First time boarding our dog Maple and she seemed to have a great time! These folks clearly care about dogs. We'll definitely send her here again.

Great place, we took both our dogs there. They were very happy and tired when we picked them up. Good prices and nice people.

Dropped my dog off for the 1st time for day care. Hard to tell if she enjoyed it or not since I couldn't really see much of where the dogs play as it is fenced in. I was very impressed with how organized it is and beautiful location. Will post more after boarding stay.

After being bit in the hip by another dog in the Pet Paradise lobby, the staff were unhelpful in reporting the incident. I ended up filing a police report after speaking with the manager, who told me that in their notes the staff present stated that the dog had only nipped at my shirt. We used to regularly board our dogs there when out of town, but the lack of empathy and clear incident reporting leaves me feeling uncomfortable about taking our dogs there in the future.

Pet Paradise is an amazing place. I first started bringing my first Chow Thor who went there as a puppy until he was 18 months old and had died unexpectedly. I have been bringing Furby my second Chow for almost 2 years now. As soon as we turn down the paved driveway he’s getting excited. Both of my dogs have enjoyed coming here which tells me something because dogs don’t lie. The staff are always friendly, professional and accommodating. They have a huge yard for the dogs to roam and play in and their indoor kennels are always cleaned out and sanitized. It always smells fresh and clean when I come inside. Their outdoor yard is always cleaned and picked up. These people are dog lovers here it isn’t an act. Whenever my dog comes for daycare or to be boarded I never ever worry because I know he is always be well taken care of. In fact they love him which means a lot to me. My dog is my family member so I have to trust whom I leave him with. They also have a wonderful salon where they offer dog grooming and they do an amazing job. I also wanted to mention that when my other dog Thor died I let Summer who is one of the owners of Pet Paradise know and she was so kind and sympathetic, she hugged me as I cried. That is genuine concern right there. I won’t be going anywhere else. Furby gives this business a paws up. ????????

I worked for this boarding facility in 2004. There was another gal that worked in the kennels. She never got a break or a lunch. The employer spoke down to her. I was appalled. I took a lunch break which was frowned upon. The owner was not friendly to staff nor the dogs. She was more concerned about her Irish Wolfhounds. I will NEVER do business with this company!

Pet Paradise, or as we we call it, “Poodle Paradise” is where we take our grumpy, senior, 7 pound poodle to plot her world takeover. She hates dogs. Kids. Walking. Weather. But LOVES the staff and crew at this place because they carry her around, leaving nary a moment for her to accidentally get her paws wet. When I brought in her fur pillow that she prefers to lay on to rest her old bones, the gal mentioned to my surprise that they have blankets and pillows in their cots already for each dog, boldly stating, “it’s a resort for dogs, Amanda”. So, the pillow and I walked back to the car feeling satisfied. Last, the staff LOVE her. When you have the worlds grumpiest dog, that is older than Mother Time, and the staff exclaim, “OMG we LOVE Maggie!”, I’m honestly super confused. Because she’s got a bad attitude. But if we love her, and they love her, and she loves them.... well then that means they’re part of our pack. Xoxo

My dog comes home happy and exhausted. I doubt he misses me one bit while he's at Pet Paradise. They seem to love him (though he can be hard to love sometimes). ;-)

Everyone at the facility was nice. My issue is that about a couple of days after taking my dog home from boarding for 2 days, I noticed that she has scabs all over her neck and back from bite marks. I know that when dogs play together, its kind of acceptable for them to play rough and all, but she literally has more than 15 big scabs from other dogs biting her. Not going to use this facility again because they obviously don't help submissive dogs from being picked on by other dogs.

Pet Paradise... More like Pet Petri Dish! This is the 2nd time I've picked up my dogs and they've both been seriously ill. Both dogs are coughing, puking and have diarrhea. Last time I picked them up sick, it cost me several hundred dollars in vet bills, but in their defense there was a nasty Kennel cough going around. They gave me two free nights - big whoop! There's no known outbreak this summer. So now after spending almost $700 for their "care", I'll have to spend another $500 in vet bills just to get them well again. Clearly this facility is not clean or they are not competent care givers. I'll never leave my dogs at Pet Petri Dish again. What a joke!

They were reassuring every step of the way though I felt I was being a bit high maintenance. Clean, lobby did not smell like ???? dog even though this is their of business. Most of all my energetic dog was happy when I picked him up.

This place rocks my dog loves it here I have been brining her in twice a week for the last 9 months and when I come to pick her up she doesn’t want to come home she wants to keep playing with all her dog friends. I’m so glad I found this place for my pup.

2nd visit and something went VERY wrong. First when I went to pick up my dog, I was told they bathed her-but I did not agree to that after the lady I met at intake asked ME what she should do if Scout would not let her groom her. I told her to forget it, I will take her to her normal groomer and cancel the grooming and bath. Next, I told them my credit card had been jacked somewhere out of town and my accounts drained in 2-3 hours. They told me unless I had enough cash, I could not get my dog. I was $8 short. By the grace of God a lady picking up her dog loaned me $8 . Then I was lectured in front of other people picking up their dogs that I was to bring the $8 in and they would pay the person who helped me. I said NO, I have her contact information. Counting out $112 cash, I realize I am still $1 short, again NO you can not take your dog. So someone else helps. Now they go get Scout, my happy 8 month old puppy does not get excited in seeing me, she walks out choking and comes stand by me, putting her head in my lap. No tail wagging, no wiggling. They hand me her harness and say that they took it off and set it in the kennel and she chewed it up. Another worker says, no you didn't, I took it off when I bathed her and it was already chewed up, then a man says NO, it was like that when she came in. NO it was not! They said they fed her, but I do not get her tub or measuring cup back (another person stepped up missing their stuff). Taking Scout home, she cried, cried the whole way. My neighbor met us in the driveway and scout hung her head, no wagging, no joy, nothing. Shelley notices Scouts ears are warm and red, her feet are warm and red and she has LOST weight! When Shelley goes to pet Scout, she lowers her head. THIS is not the PLAY with me puppy I dropped off. WHAT HAPPENED?????

Clean, well-organized and staff is very friendly. Dropped our son for the full-day day care ($15) on our way to Mt. Bachelor. They open 7am-5pm, so plenty of time for us to enjoy our trip. One down side is their entrance is really hard to find when it’s dark. Overall, very pleasant experience. Highly recommended!
