The staff and doctors here are the best and honest. My dog Sophia had pyometra and needed surgery or would have died. I was quoted for 1900 but the doc only charged 1300 in the end because the uterus was smaller and they didnt need to cut as much. I would have never known. They are honest and responsive and Sophia is doing great. They saved my dog's life and I am grateful. Thank you to the staff and doctors.

Had to bring my dog in for potentially serious digestive issues on Christmas Eve. The staff were increadibly busy, but made time and gave great care. I received regular updates throughout the process and was able to navigate the episode in a way that felt good for everyone involved. Thank you!

They never put us on their list even though we talked to them 2 hours before, and explained we were coming from an hour away. We checked in and sat 3 hours and they ended up sending us away even though the promised before i made the trip that they would definitely see us.

I came here to put my cat tiger of 14 year's down to rest... They did a absolutely Wonderful job, they comfort him, they were so easy and gentle and they let me have as much time as I wanted with him after they put him down. Thank you for your great work. I really appreciate all of you who where there during that time. Meant the world to me????

I am very disappointed with this clinic. I scheduled an appointment for 9:15am and when I checked in they said wait time was 1 hour. I waited in my car with two sick dogs for an hour. After the first hour I called to check and they said it would be another 1-2 hours. I was extremely upset since I scheduled an appointment at 9:15am. What is the point of making an appointment if you will not be seen at the stated time. When scheduling my appointment I was NEVER informed of this wait. After speaking with the receptionist she said, "Actually it looks like another 2-4 hours, not 1-2." Once I left, my friend who was there at the same time as me and did not have an appointment was seen 10 minutes after I left. Their company and process is an absolute joke. I wouldn't be so upset if their staff was nice but everyone at the front desk was stuck up and rude. HORRIBLE.

I just had to go through the unfortunate experience of saying goodbye to my cat of 13 years. I called every vet in the city today - no one wanted to see an unresponsive cat on New Year’s Eve. Echo Hollow was there, though - they had me bring my cat in right away. They tried what they could to save him, and they let me know early in the process that it was a largely hopeless affair. I was expecting them to take advantage of the situation, but they did no such thing. They were kind and compassionate. These folks are not my usual vet, but it’s good to know that help is just around the corner if I need it.

Although this veterinary clinic takes good care of my dogs, they have developed an uncaring customer relationship. Today I had a scheduled appointment for my puppy. My older dog developed a nasty ear infection which was noticed last night and needs to be seen. I called ahead of time to ask about seeing them both at the same time (easier on them and MUCH easier on me). The receptionist said "No". 10 AM appointment for puppy. 2:30 PM appointment for older dog. So I make a 40 minute round trip appointment for puppy and a 40 minute round trip appointment for the older dog. VERY INCONVENIENT when to combine the two dogs' appointments would have made me, the customer, happy and saved valuable time (I work full time) AND would have saved the vet clinic time in the afternoon (check in/check out time now doubles for two appointments). NOT HAPPY WITH THIS CLINIC RIGHT NOW.

Unfortunately I had to have my boxer of 15 years put down. There was no staff to comfort me or even explain the procedure. We were ushered into a room and left there for 35 minutes. All the while my pet suffering with cancer and couldn't even stand. All they cared about was getting my cash. There was no I'm so sorry for your loss. He just gave the shot and left us alone . I will never use their services again and I hope if you have to loose a beloved pet you choose a more caring and sympathetic veterinarian.

We took my cat here last month because it was the only place that had open availability when he was sick, and I'm so glad I did. The doctors are kind and the vet techs/front desk staff are friendly and knowledgeable. I was concerned about how expensive treatment was going to be, but it was very affordable compared to other places I have taken my pets. I was so impressed, I brought my other cat here and have been very satisfied. I will continue taking my animals here and will recommend this clinic to friends and family

We weren't called in to the exam room until 30 minutes past our scheduled appointment time. Once the vet tech saw us I was then left in the exam room for over 30 minutes where I listened to the employees chat and gossip and curse until I finally asked the receptionist why it was taking so long. She said there was an average of 1-4 hours wait time with no estimate for when the vet would actually be able to step in and talk to us. This place is a waste of time and their emergency services are a joke.

We had our cat fixed and all of his vaccines done here and we can't say enough good things about the staff here. Reasonably-priced, good staff, and a stringent COVID precautions-- we will be using them for all of our pet health needs going forward.

They saved my cat's life. What more is there to say.

Ive been using them for about a year and a half and I am so happy with their work. The vets are straightforward and compassionate and everyone is friendly. The price is always up front and reasonable. And my mini daschund doesnt hate them so even she approves! Highly recommend to anyone needing a vet

We are new to the clinic. They were happy to get us in on a same day urgent visit. I was more stressed than my kitty child. Got us in within 10 minutes...maybe a 15 minute wait...then were were out...absolutely love Dr. Jessica's kind and sensible nature. The cost was very reasonable. We have found our new home ????.

We have a little dog who shows fear based aggression at the vet. We have never felt confident with her care until now. I know it’s all around a stressful situation but the staff doesn’t show it and handles our dog seamlessly. So thankful!

LOVE Echo Hollow. They’ve been incredibly helpful for so many situations for me over the past 5(ish?) years. My Cane Corso needed a rare type of surgery that they were able to do for a FRACTION of what we were quoted at OVRA. They did the second opinion appointment for free, and once they did the surgery I have stuck with them since. They also spayed her at the same time and she healed really nicely from both. The front desk staff is always very kind as well. My younger dog (1 year old) has some anxiety in unfamiliar situations (we’re working on it) and they were very welcoming to the idea of us doing happy visits where I visit with him and just do training of calm behaviors while we are there to help him be able to be calmer at the vet. The only reason I’ve ever considered doing 4 stars instead of 5 is that I also feed my dogs a partial raw diet and one of the vets I saw here outright said I shouldn’t do that which I believe is VAST misinformation her part. The fact that she made a close-ended statement instead of asking ANY questions about it was a huge turn off to me. My dogs thrive on raw food and there is plenty of research out there to learn more about it and keep up with the rest of the industry. I kept to 5 stars because every other experience I’ve had with them was great (one of the vets did seem nervous one time about my Corso without any reasoning on my Corso’s behalf). For the raw diet reason, I see a more holistic vet in town for more of the long run/regular visits, and Echo Hollow is our surgery/urgent care go-to.

The staff are all terrific and the prices are reasonable. And their hours are unbelievable.

My Margo neededto be checked for possible lymphoma and they handled very well. They did FG ind anther issue and it wasn't lymphoma. They are very sweet people and I wouldn't go anywhere else.

Drs, techs and receptionist are very knowledgeable, understanding and caring. They use high quality medications and the prices are very reasonable! I have been there 4 times now with two different cats and each time my visits have been positive. They will follow up with you to check how your pet is doing after your visit. The one only thing I think could be a bit better is to keep dogs and cats separated in the lobby to keep the stress level down for your pets. This is a very busy place, but overall they do a great job!

I called this Vet because my cat had a infection. They were booked for the day but managed to get me in. They close at 9:00 but saw me after 9:00 even though it was late and they were probably tired and wanted to go home they gave my cat 100% I was super grateful. Thank you!

They don't care if your pet lives or dies if you don't have the money UP FRONT to pay! PERIOD. These people are AWFUL with no compassion for animals!

Echo Hollow was extremely quick, easy, and responsive when my cat had an issue with his eye. They got me scheduled almost immediately for just a few days out, saw me within 15 minutes of arriving and the vet was quick with an answer and immediately gave me some medicine for him. Overall a very good experience and I would highly recommend them

Don't take your pets to echo hollow veterinary clinic. Instead of telling you the truth and treating the pet with compassion, they give you false hope and milk you for whatever they can. They have done this with 2 cats that I know of.the first one lingered on for 6 painful weeks. The second one died a horrible painful death just 3 days after spending over$1000. She was screaming and scratching and biting at the air. What's happened to people?

I went to vet after vet to find someone who cared about my pets as much as I do. (Or close to it) After a couple bad encounters with other vets they completely changed my bad perception. They have always been very professional, caring and have unbeatable prices.

The staff here made a hard day a little better. They took care of our fur baby and helped us with him crossing the rainbow bridge. They told us it would take awhile tell we could bring him back home. It was about a week and a half. And they were so sweet when I picked him up. Thank you.
