We had a relatively good experience.. Overall, things were great.. Kaia came home to us a little groggy, with most everything taken care of, save the heartworm treatment needed by Dr. O'Donnell's... And at a much more budget- friendly cost than I anticipated.. The S/Nipped staff was amazing! ???? They were so patient and kind, and very competent.. ???? The young lady that spoke with me regarding Kaia's testing was so wonderful, reassuring, and empathetic.. She made what might have been a terrible situation suddenly not only bearable, but showed me that there was a solution.. ???????? I highly recommend it! Thank you all SO much!

This is an absolutely fabulous pet healthy business. Very conscientious and personable about the work that they do. Everything is very covid aware and clean and orderly. They do tend to get backed up and set appointments out quite a ways however it's understandable as the needs that they provide are fabulous. They do pet neuter and spay both cat and dog. They also do deworming flea etc. The animals are then tattooed after they are spayed not your clipped which I think is the most wonderful thing ever as it doesn't deform them. And they do a lot of catch and release. Kudos to the crew they are fabulous thank you so very much for being there.

Windy helps with all the paperwork and billing. She is very informative and kind. My dog Todd is recovering at home peacefully. I appreciate all they did for our puppy. I would recommend it to everyone. Let's keep our pets spayed and neutered. Thank you to all the crew involved with S/Nipped. Donations are always excepted. Thank you and God bless our animals.

What happened to making appointments to get your pet vaccinated? Very unprofessional way of conducting a low-cost vaccination clinic by making pet owners stand outside in line for who knows how long, as well as having to wait with others who can't control their own. I'll make the drive to For the Love of Paws in Roseburg where I know I can make an appointment, stop at the front door where they'll come get her, then return when they're done and they'll bring her to me, all without having to get out of the car. Now that's the way to conduct a low-cost veterinary clinic.

The people that work for this business are absolutely wonderful. My dogs are not very sociable but the employees were able to keep them calm and anxiety free.

Absolutely amazing. Thank you so much for taking such good care of our baby girl. My vet had rescheduled 5 times due to our cat going into heat and they refused to spay while in heat. Snipped got us in quickly and did an amazing job. Highly recommend them.

Long line service was fast and agreeable! I wish everyone would leave their dogs in the car until called in!

I took my young female cat on Feb 2, 2021 to be spayed and discovered yesterday that something wasn't quite right with her healing process. My daughter had noticed a foul odor and when we took her onesie off, we noticed the incision area leaking a dark liquid. Took the poor girl to Hanson-Meekins Animal Hospital this morning to find out an abscess had formed due to an infection with one of her internal sutures. The vet stated that the abdominal wall had healed fine and was intact, which meant no risk of a hernia forming, but she did in fact have an infection with one of the deep internal sutures and they drained, cleaned and sewed her back up and sent her home with antibiotics. S/Nipped never sent us home with antibiotics and I'm starting to question if she was even given any when they performed the spay. I know that are a lot of good reviews on here for them, but what was supposed to be a free spay (had a voucher) turned into a $300 surgery bill to save my cat. I say to just pay the cost of a spay or neuter and have it done by an actual animal hospital who will also provide antibiotics and make sure everything used is clean.

This place has helped me spay and neuter over 20 feral cats. People would drop kittens off in the rural areas and expect them to live out life, it doesn't work that way. I would lose sleep worrying if I could catch them before another litter was born. Ten years later I still have 5 of them. Last October a little black furry thing appeared, the first thing I thought was OMG and called S/Nipped they said they were booked until December...they did a wonderful job especially in the covid times... his name is Smoky

They did an excellent job with my 2 year old Boston terrier. I was really scared and they helped to relieve my anxiety over it. Their price is very reasonable & fair. The work they did spaying her was great; on day 3 she was back to normal completely. I would feel comfortable going back to them with any animal.

They are great for getting pets fixed especially when you cant afford it. They use stitches that dissolve when they get wet though which is my only complaint really. I mean it's good so that you dont have to bring them back in to get them removed, but if ur dog happens to break his cone line mine did and lick it, they dissolve pretty quick. Other then that its Gucci
