Please don't come here. Respect your dog enough to find another place to board. Upon coming here the first thing you smell is urine, practically overwhelming. When you look I'm the play area, it's basically just a rectangular patch of cement.... after a day of playing your dogs feet will be sore from the cement. Their pictures on the website show astro turf, it is really misleading to see that and not have it match the actual conditions. When we got our dog back he was worn out, as if they just let him play every second without a break. He was crunchy and sticky, I've never felt like my dog needed a bath after coming back from boarding before. He did not look like we had a good time and I felt awful bringing him. Please just go elsewhere, it's not worth even a 2 day vacation stay.

Pretty simple: drop your dog off to let them play in an indoor space all day. There's always lots of dogs there. I have taken my border collie for daycare and boarding with no problems and he has a great time. There's usually 2 staff- one receptionist and one in the back with he dogs. There's extra enclosures in case any pups need separated. It's probably not the best place for a dog that isn't good at socializing, but otherwise it's cheap and easy!

Such great people here that love our dogs and take pride in the day care. Kennels are safe and comfortable as well. Can't beat the price! See you soon!!

Too crowded, no place for time outs or resting, not enough supervision( One person in a crowded room of dogs).

We’ve taken our dog here many times for daycare and boarding. She always leaves happy, and is always happy to see everyone when she arrives.

This place has changed my life! (And my dog) The owner genuinely cares so much for her business and the pups that come in. It makes my day to see how waggy and excited my girl is going in. I have noticed that my dog has become much more comfortable with other dogs since she started coming here. I think it’s great that they get the opportunity to learn socially here. The improvement in my dogs behavior has made my life so much easier even on days she does not attend. She always comes home sleepy and content on days that she does attend. I am so grateful for the business. It’s a blessing!

I will never bring my dog here again. They were not attuned to or responsive to dog behavior. Borderline abusive. I brought my dog for an overnight a few weeks ago. She was frightened by all of the barking dogs in the play area. Instead of giving her a quiet place to get use to the chaos, or pairing her with a mellow buddy in a side pen to ease her in (the way they have at other doggy daycare places) they drug her into the big pen by her collar, with her feet scraping the floor, tail between her legs, literallly throwing her into the pen with about 20 other dogs. She was frightened, urinated out of fear, and was snapping at the other dogs who mobbed her. All behaviors I've never seen in her. (She's very social and loves to meet new dogs and play at the dog park.) When I returned the next day they informed me that she jumped out of the pen twice, so they kept her isolated. While I'm glad they finally kept her isolated, it shouldn't have taken that for the people caring for her to realize she was frightened. She was also dehydrated when I got her home. My guess is they limit water so the dogs aren't peeing as much? The dog daycare in south town is much more professional and responsive to meeting the needs of anxious dogs.

There a take great care of our Dog's. The owner is a great person, and it is a great place to have doggie birthdays.

I bring my two dogs three days a week for drop in doggie play time. If I need to go out of town overnight; they offer this too. If my dogs are filthy, I can wash them there.

This is NOT a business endorsed review I have worked at Must Love Paws for over a year now and I would like to provide my PERSONAL insight to this business. ALL dogs are accepted and given the opportunity to have a safe and enjoyable place to play and socialize, which is not how most daycare centers are set up. A sanitary environment is maintained with daily sanitizing of the pens and play toys. Each pen always has clean, cold water and grassy areas inside and outside to relieve themselves. Dogs are separated by size and temperament, but as I have learned each dog's temperament I know which dogs get along and which do not. Of course not all dogs will be friends, which is why each pen is monitored closely. We encourage all visitors to come in and take a tour and please feel free to ask any questions you have, I am here to help you feel comfortable leaving your baby with us. I love when people come in or call asking questions. This is truly an amazing place, run be an incredible woman! Each dog that walks through the door is treated as our own!

I have used must love paws for both boarding, and day care of my pack. They have always loved being there and are well taken care of. The owner is always great at communicating regarding their care, and is always aware of the individual needs of the pups. Will definitely be using them for all of my dog care needs in the future!! 5 stars!

Hi there! I've worked at Must Love Paws since June of 2019, and I love it. The owner is wonderful, and she really listens to what we, as employees, have to say. While I do not speak on behalf of the business, I noticed a negative review …

I boarded my dog here for one night a bit ago and have considered coming back but because of the staff I will probably not. The whole place smells like urine and my dog was returned with her harness broken and no explanation of this. She seemed very skittish and frightened when I got her back and was panting nervously. Overall it was not a great experience for her.

Many great experiences, Ace loves the place. Have been going since they opened. Being a Grate Dane and so large it was hard to find a place for him to fully run around indoor / outdoor while at work but this facility is grand making him very drained when coming home at night.

SUPERB! Indoor dog park on the weekends serving small snacks and drinks for humans, daycare all week. Staff are amazing. They have watched and helped my dog grow from nervous around other dogs to playing during her visits. They always alert us if her behavior is different and give us an update on how her day was (She can't tell me herself????). Plus, they never over charge you. They have a minimum but often if we've only left our fur baby for an hour they will only charge us part of the minimum. Staff learn your name and your dog's name, even after the very first visit. If you're looking for somewhere your dog will be happy while you work or run errands, Must Love Paws is a Must try!

1) The smell of dog urine burns your nostrils. I am glad they got rid of the astro turf, so it is not as bad as it used to be, but the urine is probably permanently soaked into the concrete. 2) I boarded my dog here twice and both times they were not able to return her food scoop and her left over food. Apparently they just throw your dog's stuff away when they feel like they are finished with it. Did they actually feed my dog her own food at the amount prescribed by her vet? I have no idea.... Now I need to go back to my vet to get another food cup...again. 3) The young (teenage?) woman at the desk rolled her eyes at me when I pressed her to search for my missing items. I felt completely disrespected. I was firm with her but not rude and don't think I deserved her attitude. 4) While I was waiting for my dog and her things, I observed that they only have two people working there, and they kept leaving the dog play area completely unattended. Some times the dog play was elevating to levels that were questionable...large dogs jumping on one another and a smaller dog yelping because it was crushed under the jumping. 5) When I dropped my dog off before my trip, there were several sticky puddles of urine in the area back by the boarding. All of the boarded dogs were locked away in their kennels. It was already 10am, so they should have already had time to clean up and let the dogs out to play. 6) The owner seems incredibly sweet and caring. I think this place has good intentions, but there are a lot of kinks to work out. Given all of these issues and that they are by far the most expensive place to board your dog in the area, I will be taking my business elsewhere in the future.

Must Love Paws has been the greatest lifesaver for our pets AND our family! The super cool people that run this amazing spot totally go out of their way to accommodate the needs of my animals, and make my life easier at the same time! They are loving, gentle, and patient (with humans too!). They are so flexible, knowledgeable, and efficient. The establishment is safe, welcoming, and very clean. There are tons of activity and exercise options for animals needing long hours of care. I feel totally confident in the care my animals receive in my absence. They take such great care of our pets, Bean and Rhett, who both just LOVE spending time at their home away from home. The Corvallis community is so lucky to have a dog care center/park of this magnitude to utilize!!! Thanks you guys!!!

Caring, friendly people work here who really seem to love dogs! I think it is fantastic that you can easily see where the dogs play while they are visiting daycare - everything is out in the open which fosters a sense of trust. My dog is always very excited to arrive & ready to play. I’m glad I found this spot!

I don't know how I feel about this place. I post this review in the hopes that they will change. The two times I've gone there they have left dogs unattended in the play area for longer than 30 mins. Even when they are around, they aren't monitoring play styles or pairing suitable play partners and styles. The dogs didn't have access to a reliable water source. There were clearly some distressed dogs that were left alone in the play area to manage on their own. I wouldn't bring my dog here unless they hired more workers and made a rule that stated someone must always be in the play area. On top of that, they have let dogs in without verifying vet records. It's quite carelessly managed and honestly a danger to the dogs.

Ver cool place I went with my 4 dogs during a celebration. Bummed they no longer have open dog park all week. When the rainy season hits would have been great.

I can not rate my grooming experience high enough!! Having just moved to the area I had a difficult time finding a groomer that would take on my very cranky Toby as a client. From the second I walked into Must Love Paws ???? I knew Toby would be in fantastic hands. Toby looked great! He didn’t want to leave! I’m so grateful for Must Love Paws it is the only place my family will every trust to care for our Toby!!

Just started working here as a new groomer and Colette is such a cool person. She is professional and really loves what she does. Hard worker. The day care is huge with 3000 square feet and a lot of happy pooches!
