I will never go to another vet! I have many reptiles and Dr.Hardy is the most amazing vet I ever experienced. The staff is amazing, attentive , and are quick to get in pets who need in immediately without extreme hospital costs❤️

Super nice staff, made everything easy, and gave helpful options versus just selling us on things.

This place is a scam and has terrible service. Save yourself the time and money and go somewhere else. They charge you more for the same meds as other places that are way less.

Can I just say A M A Z I N G people work here. One of my biggest struggles as a young adult is not being taken seriously. Here, they care about everything I have to say, even if it’s not necessarily needed info I’m giving. I live in Lebanon and CHOOSE to drive to Eugene because I will not find another team that loves my dog as much as they do. Two weeks ago, they amputated a nipple which ended up being cancerous. Today, they performed an emergency surgery resulting in them removing a large piece of plastic from his stomach. It’s currently a half an hour passed their closing time and they’re still here making sure everything is ready before I go. That’s ON TOP of them already skipping their lunch to make everyone’s appointments happen. If you’ve had a negative experience here, chances are it wasn’t the staff’s fault. 10/10 would recommend to everyone I know with pets. I seriously love this place ????❤️

This clinic never fails to meet my and my dog's needs. They are invariably kind and so caring. Having been an AHT for twelve years, I truly value them. Dr.P is always honest with me, even if the news is bad, and always has a treatment plan conceived with a lot of thought. All the techs are responsive and caring of my animals. That means a lot to me and to them. I can't imagine going anywhere else.

The entire staff at Pawsitive are so helpful, knowledgeable, and friendly! My cat visits every 6 months for bloodwork and a check-up, given some kidney issues he's facing. He's in great hands whenever he was in their care. I especially appreciate how the Dr., vet techs, and entire staff are focused on the pet experience, including making the visit as positive (or "Pawsitive") as it can be. They also answered all my questions and had many helpful ideas on care, including how to increase his water intake and how to make car rides less stressful. Thank you!!

I called literally every vet office in town for my dog who was having alot of issues caused by a foxtail in the ear . I got a call first thing Monday morning and they saw my dog immediately even when every other vet is booked out for weeks . They took care of my baby and I'm so grateful . Affordable, reliable , kind, knowledgeable , ECT... I'd give 10 stars if I could .

My dog had an emergency today and my vet clinic couldn’t take him. I called Pawsitive Wellness Veterinary Clinic and though they were busy with surgeries all day, they encouraged me to drop him off and they would see to him at their earliest convenience. I can’t say I’ve ever had such caring, knowledgeable and professional support. We are so grateful to have found our new veterinary clinic!

We started coming here with our beloved Dalmatian, Patch. He was nearing end of life and their chiropractic sessions really helped him. Recently we found out they see reptiles and that was exciting, as Eugene doesn't have a lot of options for reptile owners and we have a lot of reptiles. The vet we saw was knowledgeable and friendly and really excited about snakes, which makes us very excited too. We will be coming here exclusively for our reptiles from now on.

Thank you, Jenny, for assisting me with an emergency appointment at OVRA! The outcome was not what I had hoped for, however, it brought the pieces of the puzzle over the last 10 months together and provided me with the answers needed. They were very kind, compassionate, and knowledgeable with Sadie's diagnosis. Much appreciated.

Omg where do I begin!!! In January, my 10 y/o pug had an obvious UTI. My vet for the past 7 years was 90 miles away and it was storming rain here and miserable and my 5 night rotation was starting so it’s not like I could just pop up there. My options were call in sick or find a vet here. During this time we were (and still are) under Covid-19 restrictions where the pet goes in without you to be seen. To complicate things even more my girl has a neurological issue called Pug Myelopathy, which effects her rear legs rendering them semi paralyzed. I needed to be sure that any vet would understand her issues especially since I could not be in the examination room with them. I picked up the phone and called Pawsative and explained her UTI, then asked if the Veterinarians there are familiar with PM. Andria put me on hold, came back and said yes, the Dr. was!!! That eased my mind so much!! Now to get in... Ugh I was just hoping I could get in within the week. Andria stated that they had a cancellation that day, could I come in 2hrs!! Wooo hooo!! You know I could!!! I thought nothing could be better than this!! Well, I was surprised again, because things were better than I ever imagined!! The vet tech came out to get her and the office had the examination table in the front window. Yes, I sat in my car, talked to Dr.Hardy over our phones and went over everything as I sat there still with my mouth probably wide open because this was amazing service that IMO should be done every where!!! We discussed the options of trying acupuncture for her and have had regular appointments since that day for her comfort. The entire staff along with Dr. Laura Hardy are so pleasant, professional and fun to work with if there was a 10 star rating they would most certainly get it!!!

My dog had a broken tooth they were able to in soon and take it out. The techs were very understanding of how nervous my dog is. They took great care of her and didn't rush my dog.

My German Shepherd developed pneumonia and I had just moved to town and didn’t have an established Vet to go to. I found Pawsitive and was blown away with how great they treated my dog and I. They saw him right away. Dr. Hardy and Wendy were AMAZING!! So was everyone else! They’ve checked with me each day since I took him in to see how he’s doing. He recovered very quickly and is doing great now. This is the only place I’ll be taking my dogs in the future.

My dog Bear is not even 3 when something happened to him. Hard to describe because it all started back In October 2020. He was walking crooked, had hot spots only on his right side, lost control over his bladder, just all messed up. When we took him to his regular vet they kept saying it was allergies. We kept think differently because the hot spots where only on one side, his right side. A friend recommended Pawsitive because they help animals like him. Our first visit was not good as he put up a fight. We persisted and began coming to the clinic opened or closed to get him used to the place. After a month plus of doing this he made it into the door of recovery. Bear has now had 3 treatments. He is now running, playing with his sister, his hot spots are almost all healed and best of all he is urinating outside. Thank you for being there for us. Bear is now a happy dog again

For the record my dog was never physically seen at this vet as they refused. I called to set up a new patient with our new family member. They refused to see us due to a condition she developed. Told me over the phone she needed reconstructive surgery and I needed to see a specialist. She had already been seen by another vet that stated spaying would fix the issue. Then by Pawsitive’s recommendation I called a specialist who stated that it was very irresponsible for them to tell me something like this over the phone. The specialist even stated that a regular vet could have treated this with a simple procedure and possible hormone therapy. When a vet tells a new owner that they are looking into thousands of dollars for reconstructive surgery, that could be devastating. It could lead to them giving back the dog or terminating the dog due to not having the means to care for it. I’m highly disappointed that a vet would do this. Bad form all around.

Pawsitive Wellness over promises and under provides in nearly every aspect of our dogs care. I am a health professional and was met with great resistance from all levels of staff when I wished to ask pertinent questions regarding our dogs health and treatment plan. After more than a week trying to get a prescription from them, for a medication they prescribed for our dog, I was forced to take my dog to another vet. They refused to call in the prescription and would only provide a hand written Rx or fill it in their office for more than double to going rates. After no luck getting the Rx, I requested they send my dogs records to another vet since they were unwilling to provide timely care. After my request to send records they would not return calls or any assistance with getting our dogs the care they needed. Pawsitive Wellness appears to be only focused on wanting to do acupuncture on a pet and expensive surgeries without doing any of the other necessary vet kind of things. And please whatever you do, never ask a question or express that you are a knowledgable healthcare provider because the results are unpleasant and dangerous for your pets.
