Cheaper than most vets in Polk county Oregon been going here for the last 12 years and will continue going here service is top notch and the front desk ladies always have a smile unless you want to be put on a long waiting list for friends of felines and live in Polk county I would give my and your business to Orchard.

Took great care of Cassiopeia!!

Trying to schedule a non emergency appointment is a joke. I called 3 weeks in advance only to he told they were scheduling out further than that! I realize that with covid restrictions more staff is needed, but there has to be some relief at some point. It's actually getting worse! We've elected to go to Corvallis for vet care!

I scheduled an appointment for my cat to get fixed. Just fixed. When the day came to get him fixed I called the office to let them know I had someone else dropping him off and picking him up because I ended up needing to work late. That is all that I feel would need to be communicated about arrangements if that. They then had my friend fill out a bunch of paperwork for some reason and then Vaccinated my cat without my permission. This wouldn't really be an issue but now my cat is double vaccinated and it ended up costing me almost twice what I had put aside for this. When I called and asked why it happened they were very rude and kept cutting me off when I was trying to explain what had happened and why I was upset. When push came to shove everyone just kept pushing me off to the next person and avoiding what I had to say. I had heard really good things about this vet office but I don't even know what can be done to resolve the issue at this point. I have been completely taken advantage of. Be clear when you go in for things to get done for your fur babies.

They treated my dog Juno like she was one of there own she went in for a blood draw and they were very professional she is going to have surgery in about 5 weeks and I will know the results of her blood draw tomorrow afternoon

Dr. Rivers is a pretty awesome vet. He takes great care of your pets and everyone working for him does such a great job.

I love this place and the people that work here! Dr.Rivers and his staff are wonderful caring people. They are great with all animals. If I had any complaint I wish they were larger to be able to see more animals. As they are so good that it seems like everyone wants to bring their animals there to be seen so it takes awhile to get in at times.

Dr. Rivers has been taking care of our animals since my kids were in middle school. My son is now 40. You can tell that he cares for all animals. I now have a dog that is blind and Dr. Rivers understand my anxiety about leaving him in a strange place. The entire crew makes me and my babies feel loved and cared for.
