2015 I utilized Dr. Hayes' services to help my Grand dog cross The Rainbow Bridge. My Dog son will need help soon and I will call on Dr. Hayes again. She is very kind and gentle along with empathy and sympathy to the situation at hand.

It was by far the most difficult time for my family and I, to put our dog down. Dr Hays was so sweet and gentle and allowed us time with him. She made the process a little easier on us. Highly recommend for animal needs.

Dr. Hays helped us say goodbye to our old boy in the comfort of our own home. It was time and we were able to schedule the appointment on a Friday afternoon. We chose to transport our boy to the crematorium but she also offered that as part of the service. I wanted as much time with him as possible. The whole process was calm, quiet and quick. Our other pups were allowed to be in the room with no issue. Thank you for making his final vet appointment as easy as possible.

When our cats quality of life was deteriorating quickly and our vet could not see him for a few days Dr Hays was there the same day to help ease his suffering. She was kind and professional in an incredibly devastating situation and we're grateful we got to say goodbye in the comfort of our own home. No one prepares you for these moments, thank you Dr Hays for being there for us.

Like most people that love their pets, I’ve had to put down my beloved babies in the past, this was by far the best experience considering the situation I could ever hope for. Dr. Libby Hays helped me let go of my 18 year old pomeranian, Orsino, nearly three years ago and the memory sticks with me still like it was yesterday. I had hoped that my little bear could make it a few more days after we discovered that he was battling renal failure, the next morning, I realized that was self-deception and his time was right then and there. I called Libby in a panic, crying and unconsolable, she showed up within an hour fully equipped with hugs, empathy, and truly authentic tenderness. Libby stayed with me while I snuggled with my little man and prepared to let him go. She shaved his little leg while I curled up with him in my lap on the couch, she brought me some water and tissue for my tears... then when he and I were both ready, maybe him more than me, she gave him a sedative and he fell into a blissful snooze. We waited a bit and she delivered the euthanasia intraveneously through the same IV... I bawled and sobbed and she just sat with me quietly while I let my little buddy of two decades drift away. She gave me plenty of time and when I was ready, we carefully placed Orsino into a little prepared box with a blanket - THAT was the hardest part. The next day a loving card arrived from Dr. Libby. Soon after that she arrived with a little wooden box with Ori’s ashes along with a clay inprint of his paw. I cried writing this but I am so thankful for the angel who is Dr. Libby Hays. <3

I can never thank Dr. Libby enough. I called short notice and broken hearted. I was so afraid of her coming because of what it meant, but I felt more like a angel came. I will never regret that phone call, and would tell anyone who asked; she allowed me to love my dog every second she had left in a way that I knew was a better choice than a vet office. My dog belonged at home with me, and Dr. Libby gave her and I that chance one last time. Thank you

This woman is an angel, she made the process so much easier!!! Even on Christmas Eve she came to our home and was wonderful, kind and truly put me at ease and peace with the situation. She also gave me advise on how to break the news to our 6 year old. It's never easy to put down a pet but after my experience with with Dr Hays I can say it made the process so much better. She's the GREATEST!!!

Dr. Hays not only returned a call promptly, she also managed to get us on her schedule within hours to help transition our dying dog in the most professional, courteous, and compassionate manner possible. She also cane extremely prepared which helped make everything go smoothly and as non traumatic as possible. As a previous vet tech and being on the side countless times, I can say that the option to euthanize at home where the pet experiences no undue stress is an unbelievable difference for most importantly the pet and is people. It was a very calm experience.

Dr Hayes is one of the most kind, compassionate and lovely Veterinarians I've ever met. The fact that she is mobile allows your pet to be within the comfort of its own home during routine, invasive, or end of life experiences. She REALLY is the best!!

Dr. Libby has helped us say goodbye peacefully to two of our dogs now at home. To not have your pet nervous or stressed, and in the environment that they have been a part of for so long is well worth it, and Dr. Libby is very supportive and gentle through the process. I highly recommend her services.

I highly recommend Dr. Libby as both a general practitioner and most especially for hospice care. She is extremely compassionate and will do her best to work with you to help your pet and to make their life as comfortable as possible. My old boy had a seizure, similar to a stroke, that made him unable to stand. When I called various clinics/hospitals they all wanted me to bring him to them and then leave him with them until they had time to look at him. No way was I going to leave him at that point when he was scared and confused. Dr. Libby came immediately. Her treatment helped him to get back on his feet again in a few days and going on his daily walks. We knew his days were numbered, but she helped him to be as pain free as possible and was always available to come at short notice. I use several vets depending on the service/expertise needed, but she is at the top of my list for hospice care.

We knew the time would come soon for our beloved Aussie. He was fighting cancer and it was just a matter of time. What we didn't expect was his quick decline and we had procrastinated finding a veterinarian that would make house calls. We lucked out with Dr. Libby. She was so understanding and helpful. She came a couple hours after we called and confirmed our suspicions. Our family was able to surround him with love and pets as we said goodbye in the comfort of our home. We chose to have him individually cremated. She took his body and delivered it to Horizon Pet Cremation. Then within a week she brought him back in a beautiful wooden box. The next day we also received a thoughtful card in the mail from Dr. Libby. I know we'll use her in the future for routine vet checks for our other pets. If you're looking for a veterinarian don't hesitate.

Dr. Hays came to our house on short notice to provide us with end of life services for our beloved lab, McLovin. She was kind, efficient, and allowed our dog to have a peaceful and pain free passing. None of this would have been possible if we would have had to have loaded him into the car and driven him to a veterinary hospital to be jostled around further. The service you provided is truly appreciated. Thank you again Doctor.

I had a fantastic first experience with Dr. Libby. It was so convienent to have her come to my home and was less stressful on my cat, Isis. She took time to examine Isis throughouly and was gentle and soothing to a very anti-social cat. What a fantastic service to provide! Thank you!
