It started with them calling my male friend instead of me. He was only an alternative phone number to be used if they couldn't reach me. Luckily David was visiting at the time. They gave only 15 minute warning that they were coming...an to him only. No attempts were made to reach me according to my phone log. When they arrived they wanted to talk only to him. They didn't introduce themselves...just asked if we ordered a washer and dryer and they were deliverying them. They asked where they were to go and said they were not installing the dryer...the wrong electrical outlet. The new applian es were just a newer model of the same appliances. Then they said they were in a hurry and was going to leave them in my garage. I was calling home depot to get help with the delivery as I purchased the appliances through them. We got them to install the washer...not checked for level and drop the dryer in a neighboring room. I saw the stacking kit and said it needed to go back with thwm as instructed by Home Depot when the appliances were purchased in August. They refused and said to take them back to the store. Home depot specifically said it was not returnable at the store as it was not an item they carry locally and they couldn't return it for me. While I noticed the return instructiona on the box of the stack kit to call a toll free number for assistance they were shoving a phone in front of me to sign for the delivery. They left saying they would not wait for me to get an answer about how to return the stack kit. My friend later said they wanted to take the washee and dryer we moved to the garage to avoid the charges to move the old machines. David said they were not happy with the old machines staying with us. David did get through the toll free number which gave him other number to call. When I got in touch with Home Depot.com. The automated system was completely in Spanish. I was told if I had signed the delivery completion contract on the phone I would have been charged for moving the old machines to the garage and for the stack kit. I am still not sure if I reached Home Depot or JBC Management. I had tried to call the delivery company when I firat had aome troubles and everything was in Spanish. I am now wondwring if I was hoodwinked...again. This is the third time I have purchased appliancea via Home Depot and each time I have had this company deliver the appliances aa a subcontractor. I t may be time to buy local from a small company who will deliver and install themselves...no subcontractors. I will be calling home depot again tomorrow. Oh...no paperwork was left with me only the manuals for the appliances. If they had the wrong address, would someone get thw appliances and I have to pay for them?

Didn't deliver at all, with no call, when I called them they told me to try and call in the morning to get my dishwasher on a truck. Otherwise I would have to wait another week. Update... A week has passed and even with me calling them several times through out the day, with promises they would be coming. They didn't show. First the said between 12-4 the by 5 then by 6.... They never came again and now I have to fight to get my money back.

Possibly the worst customer service I have experienced in six decades. Do not allow this company to install your appliances. They sub contract to Home Depot and others with untrained, inexperienced employees. Beyond bad.

"One of the worst experiences I have ever had with installation services. This provider does installations for Home Depot." The installers didn't complete the install after two attempts. Told me I had to get an electrician. I did and the electrician laughed and said he really wasn't needed and after 1 minute's work connecting a wire he left. Then I called to rescheduled the installation I got rebuked, ridiculed, and denigrated by Amanda, a supervisor for getting an electrician as directed by her installers. The Home Depot needs to find another service provider for installations and Amanda needs customer training or a new job as a KGB interrogator. Thankfully Chris at the THD help desk made a really bad experience right. I still don't have installation but decided to do the rest of it myself.

One of the worst experiences ever. I have lost all respect for Home Depot for using this company to deliver their appliances. Long story short, they were to come back to our home to install our new refrigerator after we made adjustments. We called back an hour later and their call taker told me they were not allowed to return the same day. That wasn’t acceptable as they left the refrigerator in our driveway. The call taker informed me that they said they placed the refrigerator inside our garage. I took photos to prove otherwise. 7 hours later I got them to return. They brought a Supervisor and when I explained one of these drivers lied about where they left the refrigerator, I had my eyes off of them for a couple of minutes to find one of the guys out of sight. I’m guessing that was the lying subject. In the end, like other reviews, we returned the refrigerator to Home Depot and currently looking elsewhere.

We had an unpleasant experience at Home Depot when purchasing our washer/dryer, and were therefore dreading the delivery/installation but when delivery men arrived they were courteous and respectful. They told us we had the wrong type of outlet needed for dryer installation. We were very upset to hear this so the men put a call in to the manager, Joe. He was friendly and helpful, he explained how we could change the outlet ourselves , so that the delivery men would be able to do the installation, and we would then just plug it in ourselves. They turned a stressful situation into a pleasant experience and we appreciate the help.

This is the WORST experience I have ever had with a home delivery provider. In fact, the experience was so bad, we loaded the refrigerator we bought on our own vehicle and returned it to Home Depot. We took our business somewhere else.

Great dock! Slow unload. They make a driver use a porta potty with no paper. I hate it when receivers treat me like a pariah.

This is one of the worst experiences I have ever had with installation services. This provider does installations for Home Depot. I have had a number of things installed by other installer companies that home depot allows to do installations and I have never had an issue. However, this time JBC Product Management installers damaged my cabinetry and conceal it by placing my dished over it. If it was not for there poor installation I may not have noticed the damage. However, the method they used to install the hose made it so my dishes would not fit in the cabinet properly so I had to take them out. That is when I discovered the damage. Luckily it was the same day of the install so I contacted Home Depot. Quite sometime later I received a denial from them with a lengthy excuse as to why they could not have done the damage. I am currently in the appeal process with Home Depot's insurance company. I am having other things installed from Home Depot; luckily they have other installers so I can request a different company. If you have the option I would highly recommend never using them as installers. If you do not have the option, I would recommend taking before pictures so that if damage occurs you will be better prepared that I was. I wish I had done more research before hand. Hopefully, this review helps someone else avoid this hassle.
