Alpine provides top of the line care for your furry friends. I remember one time my good boi Leo got a foxtail weed stuck in his paw, and the vet was so caring with Leo and worked to make him comfortable enough for us to get it out. The vet tech also showed me how to check his paws and prevent further issues. Unfortunately, I have to leave because I've moved but I recommend this place for anyone looking for very personalized, attentive, and sweet care for their pets. They have your back for the regular checkups and for the stomach-sinking moments your fur baby swallows a sock. Thanks Alpine!

Very attentive staff and the doctors spend quality time with you to address all your concerns. This has been the most thourough exam I’ve experienced with a vet. They are caring and compassionate and take time with you and your pet. They were great about getting me in on a cancellation and also excellent with follow a follow up call to see how my dog was doing afterwards. My dog had to be there all day for a procedure and they sent me texts throughout the day. Really appreciate the personal attention of felt more like taking my dog to a family member than a large vet clinic where he is just a number. Thank you!

Dr. Kelley saved my cat’s life. I know nothing is a permanent fix, but now my boy will be more comfortable when the time comes.

It was noticeable that the dr. and nurses really cared about my pet, and they were not just getting through the day at work. They gave her plenty of affection throughout the visit as well as sympathy for having to go through invasive tests, which made me feel really comfortable in trusting them. The doctor was also very clear in his explanation and diagnosis, which I appreciated.

I am so grateful and happy Dr. Barton took the time to figure out what my dog was dealing with and treated her right away. They are very thorough and explain things so you understand. High praises to this team!!!

Having just adopted a cat from Brightside in Redmond, I was looking for a good veterinarian. A friend recommended Alpine Veterinarian Clinic in Bend, and I’m glad I chose them. The staff was very courteous, outgoing and they welcomed my pet with great enthusiasm. I was assigned to Dr. Burton and I found him to be very informative, answered all of my questions, and and didn’t rush through the appointment like a lot of doctors do. I will continue using Alpine Veterinarian Clinic, because I believe they are one of the better ones here in Bend. GL

We were blown away by the staff at Alpine's Vet clinic during our pet's end of life care. Even as new patient/client, we were given such heart felt care during a very tough time. Losing a pet incredibly painful and hard, but they did so much to make our pet comfortable and to give us a peaceful space to say goodbye. We are very grateful.

Got me into an appointment the day I called. Very friendly staff and knowledgeable. My 6 week old puppy felt very happy and had fun playing with the vet while I got all his medicine.

I have been impressed by this place and recently went to have our 13 year old dog put to sleep. That process was smooth and the staff even stayed late to allow us as much time as needed to say goodbye. As one can imagine, we were all very distraught with the passing of our beloved dog. We filled out all the forms to have him cremated, have his ashes returned to us and also have 3 paw prints on plaster. We received the ashes, but somewhere along the way, the order for the paw prints were not done. I am absolutely crushed by this news. I do have to say that the staff has been very responsive and respectful about this. Know there is nothing that can be done, but they have reached out to us to express how deeply sorry they are and that means a lot. They have made this up to us and are even going above and beyond what I anticipated them to do in this situation. I wants to add an update that has happened.. we received a call that they had something for us and when we arrived, we were presented with the most thoughtful and amazing gift! They had spent so much personal time creating theses wonderful collages of our dog form pictures my husband had sent them. I am absolutely floored by this gesture and this is so much better than his paw print ever could have been. Thank you so much from our whole family!????

I was most happy that Alpine fit me in for a same-day appointment as a new client when other veterinary clinics had waiting lists for new clients.

I needed sedatives for my cat to travel. As the cat has been seen before they were able to accommodate. What I love about Alpine is they are SO FRIENDLY.

I was expecting to pay about $800 for. dental work on my little choahuaha. I paid just over $600 for 10 teeth to be pulled late year at Klamath Falls animal clinic. I also expected to pick up my dog at 4:30. Not only did they not even start until that time, they didn't communicate. Then he was sent home at 8:00 pm without recovery time. There was not a call as promised after the x- rays. I was slapped with. A bill of almost $1, 400. I am not impressed with this vets communication, pricing or decision making. I will definatley reserch other options.

Yesterday we had to put our precious little dog down and we were heartbroken.. We are traveling in our RV and luckily found Alpine Veterinary Clinic online. We chose them because of the reviews. Everyone there couldn’t have been kinder. Dr. Kelley was thorough and made us aware of our options and supportive of our decision. We feel blessed that we found this place on such a sad day.

It was a perfect experience. Everyone treated us and our wonderful dog in the kindest way possible. The veterinarian did a thorough examination of our dog and explained everything he was doing to us. They also spent the necessary time needed to calm our dog…and my husband and I.

Our daughter was visiting from out of town with her dog and he developed a cough. Alpine Vet was able to schedule a non-emergency appointment, on a Saturday, to see the dog and prescribe medicine to help him cough less. The staff was very kind and helpful.

Everyone at the clinic were very kind, friendly and seemed to genuinely care about Hayzel. I have only been in a few veterinary clinics, before this, and the clinic smelled VERY clean. The veterinarian thoroughly explained why Hayzel’s wound presented the way it did, and gave detailed instructions on wound care. Thank you all so very much!

My dog is very fearful and the vets here showed compassion, caring and were willing to get to know the dog and help build her confidence before treating her at all. My dogs fear comes out as aggression. Unlike other vets they are willing to calm her and get to know her instead of acting like she" vicious. Great Vets

Super friendly and my senior dog was not shaking after going into the facility. At his old vet, he was terrified, this one he was at ease. The Dr. spent time explaining things to me for each of my pups and I understood all of the options before I made decisions.
