worth checking out! They are very kind people. The staff tries to adapt to new science as well because they care about the animals.

No one answers the phone??????? I called 6 times and no one can answer the phone????? You just lost my business.

My 70 year old mother bought a dog collar for $12. It didn’t fit and She kept the receipt. She wasn’t able to find the right sized collar at this location and had to buy it elsewhere. She is on social security and very limited budget. When she bought the collar she asked about the return policy just in case it didn’t fit and she was told she could return it with the receipt. when tried to return it she was told that the store was bought by new owners and the employee needed the owners permission to return the product for $12. The employee called the new owners and they denied the return despite her having a receipt and it being within 2 weeks of purchase. it might seem petty over $12 but when your 70 years old and on disability, $12 Is the world of difference. New owners or not, this refund should of been given.

Pet time was only open for 20 hours a week. No wonder they changed ownership again!!! So happy to see HOMETOWN on this side of the city!!!! Will change rating once official takeover.

Beautiful store, amazing fish section and friendly staff!

I got my bunny and gini pig (best friends) from these guys and couldn't be happier. They are loved and happy. My kids have been doing so good with them playing with them and feeding them.

Good. Found my small breed dry dog food. " Nature's Balance" Grain free, small kibble....perfect ju ju bee size. My lil fella loves it. Chicken /sweet potato. Now no more wasting. Yeah!

My son and I love stopping in and looking at all the animals. Feeders are very reasonably priced and healthy.

Staff was courteous and knowledgeable.

Very frustrating! Tried ordering a fish tank from them, they were suppose to call me on a Thurs. or Fri to let me know when it was in. I called them Sat. and the guy seemed clueless, turned out the one I ordered showed up broken....and they couldn't bother to call and tell me??? Not very professional at all.
