Mountain View isn’t professional with big animals only puppies and small animals if you don’t want them to hurt your big buddy I’d look somewhere else then this little building.

We have four cats that have adopted us as their forever family, thus we have adopted Mountain View Vet clinic as our forever veterinary clinic. The crew at the clinic has as well adopted all of us as their forever clients, sometimes, things in this world just work our purrrrrfect.

Mountain View has been a very wonderful healing place for two of my dogs. I am very happy with their professionalism and quality of health care. Thank you Dr. Landon and all of your warm welcoming staff.

I came to this vet because no one else was accepting new patients. I needed to get my baby girl her Rabies as it was already 6 months past expiration and I wanted to make sure she was good. They were fast and the vet and vet techs were really nice and professional. I set up a new appointment to get my girl spayed in the new year. Thank you MVVC!

I have been going to Mountain View Veterinary for probably 5 years now. They have always been very friendly and knowledgeable about my pets needs. My dog had a very bad limp, and after taking x-rays, found out that she had arthritis in her back. They gave me an anti-inflammatory pill. After a couple of weeks, the limp was gone. She continues to take them, and for $21 per month for the pills, she is well worth that. I highly recommend this business.

Best vet office in the value. They treat all of our animals like family.

I've been going to Mt. View vet clinic for at least 10 years or more with Dr. Landon as my pets primary veterinarian. I have also been to most, if not all, of the other veterinary practices here in southern Oregon for those occasions when Dr. Landon wasn't available. The main difference? Dr. Landon reccomends whatever is best for my pet while doing so in a cost effective manner, when that is needed. At Mt. View, I have never had to worry that superfluous testing and/or treatments are being tacked on to my bill simply to increase revenue....which I have unfortunately experienced in other vet practices and human dental offices here in Sothern Oregon! The staff and office are top notch as well. Always friendly, helpful, and fast and efficient. My only wish is that they could provide emergency services and more hours of operation!

The vet techs were great and really tried to take care of my dog. The vet seemed in too big a hurry to spend much time with my dog.

Wonderful service and friendly staff. Our dog is panicky and doesn't like being touched in any way that could help him medically, but he can sit somewhat still here, and the nurses are patient. If you need a good vet clinic, this is the place.

From the minute we walked in, we were treated with nothing but kindness. They saw my girl right away and were so good examining her, and they even did it quickly. My only complaint is that Dr. Landon talks incredibly fast. It can be challenging to keep up. But the man definitely knows what he's talking about.

My dog is absolutely afraid of the vet. She has to be muzzled every time she goes. Even with this, Mountain View does an excellent job trying to relax her and make her feel comfortable. They are all very professional and friendly and it shows that they really do care about your animals. Dr. Frederick throughly explained everything and made sure that my dog was well taken care of. I appreciate this office being patient with my scaredy-cat of a chihuahua.

The employees are so kind and good with my animals. The vet is very thorough and trust worthy.

I got put on hold twice just to be to be refused service. Poor customer service never will try them again.

I don't know what happened to this vet but the woman "running " the office is rude and nasty and has absolutely no knowledge about dogs. She came up to my car in an aggressive manner and when my dog reacted to it she called him a bad dog. Even though I asked her NOT to approach. She also refused to give me a copy of my pets records. I will be contacting the board of veterinarian about THAT practice! I use to adore this vet office but I will NEVER go there again and I will let EVERYONE know of my treatment!!

Over several years my Granddog Heidi was seen by Dr. Landon and his staff and she had many physical issues after having been rescued by my Daughter. Dr. Landon managed to make her seven years with my daughter quality years and when she had to be put down because of the results of her neglect by her original owners/breeders, Dr. Landon and his staff took her death to heart which warmed our hearts as we dealt with the loss of this precious, funny, bright little Schnauzer. You can't go wrong with their team caring for your pet.

My kitty was very sick and they got me in extremely fast when 12 other vet clinics were booked solid. I am so very grateful for this! My kitty is very old and time was of the essence!

Same your time and money! Dr Landon gives terrible service and treats you like a blank check! Terrible experience on multiple occasions! I don’t know why I waited so long to make a change. Just went to another vet (Phoenix Animal Hospital) and got professional service at a decent price. I don’t plan to ever go back to Mountain View again.

This is our first visit for our dog, Faith. They took all the time needed and found the problem with her nose that her other vets had not diagnosed. They were not only professional, but very personable. The vet actually came out to the car to explain, in detail, the problem and the solution. We were very , very happy with the vet and service. We will be making this Faith's new vet. Thank you for such great service!!!

We have been very pleased with Mountain View vet clinic. The Dr and his staff are friendly and knowledgeable. We feel they deal with us and our pets in a personal way and don't treat us in an assembly line manner. They recognize that our pets are part of our family. We have experienced regular care visits, emergency visits and Cody had to have complicated surgery on his back left leg, which turned out wonderful. We have been very happy with the entire staff at Mountain View.

I cannot say enough good things about Dr. Frederick and Dr. Landon. I have been taking my dogs to them for about a year and a half after they were recommended to me by a coworker when I moved down here. From the start I had a great experience with the staff, they were pleasant and loved my dogs. I had found it difficult in the past to find a vet clinic that were not afraid of my three rescued pitbulls. The whole staff loved on my dogs like they were lifelong friends. I felt like they understood that my dogs are my children to me, that they are priceless and mean EVERYTHING to me. I have always felt that they treat my dogs like they are everything to them as well. I would like to speak on Dr. Frederick specifically. My dog, Mako, started having seizures at an advanced age back in October. We had many emergency vet visits to the Specialty center and many follow up visits with Dr. Fredericks. This was a very difficult and traumatic time for my family and Dr. Fredericks ( and the staff) were always compassionate, informative and responsive. I felt like he was in Mako's corner the whole time! Unfortunately, Mako's seizures became too great and we had to make a remarkably hard decision. Dr. Frederick was very honest and empathetic, he found a solution for us to say goodbye to Mako in the comfort of our home, so that Mako was at peace. The connections that Dr. Frederick had that provided us compassion during Mako's passing was above and beyond what I would expect of a vet. I can never say thank you enough for the support that was given by everyone at Mountain View. My other two dogs will continue to be patients at Mountain View

Dropped puppy off to get neutered and get his rabies shot. The doctor was unable to do his surgery due to complications which I totally understand. So I went back to pick up the puppy and terrible guest service at the reception desk. I asked for the puppy to still have his rabies shot and the receptionist said she wasn't sure if they could do that. She stated that she was very busy and that she had other calls she needed to answer and then she hung up on me. Of course I called back and had her just bring me my puppy immediately. If they are this short staffed and treat their pet parents this way then I of course was not comfortable leaving my pet with them.

We are so thankful to have such a great Veterinarian close by! The doctor and his staff are knowledgeable, friendly, and have treated all of our pets.
