This has been my go to store for years. I won’t be back. There is so much stock piled up on carts in the aisles, the store is dirty and the staff could really care less. They have been out of my dogs food for a month. I thought the remodel would be a good upgrade but it is a disaster of a store. Changing to Tanasbourne Petsmart from now on.

Half of their beta’s were sick and laying down and the other half of them were dead and moldy really disappointing and disgusting!!!!!

Great place for all things pet. We also get our pets' annual vaccines here through Vetco. Very convenient and pet friendly!

Petco is my go to spot for my cat's food and litter. Besides there major competitor won't name only store to that has the type of litter I use, not to mention only store that has the cat food I use in the big bag and right flavor. There app is really good to, just wish they had a few more coupons for in store shopping. Keep up the good work.

I don't know if it's because they shoe-horned in a vets office or supply chain issues but they had pallets blocking aisles all over the place. If I was a fire inspector i'd've written violations for hours... Ok otherwise, bit hard to tell.

I purchased a great jacket for my dog. The sales people were very helpful. It has always been a great place to shop for my dog . They have great advice and help me solve problems. I have also had grooming done at Petco and they were wonderful :)

I love Petco. This place not so much. I was being helped by the new manager. I noticed he was chatty with the person ahead of me. He barely spoke to me, he was talking over me to another costumer who was being helped by another employee. During my transaction he left me and went to check out another costumer. The same costumer who was being helped by an employee. Out came my receipt, I grabbed it and walked out. The funny thing, the new manager was bad mouthing the pervious manger for her poor ability to mange the store. I say your actions spoke loud and clear to me, not to bother coming to your.

Love Petco! They are always friendly here, and super willing to help you. Daphne is a great employee, she helped us pick our pet's new water fountain today and we are super happy. Thanks, Daphne!

My favorite petco around and I live in the NE so it's quite a drive to get to it but the staff are awesome as well as the store being kept cleaner then most Portland locations

Check your orders before leaving the parking lot. They’re constantly shorting my orders or packing the wrong items and they don’t make it an easy fix. This time the girl said “we need to check our quantity to make sure you were shorted” insinuating I was lying as my bag is still taped shut.

Went to look at litter boxes. So many choices I had to get help. Manager himself helped me pick the best one for both my needs and my budget. Then made sure I got the biggest discount that he could allow. Love that kind of service.

The store was messy. Boxes of unpacked items all over the place.

I have gone to this store a few times and I love the employees, very helpful and last week I had one of thr managers assist me with my new puppies needs. Great shampoo recomendation. If I cnat get my local vet to see my new puppy I will have to use their services. I haven't used their grooming services but may have to try it as well. Went to a competitor store today and I had to hunt someone down for help and he wasn't very helpful at all, like I was waiting his time, defenetly Making the switch to this store.

Loved the sounds of chattering parakeets. Found what was looking for. Prices seemed a bit high. Staff friendly.

This is only about the grooming the store is great. I went in with my puppy trying to get his nails clipped they required proof of rabies no big deal I show them him his tag and they said that wasn’t allowed which again wasn’t too big of a deal and understandable but then I show them online where it says he needs to get it renewed next week and they still refused to take him. What made me upset was the woman kept insisting his rabies were over due and it felt like she was accusing me of lying. I get home and find proof of the rabies vaccine on paper and try to give them a call back since I only live 5 mins away and I did show up early I would only been a few mins late for my appointment but I was continually left on hold. I called 4 times with no response before I left this review. I just don’t enjoy feeling like I was called a liar and then not get any phone response

Low in stock for most things dog. Constantly (as of 2 months ago to now) has carts , crates and boxes in aisles and walkways. It has honestly become a hazard with how much stuff is everywhere so much so, they should limit the amount of people allowed in store.

Fish supplies are seriously lacking. I was looking for aquarium ornaments but they didn't have much. What they did have would only be a good fit for small aquariums.

Was out of the dog food I needed.

Show up at 730 and they’re closed!! But says they’re open till 8pm on the website and front door of the place, won’t bother to go there again

PetCo is a great place to go to get my dog the best care in regards to grooming. The people are knowledgeable and friendly and always take great care of my dog. He is always clean and groomed well when we pick him up. They also have pretty much everything available that you could need and/or want for your pets.

I would give zero stars if I could... I went in last week mid day and wanted to purchase some fish to add to my tank. They refused to serve me because they didn't have the staff to, although, I know very well that they had staff members that have helped me before, that now refused to. There was staff just standing around. They also said that they stop selling fish at a certain time, even though I was there way before that time. I called a different petco and explained to them the situation and they said that they always have to be able to assist with fish, and that they absolutely are not allowed to stop selling fish at a certain time. I'm super frustrated with this petco and will not be returning. Fish owners beware.

Gotta love it when stores have a sign advertising a price and then in tiny print below it says if you buy 20 or more. The cashier was friendly, but the manager was rude. If you advertise with the intent to deceive, you should expect issues when it rings up full price.

Is this place going to Permanently Close or Moving Soon. Cause this Place will be Redeveloping for a New In N Out Burger.

I would never bring my dog here for a groom again. The stylist did not seem to know how to handle a large dog

They were out of stock on most dog items besides food. Several aisles were blocked off by unshelved product

This location has always created a fun environment and the staff have typically been very friendly and helpful. This time I ordered online for instore pick-up and by the time I made it to the store the sales associate had it picked and ready for pick up. Great experiences in-store and with the in-store pick-up Thanks again!

Did not have to wait for help getting new hamster.
