Super friendly staff. Kristy treated my giant lab (who can be kind of a handful) like a princess. Been to other places that weren't as gentle with her nails and bathing. Was happy to have her back with no scrapes or missed areas. Early in and early out on a Saturday morning. Will definitely be bringing my girl back ????

There is no reason to be rude to somebody who is being completely respectful to you. We do not need anymore people like this in the world. I would never spend my hard earned money in this place. They are rude, judgmental and inconsiderate.

I got in the same day for a grooming appointment, and Gracie, I believe, did a great job. I have a Tibetan Mastiff, and the haircoat is long and the breed can be difficult. My dog came back looking stunning! Thank you!

Great grooming salon. Gracie is the best.

Wow where do i start? Gracie was the groomer and when I got my dog back, he had razer burns on the lower half of his body, bruising around his genitals, and he has been in pain since then. I want to know why i paid her money to torture my dog and give him back bloody? They were good at one time, but now, I am looking for another groomer, anyone have suggestions? Well its been a week since all that happened, my dog has healed. It was suggested by the owner of Deschutes Dog Groomers that I call Gracie to let her know the injuries i found on my dog. She didnt answer so i left a message and a week later I still havent received a call back. Goes to show she isnt interested in keeping customers. My rating for Gracie stands, the owner of the grooming shop is top notch.

Gracie did a great job with grooming Zelda. I highly recommend her.

I have taken Ebony here a number of times and she always looks great. They also take care not to stress her out and I appreciate that very much!

We took our German shepard in for a walk in anal gland cleaning. Krisie took care of our dog, and clipped her nails and did an awesome job.

We have a really scruffy Jack Russell Terrier with a rough coat. We were very apprehensive about getting him groomed as we didn't want him to lose his face scruff. They did an amazing job. Our pup has his sheen back on his body and looks clean while still keeping his beard. They've cleaned his belly, legs, back and neck really well and transitioned to the long hair amazingly. Would definitely take our dog back here.

I have been taking my 5 year old havanese to Deschutes Dog Salon for the past few years. Dina is awesome.! My dog always looks beautiful when I pick her up and Dina is consistently reliable, caring , friendly and flexible . I consider cost, groomer location, safe and clean pet environment , friendly service, grooming results and how my pet is cared for when choosing a groomer. Dina deserves 5 * for all of the above.

Have been taking our 5 dogs plus many, many foster dogs to Dena at Deschutes Dog Salon for over 5 years. Some of these foster dogs had never been to a groomer before (or even spent much time indoors) and all were taken care of professionally and quickly. Excellent service, excellent price.

I had an appointment scheduled and confirmed at 9 AM. I arrived 10 minutes early to ensure I was on time. I waited outside the closed shop for nearly 40 minutes for someone to show up. I subsequently missed my next appointment for myself because I was left to wait so long. No one ever showed up and multiple phone calls went unanswered. To say I am disappointed is a gross understatement.

This was the worst customer service ever. Took my two West Highland Terriers at 9 a.m. and was told they would be done by 1 p.m. My husband went to pick them up because I was at work at 1:30 and they had only groomed my 1 dog. Didn't get them until 2:30. They said they had taken them out for a pottie break and water but I don't think so because they drank so much water when I finally got them. There were 3 groomers in the shop at the time and they gal said you dropped them off at 10:30 and I said no it was 9 a.m. I had even paid in advance and left a tip when I dropped them off. Don't go there.

Terrible service. I had my Golden retrievers groomed here for our wedding and they did a terrible cut on them both. After a year I decided to give it another try. Big mistake. Our female golden had puss filled sores in her ears a day after getting them groomed. We had to take her to the vet and get a prescription for oral and topical antibiotics. When I tried to get my money back and talk to the owner, no one would call me back. We've gone into the shop twice and called once to speak to the "owner". I will never take our dogs here ever again. What a joke!!!!

Deschutes Dog Salon is the best pet grooming saloon in Bend ! Dena is so good to all the pets.. just go and see for yourself.
