Ended up canceling my grooming appt. They don’t offer appt times…however, they have everyone drop off their pets off between 8-8:30 and they’ll call you 30 min before your pet is ready. Who knows when that’ll be. What an awful experience that would have been for my 15 year old maltipoo…to be kenneled in an unfamiliar place for who knows how many hours until the groomer gets to them?! Not a fan. This system seems to work well for the groomer’s schedule but not for the pets (or their owners). I’d suggest offering grooming appt times.

Clean facilities, friendly staff make this place great!

We were nervous to leave our Liberty for the first time while we went on vacation. We were welcome to call and check on her. She did great. We upgraded to a suite in hopes to make her more comfortable. We got her groomed on the last day. She was clean and happy at pick up.

I recently had my little boy stay and could not have been happier with my experience. I’ve only had my dog a few months and he’s basically been by my side since the moment I found him. I was nervous about leaving him but the new owners and staff members made me feel at ease and took wonderful care of my boy. It was clear to me that he had a wonderful time and was treated with love. I will absolutely use them again and will definitely recommend to friends.

My parents took their German Shepard to be taken care of for 1 week. When they went over to pick her up, they had not given her the treats we left for her there. Also they could not find her bed. So disappointed with the service and care of Animals. The staff was so unprofessional.

A+ customer service. Hayley (dunno if I spelled that right) and her husband Eric are kind, caring people who want to give their clients the best. They gave me a thorough tour of the place and answered all of my questions, were very patient with my many fears about dropping off my anxious dog, and even more patient when I screwed up my reservation and had to drop her off during off-hours. My dog (who doesn't usually trust strangers) walked off very nicely with Hayley, and I feel totally confident that she's in good hands. Also a fantastic value for the care and attention that the dogs receive--they even offer private play times for puppers who exhibit aggressive tendencies around other dogs, like mine! I have always been afraid to board her but am so glad I gave this place a shot. Thank you guys for saving my vacation!!

I've experienced nothing but the kindest, gentlest, most patient, and understanding staff. I am very particular about who I allow around my pup when I am not there. But I have never had more trust in anyone as I do in the staff at Bend Pet Resort. I strongly recommend them. Eric is, for lack of a better term, an animal whisperer.

I took my frenchie there for the first time last Friday! I was a little nervous leaving him because he’s always gone with me everywhere, but after starting a new job that didn’t allow him to come to work with me I decided to give bend pet resort a shot. Let me just tell you all this place is hands down the best! My lil stitch had an absolute blast! The best part is that new owners are amazing people and very knowledgeable! I highly recommend bend pet resort. They get a 10 outta 10 from stitch and myself!! Thank you!

Absolutely love BPR!! Eric is amazing with animals. My pup is not an easy girl to deal with. (Mental issues) and he treated her like the only pup there she was very happy there and that’s not easy to do with her. Thank you. Life time customer right here

They took amazing care of my 11 month old blue heeler Lilo while my husband and I were out of town for a week. They paid attention to her moods and nerves and made her feel comfortable for her first boarding experience. I am sure she made a lot of new friends! I Will definitely be bringing her here in the future!

1st time doing business here and the 1st time boarding for the puppy. The staff was so knowledgeable and professional. I was antsy leaviing him for the 1st time but I knew I was in good hands with all the experience they had. Apparently the puppy had a great time because he wasn't all THAT excited to leave! He was clearly bonded with the owner and tried licking him all over when they said ! They're also super serious about health and safety which I appreciate. We'll be back! Krystal

We've been bringing our dogs here for several years. Dogs are always happy to go on their staycation. When we get back they are happy and well taken care of. I would highly recommend this boarding facility. Oh, and add on grooming as they come out shiny and fluffy!

While I ended up not needing services, the staff was friendly and informative. The two team members I spoke to were patient and understanding of my dog's inexperience with boarding. They both offered a thorough explanation of the facilities and activities my bud would be enjoying.

Have used this location before; awesome attention to our fur kiddos! They love it there, so we do too!

My sensitive, skittish border collie was so happy and relaxed after his stay! I’m really impressed. Thank you so much, we will be back and we will recommend. The facility is top notch, staff is kind and professional, and we were treated very well. I also appreciated seeing COVID recommendations being followed by everyone there.

Only dog hotel/daycare I trust in Bend. I have been going to Bend Pet Resort for about a year now and they have always maintained excellent and friendly service. I recently moved across town and they got my dog in last minute on various occasions. I have a Collie who LOVES to bark however, they have always treated her with patience and love.

So thankful I found this place! I brought my older Aussie here to be groomed, he is sensitive, in an intuitive way. I was shocked and relieved that my Plum was more than happy to go with Eric. They took amazing care of him! He is happy to go back every time. Thank you ❤️

We had an amazing experience with them! A medical emergency brought us to Bend and were in desperate need of boarding our dogs. Not only did they take the dogs in at a moments notice, but they also asked if I would like to leave the trailer there. They made a stressful situation that much easier! I would, and have, recommended them to anyone!

We have been taking our dog to Bend pet resort for a few years now. the kennel came as a recommendation from a family member who also has a small dog. Each time we drop Daisy Jo off she is so excited to see all her friends at the resort. The staff is always nice and professional.

These guys are great. They've always been friendly and the dogs are well cared for.

When we moved to Bend, we were looking for a place to board our German Shepherd lady.We found a boarding place that is carrying, loves our girl, and we can tell on her behalf that she loves it there as well.Our Lily does not very well around other dogs, and prefers to be mostly left alone, so we did create a perfect match for her with the groomers and doggie caregivers. She is walked twice a day and has her private play time she is very active so it’s perfect for her.She also gets a bath every time before we pick her up, and she looks like a “dog model” her fur is perfectly shiny, and also fully brushed out wich can be challenging because of her double coat.We are very happy with this boarding place,and everyone who works there. The owner is very knowledgeable, and our girl always gives him kisses when they meet we can tell she feels very comfortable in his presence.

I’ve know this place for many years! The false reviews are completely ridiculous and are just internet warriors hiding behind their phones. Blasting local businesses for no good reason. Ken the owner is a great guy and runs the place great!

Great ALL breed friendly spot! My sweet boy Jack never seems anxious on the property, he loves playing with the other sweet doggy clients in playtime too. It is spacious and they offer everything you could need. They even have a spa set up to smooch up your pooch before you pick up. The smile says it all!

Worse place! Such a dirty place, very rude management, especially the older lady that I would assume is the owner. Wanted to get more information regarding boarding my dog and see where he would stay. She almost pushed me out of the way so I couldn’t and made me feel like I was bothering her. Rudely answered my questions. If this is how management treat people, makes you wonder how they treat once pet.

Have used them for over 15 years through 2 different doggie life times. My fur babies have always been well taken care of with day care, boarding, walks, play time and even vet care next door if needed. They're the best.
