Dr bratt is very nice, I love him to pieces but some of the ladies that work there are snobby. When Dr bratt retires I'll go somewhere else. The lady who answerers the phone has been down right rude to me.

This hospital made one of the worst days bearable. We had to put our dog down, they walked us through the whole difficult process, and let us stay with her through it all. We were able to stay until we were ready to go. They handled coordinating everything with getting her ashes. Everyone was very nice.

This used to be the absolute best vet any of us knew. My family used Dr Braat since the late 80s. This is not the clinic it used to be. I've never had a vet act like they care so little as I recently did there. (Not Dr Braat someone else) I've never had my vet turn me away in a time of emergency during office hours until now. And I've never had staff at a vets office outright lie to me until now. I really want to give them the benefit of the doubt hence the 3 stars. Dr Braat has always been amazing. Back in 1992 I was walking back to the house from the barn at 8 pm in October when I found my dog bleeding from 2 gun shot wounds. My mom and I wrapped him up in towels to stem the bleeding and I held pressure on the wounds for the 40 minutes it took to drive to the office while my dad called ahead to let them know we were on the way. Dr Braat met us at the door and began working on Max. It was an incredible coincidence that the bullets had missed anything vital especially considering one was a head shot. Because of Dr. Braat, Max lived to a full 12 yrs old and passed shortly before I left for the Army. Dr. Braat saved my childhood best friend and adventure buddy. This is just one instance of how amazing Dr. Braat and his hospital used to be. He helped us deliver cows and horses back then as well. It is my most sincere hope that this Vetrinary hospital can some day return to what it used to be in terms of caring about clients and their furry campanions.

I have been using this office since 2008. Just a couple weeks ago my horse had an abcess in her hoove and Dr. Bratt instructed me to give her pain meds to see if the symptoms would subside over night. Her symptoms did not improve so I called back in the early A.M. he came out and did a whole exam on my mare. He found out it was an abcess and gave me instructions to care for my horse. After a week of antibiotics and anti inflammatory drugs her abcess started to drain. Dr. Braat still remembered her from her eye infection back in 2012. He is a great example of a caring Vet. I would never to anywhere else. Great place and staff!!

Have been going to this vet for about 6 years. They have taken such good care of my pup and kitty all those years. Their prices are reasonable, the atmosphere is beautiful, and staff is really friendly! Their wait times are a little long but they do take the time for your pet during appointments so keep that in mind! Just moved recently and they have been really helpful about transferring documents to my new vet, we are going to miss them!

I've been coming here for 16 years! Wouldn't go anywhere else. Hands down the best veterinary experience of my life. Yes, they are busy and overbooked at times but they do prioritize the emergencies. When it's your animal you are happy they do this. Dr. Ben Braat is amazing!

Been is an awesome vet! The bad part is the wait after checking in. No better than your own Dr's office.

I just wanted to thank the Dr there for helping my little guy Max yesterday after he decided to eat a thumb tack! Such a scary thing to witness but I’m so thankful they got us in quick! And Max is back to feeling better and playing! Thank you Linn Vet. ❤️

Dr Brat is the best. He always goes out of his way when treating your babies. I know he has been a vet a very long time. But you know that he really enjoys his job.

Great prices, friendly staff, HORRIBLE WAIT TIMES. Every time I've had an appointment I've had to wait a minimum of a half hour before being seen. Today it was an hour and 15 minutes. When I finally called to complain, I was told there had been a lot of emergencies and there was only one vet. I can understand if this happened occasionally but I get that same excuse every time. They need to either not schedule as many appointments or add staff! Sadly, I'll be looking for a new vet.

I had an appointment for my dog at 8:30 am for vaccination. I arrived early at 8:10am. They came to get my dog at 9:30. I don't know any other business that can get away with missing scheduled appointments so badly. If I had a good option for where else to go I would take my business elsewhere in a heartbeat.

Absolutely the worst experience with a vets office in my life! If you can ever get ahold of someone you have to wait on the phone for hours before someone will speak to you. Then if you get in for an appointment don’t expect to be seen for at least 2 hours from when your schedule appointment is. Plus this is an emergency visit. My dog has an abscess and could die while we wait for these “professionals” to get it together. I have been calling to check on the status of my appointment and each time I am waiting in hold for at least 30 minutes before someone even answers. Let me be clear this isn’t the first time. This is the 5th time in the last year and a half this sort of situation has happened. I would be much more understanding if they had a bad day but no!!! They are perceptually short staffed and that isn’t an acceptable excuse any longer. Apparently this is just how they find it appropriate to do business and take care of our animals. What a disgrace. They should be ashamed.

On Hold for over 30 minutes only to be hung up on and have to do it all over again. Keep being told they are training more help but I think they need to be honest and really hire someone. Rude when they do come on just to put you back on hold. Going somewhere else. I spend a lot on my pets. But they dont seem to care if they loose business.????

I use to really like Linn Veterinarian but within the last 2 years it has slowly declined. Besides giving my pup a shot she had an allergic reaction to, they spent 4 months trying to figure out why her leg swelled up and she has hair loss. After hundreds of dollars spent I was sent to an allergy specialist. The specialist immediately knew what was wrong without looking at her chart, and asked if she had a recent vaccine shot. She said this was a common allergic reaction to a rabies vaccine. I’m annoyed that the Vet office who gave her the shot couldn’t figure it out and I spent near a thousand dollars in Vet bills. Today I went for her allergy shot and was quoted $32 over the phone weeks ago for the shot but was charged $45, after waiting 20 mins past my appointment time. The staff are very nice but I do not like being tossed about with random fees thrown at me, and the lack of acknowledge I feel should be there when it comes to the Vets themselves.

Please please do something with your system. Waiting for hours on parking lot is bad when you have set up appointment at specific time. I love this place and staff and doctors but / time is money and I can’t afford that! :(
