Our dog was injured had a huge briar under his tongue.he's not friendly but they took excellent care of him.

The customer service is the best. The doctors & staff do an amazing job of explaining what your pets procedure will be.

We couldn't be more pleased with the care provided to our cat at Lebanon Animal Hospital today. She had a piece of ornamental grass stuck in her throat which Dr. Schmidt was able to remove. While she was sedated they cleaned her teeth, trimmed her claws and clipped some matted fur. Every experience we have had at Lebanon Animal Hospital over the last decade has been very positive. We will always take our pets to Lebanon Animal Hospital.

My pup was acting lethargic and very much in pain. I had no idea what was going on with him or what to do. Being new to the area, finding a vet that was accepting new patients was a challenge. The staff at Lebanon Animal Hospital did their absolute best to get me a same day appointment and get my pup taken care of. They saw him the same day and he was diagnosed and on treatment within hours. They did not run unnecessary tests or nickle and dime me. They knew his condition and treated him immediately and with care. I am forever grateful and will forever use Lebanon Animal Hospital as my vet of choice. I truly wish I could give more stars. Thank you and your staff!!!

Very friendly and knowledgeable staff!

They made a special effort to get my pet in to see the Vet. The Vet I spoke to, Dr. Willis, was very thorough and explained everything about my dog’s condition. I had sent an email in (COVID preventing face to face visit) which gave the history and current problem summary and I know this was read by the doctor and staff. I could tell that Dr. Willis had really did a good examination when talking about my dog. I am new to Lebanon and am so glad to have found a Vet office that feel confident about. Always super helpful and are able to get our pets seen when needed. Being new dog owners we had so many questions and they never once made us feel bad for asking. I know they must be short staffed at times but they always take time to make sure we are taken care of!

Always polite and helpful however I was supposed to get a call back after they confirmed something and heard back from them.

Customer service friendly, however, I asked for a medication that works for getting rid of fleas and worms and the medication I was given only worked for the worms and my cats still have fleas weeks later. ????

Needed appt for Marco, my new senior rescue; the receptionest was able to get him in w/in 3 days. Dr Willis took her time , reassured me Marco is in good health for his age; much needed nail trim and vaccines. Not 1 growl or whimper. “Kudos” to vet tech that assisted! Donna and Marco

My dog Athena had an abnormal lump on her side. The vet who saw her managed to talk me out of the panic I was in, took a sample, and told me... she's just fat... it was a huge relief and I'm thankful for the vets level head. It did feel a little like I was talked down to at the end but I was just so glad my baby didn't have cancer that I didn't care.

Called two weeks ago to schedule appointment to get up to date on a few shots for my dog.I had to wait two weeks for appointment.Showed up 30 minutes early called let them know I was there then other people started showing up 4 different cars they helped all them out left me sitting there 45 minutes go by no call nothing so I call them girl comes out told me she was the only one there it would be another twenty minutes or so they have to better I also drove from sweet home they are either over scheduling or just not taking people’s time into consideration will be going elsewhere

Besides the long wait to be seen, this still remains my first choice for animal care. The wait times are due to short staffing and it seems everyone is struggling with staff.

Our precious baby suffers occasionally from cystitis. We are new to the area and could not get in to the emergency clinic. Lebanon Animal Hospital agreed to stay open and wait for us to arrive. They provided prompt care and our little guy is feeling so much better! We can’t thank them enough. Highly recommend!

Horrible place wont see you unless ur an established patient pathetic animal "HOSPITAL"

I realize every situation is different. My family has been taking our dogs and cats to this establishment since the year 2000. I recently went thru two different pet emergencies and they LITERALLY SAVED MY CAT'S LIFE TWICE. Our family has always been very, Very, VERY HAPPY with the service, quality, price and Compassion exhibited by EVERY1 Who works there. I recommend this practice to anyone owho has a pet.

Amazing people. They took the time to explain really hard news to swallow for our family with such compassion. Would recommend to anyone who would listen. I don't have enough words to express how great they are. We drive down all the way from Portland to take our dogs here.

I made my first call to Lebanon Animal Hospital at 6:30p.m. I made the second call at 8:30 p.m. My little dog is in such pain. It tears my heart into little pieces. Why is the Emergency Veterinarian not reliable to call the person back. I am a person that has been with them for years. My poor dog is not eating or drinking water. If she goes outside for to use the bathroom she has to be carried. I would like to how they can treat animal in such pain that they don't even call back to talk to the owner of the dog.

They really care for your pet and your feelings towards your pet. Hopefully we will be able to go inside soon.

Don’t come here unless your ready to wait 45 mins for your appointments. I have given them so many changes and the owner saying it’s from Covid isn’t true even before Covid they would have you wait in the waiting room forever. I’ve only had one fast pace good experience here. I honestly don’t know how they are still in business!

Always treats my dogs well. Prices aren't to bad either
