1st time there. She handled my dogs professionally and they looked adorable!

I was referred to Debbie's Grooming by a friend. She and her staff are so kind, caring and very skilled and talented in handling my squirming 5 month standard puppy. He looked so wonderful with his first grooming.

Debbie is a sweetheart! Henry adores her. He loves to come in to the salon and stay for his grooming. He isnt always perfectly groomed. He moves a ton on the table so sometimes small sections of hair are missed but hes happy and clean and I am thankful I didnt have to be the one doing the grooming! Prices are very comparable to other groomers in the area.

My dog looks and smells awesome! Shop is open and welcoming. Lots of dog hair on the floor, but looks generally clean!

Debbie is great at her job and very friendly. Our dog always looks and feels better after visiting Debbie's grooming!

New to Salem and with 3 labradoodles we needed a groomer asap. Found Debbie and now after 3 visits for each pup I'm glad to recommend Debbie. Dogs are bathed and groomed to perfection, relaxed and smell so fine! Prompt, friendly, skilled and affordable. Hard to beat.

I was hesitant about bringing my 18 yr old cat to a groomer but Debbie did a fantastic job. I highly recommend!

They did a awesome job on my 3 dogs! My little terrier is terrified of a hairbrush, they took their time with her hopefully in time she will get better.

The dogs and I had a great experience. We had a weird time-sensitive situation, and Debbie got us in quickly and worked with us to get us on our way in time. The dogs (who started out alarmingly disheveled) looked so good I could hardly believe it.

Brought my nervous 8 month old dog in for his first conscious nail clipping. Debbie spent time making him comfortable and clipped his nails. He didn't exactly love the experience but wasn't traumatized.by it either. She was great! We will definitely be back.

If you have never believed to review before please believe this one. I took both of my elderly cats to Debbie to be shaved I told her that they were matted she said there was not going to be a problem. When I pick them up and got them home one could not even walk it was so bad I had to take him to emergency vet. He was totally lame couldn't stand up. She trimmed both of their toenails so close that they were bleeding after being told not to cut their toenails. And she had cut both of the cats with the clipping shears all over their bodies. Please don't take your animals to her please listen to what I'm telling you my cats still aren't all the way healed and they are traumatized. One more follow-up visit with the vet this has been a nightmare that I can't wake up from. I told her that my cats were 15 years old and a please take great care well this is great care I'd hate to see what negligent care is. I don't think that she's a bad person I think she's just a bad groomer.

Debbie is the Best groomer ever! She is kind and treats my dog like a princess. My dog is shy and fearful of new environments, but Debbie held her and l could see my dog relax. Now I have a pretty pup and l could not be happier.

Brought our dog, Lucky, in for the first time about a month ago. Debbie greeted us and went right into talking with and making Lucky feel comfortable. Lucky is reserved with new people now that he is getting older, but he received Debbie quickly. I dropped him off in the morning and came back in the afternoon and he looked GREAT!!! When we got home, I noticed that he wasn't shedding as much as he usually does when he comes back from the groomer, he was more fluffier and he smelled GREAT!!! I would highly recommend letting Debbie take care of your pet grooming needs!!!

I live in Portland but was in Salem on business. I had my Standard Poodle with me. She was way over due for a groom. I was nervous about trying a new place but on the recommendation of a friend I made an appt for Casey. We prefer an untraditional poodle cut and Debbie was able to trim her up exactly how we wanted. Casey was happy. We loved the cut and the price. Cute shop also.

I have been working for Debbie RIGHT after she had to let go of Susan V 3 months ago due to no-shows and late-late arrivals and early leave times in her brief 2 and a half weeks of employment. In my 2nd week of employment, we had the city police canine unit show up in our shop responding to a specific complaint by Susan V that we were burning the dogs with the dryers that we use in the shop. We were asked to show the responding officer to turn on our dryers and show him just how hot we dry our dogs. After a mere 15 second demonstration, the officer had me shut off the dryer and deemed our dryers safe, and proceeded to inform both Debbie and I that we were fine, and that he in fact DRIED his canine dogs at a higher temperature!!!!! 2 months later we discover Susan V is STILL trying to sabotage Debbie AND her reputation simply because she is not getting what she wants. Please disregard any and all posts from this unhappy and disgruntled EX-EMPLOYEE! She is going to find herself sued for defimation of character!!!!! Not all reviews are accurate....please keep that in mind....sincerely, an HONEST HARD WORKING EMPLOYEE OF DEBBIE'S GROOMING OF 3 MONTHS AND COUNTING! ????

Debbie's care for her animal clients is so wonderful to see. We have two Doodles and would not think of going anywhere else. Great Service!

I always have such great experiences getting my dog groomed by Debbie. I was not able to get into her for an appointment, so I went somewhere else and my dog was so afraid after he got groomed by another place. When I went to take him in he was shaking, timid and I felt so bad to leave him. Debbie was so patient and took 6 hours to ease him into it! He came out a happy dog and I am a happy owner! Thank you! I would recommend debbiesgrooming to anyone!

Our fur baby absolutely LOVES going to Debbie! She is the best groomer we've ever had, HANDS DOWN! Her prices are comparable, if not better, and she truly takes the time to show the animals how much she cares! She even paints my baby's toenails pink because she knows I love it! I didn't even ask, she has just gotten to know ME well enough to know that I would completely appreciate it! She's busy for a reason, and that's because she's the BEST!

Debbie does a great job with my bichon/havanese. I'm very pleased with how she trims his coat. She makes him look like a show dog! If you own a long haired dog you know how stressful it is to find a groomer who can trim your dogs breed appropriately. Debbie does great. Not only that she is very nice and caring towards him. I will continue to bring him to Debbie as long as she has the availability. I give 4 stars due to it being hard to get an appointment and price, but it is worth it!
