It's ok for an emergency in this area

Great vets. Helpful and thoughtful. Made a horrible even a little more bearable.

They are good on price and saved my doggy more then once but have also been there when it's not been a good outcome all in all decent place just wish was a little bigger

The staff is amazing, no appointments so you can come in at your convenience but there is a wait which isn't bad considering the care you get from the front desk to the vets/vet techs on the back.

All the good reviews here are paid for and they are LIARS. If you truly love your animal DO NOT BRING THEM TO THIS PLACE. I wouldn't bring ANY animal to this place. I went to go drop off my aunt's cat after they told her that they would take it then when I couldn't pay an $800 deposit, 3 people start yelling loudly for the vet to stop. The cat had a blockage and hadn't urinated in over 12 hours! They made me take my Aunt's cat and leave. The next day ANIMAL CONTROL SHOWS UP LOOKING FOR ME.! It wasn't even my cat!!! These people are awful!!!

Absolutely best vet in the area. All the staff are kind, caring, and awesome with animals.

The staff was wonderful when my grouchy granddog had a minor emergency! They were fast and thorough, and the fees were very reasonable. I highly recommend them.

My husband took our snake in and the vet yelled at my husband because we haven't been able to afford a UVB light (which talking to a snake expert they tell you it's nice but not necessarily) and she was so rude not fully understanding our financial situation. It was disrespectful.

I love meekins so much. No appointments needed and they are back to allowing the humans inside to comfort your baby. They are very intelligent and it doesn't take them long to figure out what's going on and take plan of action. Affordable flea meds and affordable pet care. I am quick to tell people about my positive experiences here as being new to town finding people that you trust can be a difficult and frustrating task and I had a bad experience with a different vet place about 4 years ago and I don't want anyone else to have to suffer through that. Thank you Hanson and Meekins for all that you do.

Not taking new patients. The vets in Coos Bay don't take care of their local area. They recommended looking 3 hours drive from us for a vet.

Called this facility and they were jus RUDE! Their good reviews have to have been from pre-COVID. I’d never go to these people if my pups were in dire need. Sad business practice.

Sent me away even knowing that I had an extremely sick furbaby. They showed absolutely no caring attitude to me. I will never even attempt to take my furbaby there. Wish I could leave 0 stars.

My cat was attacked by something and had an abscess they got me in right away even being short staffed and got him taken care of for the minimum cost.

Just moved here and was thinking of making this place our new vet. NEVER I’m here for my dogs uti and I’ll find another for a more permanent one. Very rude!

Great staff. Even though they are walk ins only, I've never had an issue getting seen reasonably quickly. They have taken great care of my dog at a fair and affordable price. A local gem, for sure. Even though they can occasionally be busy in the morning, it usually manages to clear up by midday.
