My kids (4 legged ones) love these people as do we. They take time with each patient, and parent. They follow up, they follow through ··· they care. They have always been there for us. Thank all of you at Animal Care Center.

We get good care here but it is way more expensive than other vet facilities.

Dr Slama came out to my car to personally explain what he was going to do and what he had done. The assistants clearly stated what procedures were needed and the costs. I was never put in long holds and they were very prompt. Very satisfied with our experience. My dog whimpers excitedly when we pull up and then runs inside happily with them.

We love everything about them. We have had many animals we have brought to them over the years (cats and dogs) and they are so caring towards our fur babies. The medical staff, including assistants are so gentle and kind to our animals. The front office staff are equally kind, caring and professional. The vets always have the right diagnosis and/or administer the proper care our animals need. The fact that they are so friendly, caring and compassionate with our animals will always keep us coming back with each new generation of pets. Their prices are very reasonable too.

After not be satisfied at other veterinary clinics Animal Care center has exceeded my expectations and very friendly.

Very hard to deal with

The Animal Care Center has been great to our pets! They can accommodate short notice scheduling typically, you can tell they genuinely care about your concerns and animal, do a thorough evaluation and treatment plan, and are efficient as well. I am always impressed by the care we get here.

All of my animal’s have received excellent care here. They went the extra mile yesterday to take care of my Pekingese. Thank you Dr. Slama.

Dr. Schwartz expert experience was needed with Bear (a rescue with a few issues); I am very grateful to have such a great team taking care of my animal family.

There really good have brought all my pets here and never have had any problems; they have great plans for new puppies including all shots and visits that is more cheap then I found paying out of pocket for all these experiences

I have know Dr Slama for quite a number of years. I came with Dr Slama when he joined Animal Care Center. I have come to know Dr Swartz and the rest of the crew. I have never found a more caring group of people. If someone asked me where to go for their pet I would definitely recommend them.

As I walked back to my car to call in to pick up a prescription for my cats- Sofia was so kind as to ask what I needed help with before heading back inside after helping another customer. It was fast, and she made an account for me so that I dont have to keep bringing my prescription back each time. Sofia was awesome and had such an infectious, joyful energy, on top of the courtesy shown with the willingness to help, she made my experience memorable.

Always warm and professional. They understand that your furry, feathered, hard shelled or swimming, friend is a part of your family and loved.

They are a great place for any pet

Dr. Schwartz does a great job, but just an FYI, Hawaii doesn't require heart worm testing. I called Hawaii Dept of Agriculture directly to verify.

Our dog Scooby had been limping the past week. we started to notice more sleeping ,drooling , diarrhea, moaning & whining thru night . Then his leg literally tripled in size over night . Really appreciate getting worked in on Friday afternoon, . When possible you want to see your dr you know and trust when these things happen. They got us in & treated him for cellulitis. Things are busy with staff shortages & all extra covid animals. Thank you for working and providing excellent care. Sincerely the Sipple family

Very competent staff and Doctors. Good appointment availability. Excellent support with over the phone issues and great care when our pet needed it. I highly recommend this clinic. We have a young Aussie and they have been very helpful with recommending a trainer and some management tips for this high energy dog.

They do a thorough job and really get to the bottom of the issue. My dog is a nervous one and the staff really keeps him calm.

They always take such good care of my animals! And even though they're super backed up with appointments they managed to get me in a week earlier than expected so im extremely grateful. Always recommend these guys for all your veterinary needs.

Unnecessary to have to call from the car before I come in and have them meet in parking lot. Its not a COVID test facility. It’s a vet.

Staff were very sweet and personally invested in me and my pet ????

First time visit and it was great. Social distancing meant i stayed in the car. I was not kept waiting and the staff was very friendly and helpful. Doctor came out to discuss the visit, did not try to push things on me like so many do. Left with a detailed report card. I also found this place to be very affordable in comparison. Would recommend.

As far as I know, because I've never been allowed to be present for my cat's care, they take good care of her. I do have on very large complaint. They slap on a $15 extra charge for EACH prescription of any kind if you don't fill a prescription through them, instead of allowing you to choose where you want to have it filled. I have checked around, and this is the only vet I have found that does this. I think it is wrong to do it. If I can find another office, and get good comparable treatment, I will probably change vets because of this. It feels like blackmail. Sorry, guys. BTW, so far ALL prescriptions are available elsewhere for a much lower cost than what they charge, even without the $15 surcharge.
