one would think they’re desperate for money based on the amount of discount emails they send you but that doesn’t line up with their terrible customer service

I always arrive with my kitten, Dot, both of us in a tizzy. The more Dot gets upset, the more I get upset. Fortunately, the staff and doctors at Bush are infinitely patient and gracious. They take care of Dot with precision and care. They calm me and try to make the experience a pleasant one. Just the BEST.

Our cat was sick and we needed to get him in to the vet. Bush animal hospital was able to fit us in even though it was New Year’s Eve and they were closing early. The staff and DR Priscilla were great and were able to diagnose and treat Harry Barry. We were greatly relieved, and avoided having to take him to the emergency vet. Thanks to everyone at Bush animal hospital and happy new year!

Bush has been perfect to have as a regular vet. They're always super friendly and helpful.

They have been very supportive in helping us care for senior dogs with many issues, including congestive heart failure, arthritis and poor eyesight. They have referred us to specialists as needed and they work cooperatively with their recommendations.

We received excellent care for our dog after she was scratched in the eye by a cat. All of the employees were caring and compassionate. We have been coming here for over 40 years and really appreciate their dedication and commitment to all furry friends !

It was totally worth the 10-week wait for a new patient visit. (This is totally a normal wait time in our Covid-world now.). My cat's medical issue was a common problem and the Vet was so informative and compassionate. The price was reasonable. I definitely recommend 'Bush Animal Hospital'.

My dog can be a little overwhelming, but the entire staff at Bush animal hospital treats her as if she is the most well behaved dog in the world, regardless if she's a good girl or not! Dr. Newman is so good with bully breeds that are easily over stimulated! Dr. Newman and his vet technicians are experts at handling hyper dogs, as well as executing all points of exams while their patients try to hide behind their person.

This was our first visit to Bush Animal Hospital. It was a very pleasant and positive experience! The entire staff, from those manning the front desk to veterinary assistants to our interactions with Dr.Yeager were courteous, kind and helpful. We are looking forward to visits in the future!

I have been taking my pug to Bush for over 6 years. I find the staff to be responsive, friendly and helpful. The vets are top professionals who really know their field. I highly recommend Bush Animal hospital. The cost is worth the price, but I don’t know what other vets in the area charge.

I feel the Doctors and staff at Bush Animal hospital are as skilled, caring and professional as they come. I’ve been bring my pets to Bush for more than twenty years because I have total trust in their ability to provides the best care available. The staff is extremely loving to my pet when we visit and are very efficient. The doctors are very professional yet personable and easy to talk with. They go out of their way to make sure you understand what’s going on and options available. They CARE!

Love this place! Dr. Blystone was spot on in her diagnosis and Luna's paw is already so much better! Makes me feel so happy I have these lovely people to take care of my babies.

I have healthy dogs, so when I need to bring them into the vet it's for an emergency, and Bush Animal Hospital always finds a way to squeeze us in. I would highly recommend them to any dog owner.

Dr. Yeager was excellent. Diagnosed my pets issue, gave good advice on food, etc. Her assistant was fabulous in getting my rambunctious Golden into the room. Excellent all around. A little expensive but the best service. So thanks.
