Edited. I have lost 2 cats now bc of having to wait to get seen. Ended up taking the last one to Albany and she was so far into kidney failure she had to be put down. I have been coming to this vet since I moved to Dallas 11 years ago. all waiting and waiting and waiting has killed 2 of our babies. You had already gone through 2 end of life issues with our pets and now 2 more BECAUSE of your lack of service. I asked you rip my folder up last time I called you for help, telling you how bad it's gotten and you still send us away. I couldn't even do a new review till now and it's still hard.

I wasn't able to reach anyone by phone and they unfortunately aren't taking new pets at this time.

They have an amazing staff they are the Fantastic with my animals even my difficult dog LOL their prices are the lowest around for routine visits and definitely some of the best I've seen for emergent needs they always do their best to work with you and make sure you are comfortable with everything they do I definitely will continue to go to them for all of my Veterinary needs

The staff are always friendly and courteous and smile with their eyes when picking up our pets. Being relatively new to the area we had a difficult time finding a new vet for our pets. Polk had the earliest availability for my geriatric cat. We had a good experience then. Soon after my 6 month old kitten developed uveitis. Beings that he wasn't a patient yet, they were understandably booked out so we took him to the emergency vet. From there our little guy was referred to an ophthalmologist. Dr. Brotherton was able to see him before he went to the specialist but did recommend he go. We are now 6 weeks into this journey and still no definite answers to no one's fault. Dr. Brotherton has maintained excellent communication with both the specialist and us. She has spent such a large amount of time talking through options, possibilities, and treatments and is always patient and kind. I trust Dr. Brotherton and so appreciate all her time and effort with myself and my little boy. She truly has her patients' best interest at heart. Thank you!

Affordable vet service, even during the pandemic.

I have never felt so disrespected and mocked. My 7 year old cat has been suffering with a skin issue over the last year. We have changed her food, flea treated, oral and topical. It's only gotten worse. It's near impossible to get in anywhere. Thanks covid. I was mocked for ordering flea treatment online. Told over and over, " I have never heard of any of these"... That's fine. But we are trying our best with the options given. Maybe educate yourself to the brands people are forced to reach out to for the lack of options during a pandemic? To continuely shame us, ranting that we have no idea what's in those. And come within the week to get over the counter flea treatment... But we have better, but you need a prescription. It's a cat! Why does she need a prescription? The best options should be available now. Not later, especially if she can diagnose over the phone that she is alergic to fleas without seeing her. Appalled by the way this business is ran, definitely not looking out for the best interest of the animal.

230 pm appt Im 9 min late Direct quote "Your 10 min late so your gonna have to wait...there are other clients coming in later..." I look around at the completely empty parking lot...gesture toward it..."well sir...they're coming in later" I know you dont have a customer training program....IT IS OBVIOUS YOU NEED ONE though Try this... "WE WILL NEED YOU BACK IN A FEW HOURS TO PICK UP YOUR DOG...since we arent allowing owners in our business anyway...see ya then" Simple Instead...i left and found another vet! Im just wondering....does it feel kinda obvious ...after the fact that there was another pathway..???

Curb side pick up was great!

Dr Brotherton has been our vet for about a year and a half...(our vet retired and the practice was sold to a different company) We have been happy with Dr.Brotherton and her staff... Through the difficulties of Covid 19...they have been kind and courteous with all the changes that have had to be made to protect the staff and clients. We appreciate the job they do! Thank you for caring for our furry kids!!!

Love this vet! The Staff is always so helpful and understanding. The doctor is patient and listens to your concerns. My animals love her. Very reasonably priced.

Refusing animals that need emergency care, and acting disgusted by blood during an emergency situation...treating people like garbage and not willing to cooperate or offer any other help or advice on where to take an animal that got hit to get help. Never again will return.

They took great care of our two cats.minor surgery and home now.
