Dr. Randall is very knowledgeable and caring. She solved our cat's allergy problem. The cat has been symptom free for almost 3 years. Everyone is friendly and helpful.

I love Dr Randall and her team! I was referred to Dr Randall after taking my little dog, Fuzzy, to the emergency vet. Dr. Randall's knowledge and passion kept my little friend alive. Every time I bring Fuzzy, they greet him like he's a celebrity. They're attentive. They follow up and follow through. My favorite part of our visit is watching Dr Randall sit on the floor with Fuzzy and treat him like they are best friends. Thank you Dr Randall and Team! ????

We have been bringing our German Shepherd here for a year now. We knew it was going to be a long road with our dog’s chronic allergies and skin condition, so we weren’t looking for an overnight cure. Dr. Randall and her team (specifically Samantha) have been nothing short of amazing. Our dog usually will pull in the opposite direction when going to the vet. At this clinic, our dog pulls to get inside. She loves everyone there and we know she’s getting the best care. It’s clear this clinic is in it to treat animals and help them find comfort again!

I took my furbaby to see Dr. Randall for allergies as he scratches non stop and has bad eye discharge. It was a bit of a wait to get my first appt, but it was well worth the wait. Dr. Randall took the time to ask all the necessary questions to help diagnosed my dog. She actually cared about my thoughts and comments, this is something that is hard to find. Usually I feel rushed and not listened to. I wish Dr. Randall would just be our go to vet for everything and not just allergies.

My dog Ivy has severe ear infections and itchy skin. They took amazing care of her and even squeezed her in for allergy testing. We've been struggling with her health for several months and they gave me hope that things will get better and we have a plan in place for Ivys next steps. This is the best allergy clinic around for dogs and cats.

I can't say enough good things about our rescue's experience with Animal Allergy & Ear Clinic, their staff and Dr. Amy Randall! They have helped us with multiple dogs in rough shape. Such a change in quality of life for our pups. If you're considering taking your dog here, don't hesitate!

I took my dog there many times. He had terrible allergies. I ended up spending thousands of dollars for potions and hope. None were productive. I wouldn't recommend them to anyone. It's all smoke and mirrors.

After many appointments I’m sad to say my cats allergies have not abated. I also called today to try and speak with Dr Randal around a question I had for my cat’s care. I missed a call from one of the techs.. I called back and was very clear I needed to speak with Dr Randal, they said no problem and took down my number .. then a tech called again (not Dr Randal like I requested) and said they wouldn’t be able to answer my questions without an appointment. After the time and money I’ve spent with this office I expected better results, care and service. Moving my pets to another vet as of today.

Dr. Amy Randall is a "miracle worker"!!!!! I re-homed a standard poodle in December, 2017. He came with and ear infection, and for the next 2 years, he was in/out of our veterinarian's office countless times, being treated for recurring ear infections. We tried countless different remedies, some prescription medicines, some homeopathic treatments. We tried changing his diet. As a poodle, he requires grooming, so we made sure the groomers were extra careful about getting water in his ears. I can say that we thought we had exhausted every option. Then, fortunately, our vet referred us to Dr. Randall, who travels to our neck of the woods (Winston-Salem, NC) on a regular basis, to evaluate our boy's ear troubles. Long story short - HE'S CURED. Dr. Randall figured out the exact right combination of ear wash and topical medicine to treat his particular type of ear bacteria. We are so grateful. Dr. Randall explains everything carefully and is a great listener. Her experience is unmatched, in our opinion. She's a miracle worker!!!

A year ago we moved from fl after consulting may dr her we were directed by dr Ben Jones to dr Randall who immediately found out that we were not suffering from allergy problems it was a rare gene problem previously I have spent thousands with nothing but pills and shots. My standard poodle who came from an amazing breeder in ca and had done extensive testing he is show quality and gorgeous within moving her he started loosing his hair had a black skin condition which turned him peach color now since having dr Randall treat Arthur since feb my gorgeous dog is back he will have to probably remain on one little pill for life but at least he dosent look like a Mexican hairless he is back to good health. I can say her entire both here in nc snd Oregon and extremely attentive and caring she is also conscious of the cost of this type of care and works with you we are in our late 70’s . Our dog Arthur is our child he means the world she I hope will eventually making this her home again we need an amazing dr like this who knows these types of problems thank you again dr Randall for giving our boy back to us

Dr. Randall has cared for two of my German Shepherds over the years, and I have always found her to be quite knowledgeable, attentive, and effective. Marcy, Kathy, and the other members of her team have always been very helpful and supportive as well. Her services are competitively priced with other vets, and I would recommend her highly.

This clinic was absolutely amazing. First off, we got there 20 minutes late because the traffic was horrible and they still accommodated us. They got us back into a room immediately and the doctor was in to see us in less than 20 minutes. She took a lot of time to break down the costs and procedures so we had a good idea of everything. Both of the ladies that helped us were very friendly and loved all over our stinky bulldogs ???? Dr. Randall took a skin sample and gave Ollie some medication to clear up his skin infection and one week later we have our old Ollie back. We went from thinking we had to euthanize him after exhausting all of the allergy pills and steroids on him, to celebrating national dog day with a hike and treats ❤ it means the world to us to have him back and it's all thanks to this clinic. We will always come here for all of our pup's allergies.

Absolutely horrible business. I made a tentative appointment over the phone from my home state of California for my dog to be seen by the dermatologist on July 5th which was a Friday. In order to make the appointment the lady over the phone …

I came in with a cat who has had lifelong immune issues and only recently an eye issue that my regular veterinarian was unable to address. Dr. Andrea Hasbach was amazing, she took the time to thoroughly examine my kitty and decided it was more important for me to take her to a veterinary ophthalmologist than to recommend any allergy testing/ treatment. As someone who doesn't make an enormous amount of money, but loves their pet like family...it was so appreciated. Thank you guys! Pepper is getting the care she needs!

Dr. Randal was absolutely amazing. They were there for my little fluffy when no one else was. Fluffy is an English Bulldog with an ear infection that nobody else could figure out. Fluffy is now all better, and much more comfy!!

If it were possible to rate higher than 5 stars, I would! Dr. Randall diagnosed and effectively treated the swollen, bleeding sores on my Vizsla’s paws. Now he is hiking pain free again! My only regret is that his primary care vet did not refer sooner.

Thank you Dr. Randall and the staff at Animal Allergy for taking such awesome care of our lab, Rigger! He is doing so much better since we changed his food and we were so happy that you were able to diagnose his allergy issues. Your staff was so sweet with him and so helpful to our family. thank you again!

Grateful for the amazing professionalism and dedication I received from the moment I called to inquire about an appointment. Not only did the receptionist explain in detail what to expect during our appointment, she went above and beyond and made adjustments to the schedule to get us in quickly. Given my crazy work schedule that was no small feat. Paperwork was available online so I could save time and fill out in advance. The symptoms I described made me think that my Cavalier had become deaf. Well versed in her knowledge of Cavaliers and their ear issues, Dr Randall took the time to explain in detail a few scenario's. I had been a client years ago, and I was quickly reminded how thorough and determined she is to find relief and a resolution for your pet. I was pleasantly surprised at the cost of the appointment, given the time and education that I received. A medication was formulated specifically for my dog and within a few days I noticed improvement, and complete recovery in two weeks. Thrilled to be able to say to the staff when they called to check on us that Lexi had greatly improved. We revisited about a month later and the slides showed no infection. Thank you Animal Allergy and Ear Clinic for your talents and dedication.

After a two year saga of doggie allergies, Dr Randall approached the issue from a different method. Pricey, yes, but if you've run out of options, she is a miracle worker.

I would never recommend this clinic. My consultation for allergy testing was extremely disappointing. Waited 45 minutes, improper technician, no follow up calls, medical records sent to the wrong doctor.......The office is unorganized and …

While my initial meeting seemed excellent the antibiotic that she prescribed wasn't tolerated by my dog. She refused to address this and instead told me to go to my general vet. My dog died. She was irresponsible as the prescribing vet. Not ethical.
