Very caring all took good care of my precious little angels. 9 cats. 8 females and 1 male. They pulled 21 of Bullseyes teeth on the 13th of January 2021. Very professional. Love East and Westridge. They have provided service to our animals for many years and I thank them.

Extremely friendly staff go my fur baby and two legged ones also. Very professional, reasonable prices and I was not pressured or harassed to pay or add other services. Will most definitely continue to come back.

I love the staff at the hospital. We took our male dog into them for a lymphoma aa d they took great care if him. We are going to take our kitten Scooby to them in a week or so to have him neutered. I would recommend them to anyone.

Took my dog in for his rabies shot and he fought the whole time, the vets though.. amazing ???????? They were extremely patient with both of us and did everything possible to make my dog as comfortable as he would allow. Very grateful for people like them because I was feeling horrible about the situation but they were completely professional and understanding. Thank you West Ridge AH

Great service! We have always had a great experience her. Their pricing is fair and they never over charge. Our dogs use the doggie hotel and see the Veterinarian. Most recently they helped us big by fixing our sweet girl up after she tore her chest open and they have been amazing in taking care of her in her follow-up care. Plus, they have taken the time to show us how to best care for her. We love West Ridge!

Very nice and friendly

Our dogs have been long time patients at West Ridge. Last week a serious injury occurred that required surgery. Dr. McGinnis, scheduled a special surgery date so that our dog could begin his healing process much quicker and not be in pain until the following week. The West Ridge staff treat your pets like their pets. We can’t thank them enough!

They are very friendly and great with my dog I took in on an emergency visit. They made time for us and took special care of my dog. They got us in quickly an out just as we came in. Definitely would recommend to anybody that need a animal hospital

Worst. Vet. Ever. Their contract is so poorly written. You can absolutely cancel it based on how it is written without the penalties. Penalties only apply if you miss payments. Just a heads up. Cancel away.

My dog would be dead if this place didn't exist, so five stats seems like it isn't enough stars. Good folks, helpful, and kind to my goofy dog.

Took my dog in as she was having lethargy, minimal eating, and hair loss. They specifically asked me what all I wanted done and I said blood work on everything as she was older and I wanted to know any and all Potential health problems she could be facing, They took me for about $500 and skipped a heart worm test. Told me she has a thyroid issue and prescribed my dogs meds. Months down the road she begins having worse problems. Turns out she had heart worms. My new vet informs me that heart worms take 6-7 months to become active adults in a newly infected patient. (She is advanced stage at this point.) If west ridge had done their job as I clearly asked AND paid for this would have been caught prior to her health taking a dive again. Thank you for charging me an abysmal (and I dare say COMPLETELY UNREASONABLE) amount for doing absolutely nothing. Do yourself a favor and find a different vet because this one won’t even give you a call back. I’ll still be following up on this matter.

Always try to accommodate and very good with animals

We had are family dog brought there to be taken care of the doctors were great but the receptionist was aful and very short was very disrespectful and acted as if that wasn't her job

They took great care of my service dog, and got him in when I couldn't get him in any other vet, I recommend them for your veterans needs.

My dog had puppies and went down hill. She lost over half her weight. We were taking her to another vet in town and she was getting worse and worse. Pretty soon out 70lbs dog was 34lbs. We took her here desperately trying to save her and they did ♡ she is now gaining weight and everyday she gets better and better

We had to put down a pet here and the crew at West Ridge Animal hospital were extremely hospitable in allowing us to stay after their closing hours, and allowing us to be with our pet in private. It was the best of a bad experience and we can't thank them enough.
