Came in this afternoon to get some fish. They just had gotten a shipment in December 3rd 2021. An entire bag of plecostomas were dead except one. I took it upon myself to release one into clean water that had survived the gross smelling green water. Nobody was releasing the fish for hours.

PetSmart has got a great new hire dog trainer! Her name is Monica and don't let her new hire status fool you. The level of expertise and care my 7 year old German Shepard rescue and I received during our Beginner Training course and our Stress Less course blew me away! I came in with a high anxiety, unpredictable and unsocialized rescue which had been through 6 different places before I adopted her. Monica taught me how to work with Goli using techniques that are effective, positive and endorsed by experts in the field. My dog is well-mannered, sweet and her best version of herself because of what we have taken away from this training regimen. Do yourself and your dog a favor and just enroll!

Never had this issue before but evidently you have to watch prices charged at checkout. Prices at register didn’t match what was on the shelf. Pretty disappointed. I will try Petco

Friendly staff who went out of their way to help save me some money on my new puppy expenses. ???? The store was clean and well stocked. There were several options for all the things we were looking for. Definitely a great place to shop for your pets needs.

Awesome pet store. I really like the fish department for it's variety of products it keeps in stock for aquariums. The Kong dog harnesses seem to be a specialty item of theirs. It's built well and comfortable for our extra large & medium sized dogs. Also love their variety of cat treats. Great place to spoil your pets.

Great customer service on the phone and in person. I work full time so I love the convenience of weekend appointments.

Listening to loud constant dog barking is one of my least favorite things! Don't bring your dog into a store if you can't control it, keep it from barking or shi*ting on the floor!! Can't you just go shopping without your annoying pet?? This place is so echo-y having a dog who won't shut up in there is like torture for everyone else! The manager girl with dirty blonde hair and wears glasses should be fired! If she hates working there so much, maybe she should find a new one, that isn't customer service!!

I always enjoy going to PetSmart. The employees are helpful and friendly and the products are well priced and a great deal for the price

Checkout is a real hassle. They only ever have one lane open, and make the process even slower by asking for your email to sign you up for their rewards program no matter how small your transaction. I was only prompted to give this review after one cashier tried to imply that an email was required for me to buy my can of cat food. I had to be far more insistent than I should have had to be before I was finally allowed to pay. It was a waste of my time and everyone else's behind me.

I like petsmart but they don't have a lot of stuff on the shelf that I was looking for I was looking for a general lead harness for my dog have a great Pyramid so she stopped pulling I had to order it on chewy.com because petsmart didn't have it anything in stock

Great friendly service. I hate that they don't have scooters since I can't walk very far without intense pain. With that currently i hate it that we have to wear masks in all public places again since its hard for me to breathe in those masks when waking the way I have to. I can't spend too much time in a store that doesn't have any scooters.
