We sure appreciate Doc Mark, Lillie and Tobias! They truly care about the animals and are always very helpful and friendly. Doc thoroughly explains everything and is very knowledgeable and helpful. Him and Tobias performed a very laborious cesarean on my Posie and kept me updated with phone calls throughout. When I arrived I could see Tobias’s shirt covered in sweat. I could tell how much effort they put into my dog and puppies. I offered a tip and he said no thank you I am happy to help. I then got phone calls to check in for a few days. It is a breath of fresh air to find a facility like crescent animal medical center. I appreciate you all. Thank you!

Called upon their clinic opening in the morning to euthanize a suffering pet. They receptionist took my number and said she would call me back “in a few”. She did not call me back all day and my pet suffered all day as a result. Very uncaring and unprofessional!

Very caring staff and Dr Mark is very caring with his patients! Been taking care if our 4 legged family for years.

Alot of time and money spent at other establishments... I am sooo glad that a mistake of theirs sent me to crescent animal hospital.....Daisy had a bad tooth and a lot of pain with complications...they gave me the best price and most of all did a wonderful work and went above and beyond the call of duty ..I would go an extra 1000miles to bring my pet here thank you doc and staff .!!!

All I can say is that they are the best vet I have ever had. When I first brought BeBe to them they took the extra time to take care of all her shots, her nails and they are so gentle with her. When my cats Socks hurt his leg they kept a vigilant eye on him over night and made sure that he was not in pain and made sure to keep me informed about his care. I recommend this Clinic for anyone that wants a caring and professional team to care for their pet to bring them to this clinic

Crescent Animal Medical center is absolutely the best! After moving to the area, I picked them, and was SO VERY happy! All of the staff remembered my fur baby Percy, after his very first visit! My fur baby has urinary tract issues, but not anymore once Doc prescribed the perfect food! All the staff treat him so lovingly, and Percy loves them too! He’s never afraid in any of their care, and Doc is an amazing! He checks Percy fully each time we go, and always provides full and gentle care. Don’t go anywhere else!

Haven't even been here yet and I can already say that these people care about your pet. Weekends are busy difficult times for animal hospitals, especially if you are the only one within a 100 mile radius open on Saturdays. I am new to the area and have a senior dog with severe health issues. He was suddenly in extreme pain to the point of biting me and screaming every time I said his name. I called and the receptionist felt empathy for me. So much that she put the doctor on the phone. He told me how busy he was and I told him I understood but didn't think my dog would make the drive up to the hospital in Brookings. He felt empathy for me and took my number to check on me later. This type of response means the world to me because I thought everyone in the Veterinary industry was in it to save animals and had deep empathy for them. Sadly not many do these days. This one does. I would like to shake his hand and express how grateful I am to his receptionist for recognizing our plight and caring about both my pet and myself. These people care a lot!!!! I can't wait to meet them.
