I rescued a cat and the rural area I live in only has low quality commercial food which the cat would not eat...so I went to Nature's Pet. Michelle at the front desk was very helpful she actually spent time with me and asked questions to see what I really needed. She recommended Goat milk and some kibble from a company called Essence and both were big hits. Now Jimmy the cat is finally gaining some needed weight and seems ti be filled with energy. Thank you Nature's pet and Michelle!

I walked in as a new dog mom and needed to fit my pup with a coat and harness. The staff was amazing and helped me pick everything out and explain the rewards program they offer.

We came in today to use the self use washing tub. The experience was great! They provide soap infused in to the washing hose, and there's options! Blow dryer machine, towels, brushes and even treats were offered and provided. Will definitely be back.

Absolutely incredible service. A really nice girl helped me understand more food options for my first ever cat I’ve rescued on my own (as in no parents). She gave me some things to try and informed me of everything I can do with them if he didn’t eat it or if he loved it (rewards programs). Could not recommend more!

I was looking for a coat for my “desert dog” who thinks it’s just too cold to go out in the early morning or after dark. The young lady who helped me try on coat after coat on my less than willing little Molly was great. She was patient and caring. All employers dealing with the public should hire people like her.

Best pet store in the valley!

Helped me pick out a harness for my Sasha, as well as guiding me on my first attempt to putting one on her. Very nice above and beyond customer service! Thanks guys, she is much happier in this harness than the neck leash for sure! And I don’t have to worry about choking her.:)

Every time I come here I find what I need plus more just because thay carry really cool accessories that my dog cant live without. I dont know how the cat section is but my dog is happy and stylin. Great toy selection too.

Lovely people here. Lots of selection. Just stopped by on my way down to the bay area. The store isn't super big but it's packed with fine foods and treats and toys for your dog cat or other furry friend.

This is my first time in the store. The store clerks were wonderful with my dog Patches and helped me purchase things for him. I was particularly in need of safety items for my automobile when he is a passenger.

Very helpful staff who are knowledgeable and helped me find what I needed. The store is well organized and the prices were very reasonable.

We have a Pyrenees mix, 90 lbs of pure love, who needed a bath bad! As always the staff was courteous and kind. We asked for extra towels and received them in abundance. They had treats for our dog. We love the selection of healthy foods.
