I called them last Saturday to see if I could get my dog in for a quick look at her paw it was hurting her awful bad. I understand busy but to not even return a simple 5 min call for 3 days is unacceptable and when they did call back to day I missed the call and called back and was graded with well did you check your messages there were none . The woman was very belittling . I still believe Dr. JONES IS THE GREATEST

Very compassionate staff and reasonable pricing.

The staff working the front desk were all incredibly unhelpful. Upon expressing my frustration about the miscommunication and lack of follow through on their end, the staff member completely dismissed me and tried to blame my previous vet clinic. It was extremely unprofessional. I spoke to 3 different employees over the course of a week, each time they seemed clueless about the situation that THEY offered me. They wasted my time and caused a lapse in my dogs medication, claiming they could do something they couldn't. If they had been honest and straightforward from the beginning it could have been avoided. The audacity to blame me or my last vet for their inability to follow through is terrible customer service. They took no accountability and offered no helpful information. Within ten minutes of speaking to other local vets I was able to get an appointment and the proper information by very kind helpful people. I do not recommend Amazon Park Animal Clinic. I have never encountered such unprofessional and unhelpful staff in my life.

The staff at Amazon Park Animal Clinic have been caring and gracious to our family for many years. Excellent care for our animals since about the 1990s. Great quality and support .

I have never been here but the fact that they offer Feline Declawing and Ear Cropping says enough about this place. Those services are unethical and should be illegal and thankfully most vet practices no longer practice those inhumane procedures.

So nice with my boy on his first visit. Wonderful vet. Price was very reasonable. I'll be back!

We have been taking our cats to Amazon Park Animal Clinic for many years. The entire staff is always accommodating and sensitive. They have been with us through the often painful moments of life with our furry friends. I truly appreciate how we are offered options of care looking out for our animals without squeezing our pocketbook. Also, the clinic is quick to respond and get us in for appointments and then follows up with a recheck phone call. I have every confidence in the care my pets receive at the Amazon Park Animal Clinic. I love the staff there, and my cats are always treated with love and care!

The office staff is horrible, rude, unreliable, and inefficient! After several years I leavt NOT because of the Veterinarians. I leavt after 23 plus years because of staff personal in office. I spoke with them again today to get past records and they said there was no records because the veterinarian clinic I transferred 2 years ago requested pet records on several occasions with no response the woman I spoke to was rude, and incompetent! Instead of losing my temper and yelling I simply hung up. I will miss Dr. Jones deeply after 23 plus years relationship! Take care Dr. Jones we sure saw alot of dogs and cats live long, healthy lives and I spent thousands of dollars on making sure they had great care. I will never, ever give your vet clinic a recommendation for Veterinary care because of your office staff!

As always, Doctor Jones and the staff at APAC are amazing, knowledgeable, and just all around caring. I never feel pressured or get the feeling that they just want your money. They want what is best for your animal and really make sure that YOU as an animal lover understand what's up with your fuzzy friend. I have a nice history with this clinic and I will always recommend this pmaceto friends and family ????????????

We had been taking our 3 cats here for at least 8 years to see Dr. Maki and we had no complaints. However, last December one of our cats started to show signs of illness and when we called, we were told that Dr. Maki had left and were transferred to a new vet. I found it odd that we were not notified but we had no problems giving a different vet a chance. -Despite explaining that our cat had fatigue, diarrhea, would only eat small amounts of blenderized chicken, and had lost weight, the front desk kept asking what was “wrong”. -When we saw the vet, she said, “Wow, he’s lost 5lbs!” Finally, confirmation. “Let’s do a senior screen and we’ll get back to you either tomorrow or the day after.” -2 DAYS PASS. I tried to call and they said the vet was out, so they would have the other vet call us back. He did not call me back. Cat is still very sick, barely able to eat or move. -2 MORE DAYS PASS. The vet finally calls AFTER HOURS (7pm) and left a message that said, “Well, the senior screen results look fine. Let me know if you have any other concerns.” I tried to call back but they would not pick up. -We immediately went to another clinic. Amazon sent over the files and the new vet said, “from the chart, it’s not clear what’s wrong with your cat.” However, they took our concerns seriously, diagnosed him as dehydrated, gave our cat anti-nausea medication and water, and voila, he was eating and drinking and had just a tad bit more energy. At this point we tell Amazon to transfer all our cats’ (we have 3) charts to the new clinic. -I accidentally called them a couple months later for a follow up thinking they were our new clinic, and the front desk said, “Sure, IF there’s anything wrong with your cat”. That’s what clued me in I was talking to the wrong people. I don’t usually care about bedside manner, but the front staff are rude and dismissive. This was in contrast to the new clinic who I called immediately after and was greeted by pleasant people. -6 months later we had to take our other cat to our new vet and found out Amazon STILL hasn’t sent the files. Now it will take 10-14 days because they need doctor approval and they are the only clinic in town who requires this. It was urgent.

Best. Veterinary clinic ever! Dr Jones is amazing and staff is very helpful. Very busy place because they are that good.

My experience was great for a first dog owner and a first vet visit. They were safe and helpful!

The staff are very nice but they did not handle our sensitive cat very carefully. After already traumatic surgery they did a quick job cutting claws and he was still bleeding by the time we brought him home????Just be very clear about your pets boundaries and come to this place with a checkbook ready!????

If I could give the staff including the vets such as Dr. Jones and Dr Cary Hayward 10 Stars, I would. They are always Top Notch and go above and beyond. I can't recommend them highly enough including not encouraging you to do things that don't need to be done at the time and listening to the questions that you have and giving well thought-out answers. Dr Jones and his staff are all amazingly kind and gracious. They treat your pets as if they were their own and are all highly knowledgeable and amazing. Wonderful place to take the pooch! Clean. Appointments are quick, but thorough, and our Vet has always had an open ear and worked with us to get to where we wanted our pooch to be. Wouldn't choose another place for our routine checkups!

Dr Jones is great! Listens, is very thorough. Accurate diagnosis. They usually get us in quickly. My parents have taken their dogs here for decades and I’ve followed suit.

The best. Not cheap, but professional and clean. Dr.Jones is very knowledgeable, compassionate and kind. 14 years with them with minimal issues compared to other vets in Eugene. The first and last place my furry pals visit on this planet.

Dr. Jones and the entire staff were incredible to work with. Our girl had a procedure that required her to spend the night, so we were nervous about that, but we got daily updates on how she was doing and I feel like I was informed each step of the way. She was in good hands.
