Good facility. Great you wash. Appointment required for both nail trim and you wash. Expensive nail trim much more than any where else I have used. Staff was short on phone but very nice in person. Def tumbleweeds of dog hair blowing all through building but it is a dog grooming place so no surprise. I will be back to wash my pup in 6 weeks.

Great staff, oversized shower for my large dog. Good with appointments. I'd give 5 stars but it's a little too expensive for 5 ???? I'd go more often which I'd really like to do, if it were even $7 less!

We LOVE MuddyPaws! Kendra has been grooming our pup Lenny since he was a puppy and he ADORES her. Lenny loves everyone, but especially Kendra. I work at a facility with full service grooming and we still bring him here (it’s a 45 min drive each way) because he genuinely loves being there, seeing the dogs, and loving on the staff. All a testament to the amazing job they do!

Nice people who really love dogs

I used to take my sweet girl here before she passed and they always did such a great job with her. She wasn't a big fan of hair cuts but she always came back looking great! When I get a new furry friend I will be sure to being them to Muddy Paws!

Great experience on my first visit! Easy to book an appointment. They trimmed my two cats’ claws perfectly. No wait and a quick process. Clean facility and professional staff. So happy I found them.

Avoid this place. The staff is rude and unhelpful. In a town full of dogs, they should be more courteous and thoughtful for their customers. They are in a service business. They list their hours as open until 6pm, but when I came in at 5pm, they refused use of the U-Wash station saying that it was already closed.

I’m not really happy about the service. We have been going to the muddy paws since we moved here. Sometimes they do a great job, other times not so much. Just depends who you get, so consistency is an issue. That said, today we were late for an appointment, and we took full responsibility for it. I understand it’s our fault that we missed the appointment. The service was the issue. We are happy to pay for the missed appointment but will not be going back based on the customer service. The person who called was extremely rude, and when we asked if we could still come in she snapped “If you can be here in 5 minutes”. I told her that wasn’t possible so could we reschedule for another day, but she refused and said “only if you pay for today’s appointment” which I was happy to do and said OK, and instead of asking for the credit card she hung up. Really? We won’t go back there again. Thank you.

Clean place, friendly staff, you can tell they love every animal that visits them. Self was was great! And they were even awesome about my crying baby! Just good people.

I picked up my cat Dreamer earlier from here and was very disappointed. First off, I spent 2 months on the wait list for this place all because it had five stars and I heard so many great reviews. So when I brought her I assumed she would be a little nervous since it was her first time and she seemed that way so I first discussed what kind of cut I wanted for her, a longer haired lion cut on the body and very full "mane". After the groomer assured me he could do this I then opened the cage to look at her and noticed she had thrown up; I told the groomer that I would be more than willing to clean it out because I didn't want her staying in it but he stated that he, "would just spray it out and clean it for me". I thought I could trust he would do as he stated so I left. When I was called back I was approached by the groomer with Dreamer still in her cage and a towel now. So I asked if he had cleaned it, and he stated he hadn't, in fact he had just thrown a towel over it. How disgusting and sad! My poor cat had to sit in that even though I had offered to clean it and he had stated he would. I then actually looked at her inside her cage and while looking at her I told him that the cut did not look even. His response, "in a week it will look better". $72 for an uneven cut and he couldn't even fully dry her. Bologna. My cat Dreamer used to be in my childcare around 10 children daily and was sweet and responsive if you work with her. And to not clean her cage, then butcher her fur and make excuses is crazy. If she had a voice she would be so upset. I would never go back.

I have been coming to muddy Paws for 3+ years. My last experience was awful. The staff didn’t know what was going on, the place was a mess. Pet hair everywhere....like 2 inches deep in the back where they groom. There were no pets on the grooming stands!. Plus they raised their prices!

Great Self serve dog wash. $20.

I usually give you guys 5 stars, reccomend you to everyone and bring multiple dogs in both personal and clients. Today I had 6 dogs needing nail trims. 3 were done. The two handlers coming out were abrasive, rude and rushed. The communication was rushed and harsh not only with me but with others. Today your handlers failed your facility. If your handlers could not take on walk ins then I would expect them to communicate that rather than be rushed and have no compassion towards the dogs. It is much better for me to do nails at home where I dont force a dog into submission using fear tactics. Today I watched as well balanced dogs acted in fear as your handler yanked in a hurry. Today I decided not to let your handlers touch another dog. Today I saw not only my dogs but other dogs revert back in training due to the handler. Training that took months and years to accomplish. I dont care if you say you have 30 years of trimming nails. Today you acted as if you had 0 experience both in dogs and customers.

I highly recommend Muddy Paws!! They do a great job and have been super-helpful. They recently helped with a last minute emergency and were GREAT!

Super nice staff and great advice!

Took our pup for her 1st grooming appointment. When we picked her up that evening her eyes were very red and she seemed in discomfort. Things looked even worse in the morning and we took her to the vet. They diagnosed a corneal ulceration and said the injury could not have been preexisting. Basically this groomer cut my dog's eye. Called to speak with a manager - she denied any wrong doing and said they didn't use instruments around her face. This was a total lie as her face and eye area were significantly altered. The manager ended up saying that maybe our dog scratched her own eyes when they put the "happy hood" over her head. I NEVER would have consented to having a bag put over my dog's head. Wish I would have know this before leaving my sweet dog with these people. No apology or offer to help with the vet bill. She repeatedly referred us to the website stating no refunds. The money isn't the issue. The problem is that they damaged our dog's eye (hopefully not permanently) and offered no resolution. I had hoped they would take steps to prevent this from happening to someone else's pet in the future but that was not the case. Keep your pet safe and stay away from this place.

Had a fantastic experience here. It was my dog's first time to ANY groomers, and the groomer listened carefully to what I wanted. She paid extra attention to the spots I was concerned about, and I felt my dog was treated well and taken care of. She looks amazing and her fur is so soft! When we picked her up, the groomer even took extra time to educate me on which brushes to use, and show me the ones she recommended. And the service was so affordable! This place has permanently earned my loyalty -- Patsie will get all her grooming needs handled here.

They take great care of my anxious border collie. She never comes back dehydrated.

Been bring my and my mom's dog here for years, both the self-wash stations and walk-in nail cutting. Great staff, always clean and helpful.

Do it yourself dog grooming! They kindly accommodate our needs and made our sweetie seem special. Highly recommended.

There are other choices in Bend Oregon but I always make the 45 minutes drive to go to Muddy Paws because of the cleanliness service and equipment that is always working .

Great facility, the girl at the front desk was very helpful and everything was very clean.
