We see Dr. Shea for our sweet kitty Franklin. She and the team are always so professional, kind, and gentle with our squirmy boy. Franklin has IBD and each check up Dr. Shea makes sure to pay particular attention to any symptoms he may have. Absolutely recommend taking your cat here!!

The staff at Cat Care are more than outstanding. They are knowledgeable, caring, compassionate, kind and will support you through even the most difficult times. A very special thank you to Dr. Maddox for his dedication to my kitty. The front staff is amazing, always happy to help and offer kind words of support. You will get THE BEST care for your kitty at Cat Care.

CatCare is an amazing place for kitty parents and our feline companions. Both Dr Shea and Dr Maddox are experts on cats and we trust them. Highly recommend!

Warm, caring, couldn't ask for more. Found health problems with my outdoor cat that a other vet two months ago had not noticed. Found that my cat's bladder infections were actually caused by decaying teeth. Talk to me about how he seems to be pretty compliant and that he probably would become a good indoor outdoor cat. No one ever encouraged me to do that. Sedated and shaved him. And never made me feel like a crummy cat owner.

Vet and staff are great. Between the right medication and labs my cat's seizures have practically disappeared. The vets are super easy to work with and don't judge you for letting your cat outside on a regular basis. Prices are totally reasonable and going to this vet didn't freak my cat out. They were very gentle and my cat was calm enough to let them trim her claws with no problem. Other folks have reccomended cat care to me and I will reccomend it to other people.

I've been with Cat care for over a decade. And I haven't had any problems with any of the Dr's or Vet. TEC's.

Outstanding care. Outstanding knowledge. Outstanding people. The only place to take a feline in Oregon, probably the best feline care on the planet. Thank you for existing Cat Care Limited!

Malcolm and I had a super positive experience at CatCare. Everyone there is friendly and knowledgeable. It was easy to feel secure leaving my furbaby with them. We are both grateful.

I finally found a place that understands cats. I would rather buy my food from this place to support them, than get a deal online.

Dr. Shea is the best vet I have ever been to. Incredibly knowledgeable, caring, handled my cat very gently. She is an expert in cat respiratory care, which my asthmatic kitty (and me!) appreciate very much.

Dr Shea is a great vet who is knowledgeable, helpful and very skilled. However the receptionist had pretty poor social skills or is just rude, I’m unable to tell. The facility itself feels a bit unclean but the location is fantastic. Very expensive. Not able to take my precious 17 year old fur baby here more than twice because high quality care is for the wealthy.

These folks are pretty great; I especially appreciated that when I called concerned that my cat was having an allergic reaction, they immediately flagged both our cats files to make sure they were in a clean room, even though I hadn't specifically asked. They clearly care about pets very much and will go out of their way to make sure your cats are not just surviving but thriving.

My partner and I took our cats here, one old and one young. I noticed the some negative reviewers mentioned the price, so I will say - like any vet or doctor, some meds are expensive. But these folks haven't pushed anything unnecessary on us; to the contrary, they were understanding when we explained we would have to mix any more expensive, high quality food in with basic stuff. More importantly, IMO, when I mentioned my old cat's hesitation to jump, Dr. Shea immediately diagnosed it as a likely early sign of joint pain. I wasn't so sure, but started giving her the prescribed supplement. One month later, she's doing so, so much better. She had gotten cranky and less mobile so gradually I didn't realize it; now she's cuddly and happy again, runs up and down stairs, and jumps twice as often. I can't stress enough how grateful I am that CatCare notices these things and knows what to look for. This place is worth it.

I initially came to CatCare because I was unhappy with the first vet I took my cat to. Dr. Maddox is great. He's very understanding of the emotional distress of having a sick pet and also of the distress of being financially limited (a big concern for me as I am a graduate student). My cat ended having a terminal illness, but Dr. Maddox helped me to be sure that he is as comfortable as possible. I highly recommend the professionals at CatCare and will be coming to them for future cat veterinary needs should they arise.

By far my favorite veterinary clinic I've ever been too. The staff was very professional, knowledgeable, and it was obvious they loved what they did. Affordable rates for excellent care.

I give this veterinarian office five stars because it's the only vet I have ever been to that cares more about your pet then money and they took care of my cats knowing I didn't have enough money and they took good care of my cats and billed me for the vet bill
