We have been taking our Super Pup to Brookswood for 7 years and we are extremely satisfied with the care and treatment our Pup has received and will continue to trust them with our Pup’s care for years to come!

Brookswood Vet is hands down one of the best vet clinics. They treat you and your pet with care and compassion. I have never felt like I was being sold something that my pet didn't need. The staff is kind, professional and responsive. I trust them implicitly with the care of my sweet lab.

Loved our original vet, but it's hard to get in to see her now. They have also raised their prices significantly over the years, but we continue to go there.

I like everything about Brookswood Animal Clinic. The doctors, vet techs and staff are most excellent professionals in all respects. It is the only veterinary clinic I have ever heard of that provides full services and timely appointments seven days a week. And in spite of its high volume workload it always appears to operate with utmost efficiency and competency. My precious dog and two cats are in the very best hands.

I have taken my pets to Brookswood Animal Clinic for about 6 years. I can't say enough about their service and compassion. We had three very old animals that went to The Rainbow Bridge during the pandemic. Even during Covid, they made sure that their final experiences were personal, kind and thoughtful. We now have three younger pets and again the service is phenomenal. I know if I call for an issue, the pets are seen in a timely manner with good follow-up.

I seldom make professional referrals unless I have absolute confidence in a business. I have sent my friends and clients to Brookswood since they opened their doors, and have only had positive responses when I follow up on their experiences with the clinic. I have worked in veterinary clinics and been professionally involved with dog care for decades. I can say with absolute confidence that the care that owner Ruth Loomis and her exceptional team provides is as good as it gets.

Amazing staff and vets!! This is a vet that my dog loves to go to. If we drive by the office he wines. I think he loves the sweet attention from staff and the squirted cheese on the exam wall to distract him for vaccinations.

Cannot say enough about this amazing practice. They truly treat your pets as their own. Kind, knowledgeable, attentive and understanding and very reasonably priced. We bring both our puppies for their routine checkups here, but they have also helped us out in several emergency situations, quickly & compassionately, we knew our babies were in good hands and they helped ease two panicked parents anxiety as well. Jenna, Sandy, Dr. Doornek and everyone is just phenomenal. Grateful to them all.

We just wanted to share a heartfelt thank you for all of the care that Brookswood AC has been providing to our sweet cat. Unfortunately his prognosis is grim, but the staff has been supportive and so responsive to all of our questions and concerns. We truly feel that our sweet boy has received above and beyond the best care for the time he has left. Thank you for putting your hearts and souls into your work. It truly shows!

This place is incredible. I took my dog here to get a few vaccines and I was astounded at the level of care given to me and my dog. Shout out to Kristen, Lee, Sandy, and Dr Willams! My dog gets very stressed out with strangers but everyone went above and beyond to make her feel safe and relaxed. I highly suggest anyone looking for excellent care to look no further than Brookswood Animal Clinic.

Had a surgery done on my dog a few years back. They certianly were not the cheapest and they were not terribly friendly. I was holding my puppy walking in because of how many dogs were in the lobby. They immediately said to me "are you going to hold her for her whole life" "your going to have to teach her sometime". Rude to say to someone who had a puppy die due to a dog reaching out and biting its head when we were walking by. They called as soon as she was waking up and said i needed to get there immediately because she was freaking out. I walked in let her out of the kennel and she was perfectly calm. I told them before the surgery she had never been in a kennel and would probably not take well to it. I called in again a week ago to see about getting another dog spayed and they were again less then friendly and were not willing to take a moment to work out a date that worked for both of us.

After taking Abby to Brookswood Animal Clinic and getting a great dental work done it's now our new veterinary

My family has been taking our 4 dogs to Brookswood Clinic for many years now..we have always had the finest care with every area of the staff there. They are honest, giving different options for diagnostic care and also treatment and are considerate about your financial situation and what treatment is most necessary and what can be done if needed at a later date without judgement. Unfortunately this past Valentines Day we had to put our first Dog Nani down. It was an excruciating decision ...the Dr.gave us several different angles to look at and explained that the big picture of everything going on with her looked grim. The staff was extremely compassionate and kind..it being our first experience , she explained what was going to happen and answered all of our questions. For something as sad as this was..Brookswood made us and Our Nani as comfortable as we could be at this time..they did a beautiful job and were gentle,compassionate and empathetic.Thank You to all the staff at Brookswood Animal Clinic for giving all of our fur babies excellent care and for being so kind and caring in helping us end Nanis suffering.
