Tanisha and Doctors are professional and respectful. Always giving me and Ice the best service and communication. Staff assistants were also very helpful, especially and lady who got Ice a blanket so she would not slip on the floor.

Great Vet! Just expect to pay for their quality. Prices are higher than most vets I've ever been to, but are very nice and usually can get you in quickly. Been going there for the last 3 years.

I had a old dog that needed help. Turned us away , not taking new patients. This was my fourth stop to four different vets in Coosbay In tears at this point. .Drove her nack to Coquille and payed a outlandish 200.00 extra fee. They were not busy .

Fantastic vets and staff! Everyone is friendly and they are great with pets, spoiling and loving on them as much as we owners do. They greet my Gemma with grins and cheesy treats every visit, as they do with every pet that comes in, calling them by name. They can be a little pricey though, so keep that in mind when you make and appointment, but the service here is the best I've found yet.

They took very goood care of my Baby Kitten???? everydoller was well worth it, because staff are absolutely wonderful. Clean hospital. A go to place for me and my fam!

I called earlier today in the Early Afternoon, i asked if their was Revolution for Cats in stock. i was told 'Yes' and that one would be set aside for me. i went in at 5 p.m. and they stated 'I sent you a text, letting you know we are out.' I am completely and totally outraged by this. Not only did i drive a few miles one way for nothing, my fur baby really needs treatment and that's why i called, to ask if they had some, if she would of just checked and told me from the beginning, as i was expecting when i called, i would of been okay with them being out but this is why i called!!! its only Tuesday and she said they would arrive sometime next week. She didn't even ask if my contact number was the same, i don't know if they have the right one since she said she supposedly sent a text but i never received one, its literally her job to do things right. really shows how much she cares, and shows how much attention she puts to detail. This just made me very frustrated.
