I went here twice! I have a 16 year old toy poodle! The first time we went there they were great, the 2nd time, they told me they would call me at 1 when he was done, I started calling at 1:30 no one would answer the phone until 2. When we got there the owner comes to the window, tells us that he’s too old can’t be groomed anymore and blaming me for him being old, just being very rude! Then I get charged more then expected and asked to leave a tip! WHO DOES THAT! GO SOMEPLACE ELSE! The owner is rude!

Accommodating, well natured and accountable. You call, they get back to you. Easy peasy! Dog is happy, smells good and clean when you pick up.

Called to get an estimate for 2 S/M dogs. Owner was rude and disrespectful. She refused to give me an estimate unless I brought the dogs in. She was curt and unprofessional. She just simply didn't have time to help me. I explained that I thought that was a poor business model. People shouldn't have to bring their dogs in for service before they know how much to pay. At that point, I did not know that they had a website and on the website there are estimates. Instead of referring me to her website for estimated prices she was rude and disrespectful. A couple weeks later I called again and her assistant gave me an estimate. I made an appointment and took the dogs in. They had the dogs for 4 hours and when I got there, they were not ready, had not had their nails done or been blown out. After waiting for 15 minutes, they brought one dog out and said they were working on the other. When they brought the other out they said they were unable to do her nails. I paid and left. When I got home, I received a call from the owner telling me not to come back because she remembered me calling and telling her that it wasn't a good business model for people to have to bring their dogs in before she could give them some sort of estimate. I said no problem. My daughter had gone with me to drop off and pick up and was shocked at the phone call. She didn't understand what it was all about because the drop off and pick up with the assistant had gone just fine. Then she got on the internet and found their website and said, "mom, they have a website and their estimates are right on their website. Why didn't she just refer you to the website?" At this point, I have no idea why the owner didn't point me to the website, was horribly rude and disrespectful and then told me not to come back. But that is the generation. Can't take responsibility for her own lack of customer service and inability to problem solve and simply refer someone to her website for more information. Then shoots herself in the foot by calling after she made money off of me and "banning" me from coming back because of her own lack of business acumen. Never was I impolite or disrespectful to her. My daughter still brings it up about how ridiculous it was that she actually took the time to call just to tell me she remembered me when I told her that bringing the dogs in before I knew approximately how much I was going to pay was a poor business model but couldn't take the time to give me an estimate OR refer me to the website. My daughter is 25 and has more business sense and customer service skills than this business owner who punishes a client simply because she would like to know approximately how much it may cost her before she brings her dogs in for service. Cancel culture is alive and well in Ashland, Oregon.

My 80 pound staffie is a big baby when it comes to trimming his nails. He is so fearful that we have had to take him to the vet to be sedated. I came in to 'Land of Paws' today not expecting that he would allow his nails to be cut, BUT!!! They were able to do it with no stress and super quick! I am amazed!!!! I strongly recommend them. Excellent!!! Thank you so very much!

Great groomers! My little dog is wary of groomers, but these folks she took to immediately. She's a Havanese, and I don't get her cut real short, or very often. They do a super job, just what I ask for. Call in advance, they are usually booked full weeks out.

Our four dogs have been groomed by Land of Paws for over 10 years. Andrew and Deedee are fantastic!

I asked groomer to leave the ears untouched on my shih tzu mix but she failed to do the standard trim around the eyes muzzle/mouth/lips and potty area. These are crucial areas for appropriate hygiene on this breed. A good groomer knows different breeds needs and Shih Tzu is pretty common. I won’t go back. Waste of time, money. Perhaps groomer just had a bad day?

After moving here we weren't sure where we would take our dog for her regular nail trimming and baths. We had some bad experiences in Seattle because our dog is very calm, but doesn't like getting her nails trimmed.I Shejoyed it here so much though and the owners are so sweet. We really enjoy coming here and the attention and care they give to Frankie.

Deedee and Andrew have been grooming my dogs since they've been in this location. Some of my dogs have been very nervous rescues, and they've handled them with compassion and gentleness. The best!

A great place! I have a VERY anxious dog; he’s a rescue and doesn’t like new places. The ladies working were very adapting and understanding. They were able clip my dogs nails with me right next to him, and we were in and out in less then 10 minutes! We will be back, for grooming needs and just for visiting and getting treats.
