I have taken my dog to BlueSky since I got him as an 8wk old puppy. I absolutely love this place and the people who work here. They take such great care of my dog and are always reliable. I have friends who use the humane society because it’s much cheaper. BlueSky may not be the cheapest, but they are the best!

Employees are friendly and happy to answer questions about pet health! Appointments are convenient - I was able to drop off my pet in the parking lot. They handled my nervous dog beautifully.

We’ve been taking our dog here for 10 years (since he was a puppy) and have always had great experiences.. until today. I found out my dog had been exposed to kennel cough, and not having much experience with it I decided to call to get some information and advice. The gal on the phone was super short with me and her tone seemed annoyed that she even had to talk to me. After she answered my second question she cut me off and said “ok have a nice day” and ended the conversation before I could follow up with other questions and concerns. Thinking back now I don’t think I mentioned that my dog goes to this vet, so perhaps she assumed I was just a random person calling for information? Either way.. what if I was a potential new client, let alone an existing long term client.. Super bummed by my experience and really hope it isn’t a new normal :(

We have had very bad experiences with our beagle at other clinics and she struggles going to get routine checkups due to aggression towards people with scrubs. The staff was friendly and courteous to her need of feeling safe and secure and got her in quickly and let my wife wait with her outside after the initial exam while they went over treatment with me inside. A bit pricey but not overly so, worth every penny for a happy pup.

Wonderful vet clinic, from the front desk.to the vet herself,, the love of animals is very apparent! Super nice people made our new pup feel right at home!

Blue Sky diagnosed my dog with a skin infection all other vets said it was allergies, put her on steroids permanently, I knew they were bad for her. Her infection cleared up in one night. Amazing other vets couldn't diagnose it as a infection. She does get allergy shot once a month to keep allergies under control and she is off of prednisone and no more pills.

I've been taking our 3 Corgies to Bluesky for 3 years. They are rude, unprofessional, and when I mentioned I wasn't happy they said "no problem, go somewhere else." Terrible customer service, their prices are higher then ANYONE in Bend. I thought I was getting better care even though most of the local breeders REFUSE to goto Bluesky. We will be taking our business somewhere else. REMOVE the Corgi from your sign, you DONT DESERVE IT!

My dog was a new patient. I provided them with a list of his recent vets. They failed to obtain his vaccination records and didn't let me know. My dog received 4 vaccines he was not due for and charged us over $300 for services that were not authorized. I called to ask about the charges and the manager was rude and unempathetic. She told me that our family wasn't a good fit for their practice. **Literally everything they said in the reply is untrue. I was not upset until I spoke with the office manager who yelled at me first and she did in fact say our family was not a good fit. They did not discuss vaccinations with my husband prior to giving them.

Like others have said, they gave our pet medications that he had already had, without coming out to talk to us or consulting us first. The techs and vets are not relaying information to each other correctly. Vet said she would check something and come back out and discuss with us. She did not. Care is dropping. Like others have said, front desk is very rude when answering questions. Concerned about the safety of this clinic, and the mistakes they are making. This is the third appointment that mistakes were made this year.

I don't like that they won't let you go back/in with your pet. The COVID thing is getting old.

This is the only place I trust to take my pets! Honest and reasonable prices. They actually care!

One of the best vet clinics in Central Oregon

We are new to the area with an ailing older dog, and Blue Sky Vet provided us with competent compassionate care. It was easy to get an appointment, and Dr Moles and staff were both thorough and timely. Our pup had some tests run, we heard back promptly, and Dr. Moles patiently walked us through all the results. Dr. Moles also helped get her medicines adjusted and offered a referral to a specialist in town. Overall this was a great experience, and we will be back for all our pet needs. We really appreciate the care we received and would recommend Blue Sky to anyone needing a vet.

We just moved to town and needed an annual check up for our SilkyTerrier. It was easy to get an appointment, they were reasonably priced, and the Doctors and Vet Techs were extremely communicative. They gave us a VERY thorough physical and called out some things that no other doctor had ever mentioned to us. Overall, I was thrilled with my experience with Blue Sky Vet and am grateful our dog now has a wonderful local vet!

First of all, when we come in... It feels like we are being greeted by our best friend. Such a warm welcome and immediate care for your animal. I will never go anywhere else and am so thankful for this place. I am a new puppy mom and have a 7 year old son. I think I have called the office manager on multiple occasions just to ask (probably dumb) questions. She is always so helpful with resources and great advise . The vets are all superior and the ENTIRE staff is professional and very knowledgeable. Thank You Blue Sky

Our puppy was hit by a car earlier this week and I brought her in this morning for an evaluation. We always receive great care form Blue Sky but today really brightened my day. I met Dr Tennant (curbside :)) after she had a look at Olive. WOW- she was so kind, thorough and optopmistic about prognosis. It lifted my spirit, she is just one of those people that brings sunshine, So thankful she is on the Blue Sky team!!!

My dog Marley went in to see Dr. Harrell, she was very professional and kind to me and Marley. Marley is not very social so he needs some time to warm up, and all the staff were kind to Marley. I appreciate the staff reassuring me that he’d be in good hands. Cant wait to go back☺️

I took my cat in because she was breathing abnormally. They treated her for pneumonia and stabilized her breathing for the day the told me if I needed bring her back in I could and they would not charge me for future visits. They did not put a limit on that or anything and I could bring her back for the oxygen treatment to get her through this. Well low and behold I had to bring my Shmegal in and this time I asked if they could put her on a nebulizer or what my options were long story short the vet said no options and best to euthanize due to fluid on heart and lungs. When I arrived to the vet I was told I would be paying $75 for a euthanasia and $100 for cremation. Which my teenaged son heard because he was right there when they discussed costs. Not the case though my card was ran for $405. So I called trying to get to the bottom of the issue and why the overbilling. That did not happen and when I finally spoke to the Owner she accused me of cussing out her staff which I did not do. I tried to explain to her that grieving my cat was hard enough to be going through yet also being overcharged without any since of compassion was just hurtful. She hung up on me. 10 minutes later I received a bad review on my business page from an unknown person whom I’ve never done business with and suspect came from the owner Tabbitha. I was afraid I’d never get my cats ashes back that they would hold them hostage. I did get them back. Needless to say don’t go here that are about the money and will rip you off and lie to your face and about you while you are grieving. This is the most horrible experience to go through. Run! Don’t take your animals here!!! Update . The clinic is stating I was asking for a discount this is far from the truth. I asked for them to stick to the price I was quoted with my son as witness. Nothing more nothing less. Now they are claiming I had an altercation with the ER vet so I didn’t take my cat there! Not true. I cried because I could not afford upwards of $2500 to keep her in the ER. When she relapsed into breathing difficulties 3 days later I was trying to figure out my options. Shmegal had been up eating and acting like she was recovering until the early morning that I finally took her into Blue Sky. Because they had stated I could bring her in for oxygen treatments and not be charged for another exam. I was told that no treatment was going to help her and my only good option was euthanasia that the cost of that was $75 and cremation was $100. I was then charged $405! So why should I be being charged for any treatment other then the creamation and euthanasia at the price I was quoted $175 total all which was stated in front on my teenage son?They are lying about the quote, lying about me cussing out anyone and basically slandering me and accusing me of things that did not happen. I think it’s obvious they are not compassionate and only care about money. This was and is crooked! Yes if slander and lies about things continue I will seek out legal action. This is ridiculous to be basically harassed and slandered after I had to put my cat down and they overcharged me. Just wrong! Terrible people

They are super detailed in taking care of our 2 cats and 1 dog. One cat was 20 years old before she passed. We still have one more that's 21 and still kicking.

I believe my dog Molly is in good hands when I take her to see her doctor.

I cannot say enough positive things about this clinic. Dr. Ford is the best vet I could ask for to care for my cat. She calls promptly, she is detailed and ensures I understand everything, she is thorough, and she genuinely cares about her patients. Every time I speak to someone on the phone, I get my questions answered and I don't feel rushed. Everyone at the clinic has been friendly and understanding. I am really glad I found this place.

Blue sky is the BOMB. Nothing but professional with the treatment of my dog Ammo. Weather it is just a general treatment or clearing up ear infections. I love dr Moles and the staff at Blue sky. They are the utmost professionals when it comes to the care of my dog or cat. I would not recommend anyone else but blue sky to treat or diagnose my pets
