Good service and a nice place.

For a big box pet store the animals for sale were all in remarkably great condition! Their tanks looked great, they weren't over full (i went on a Tuesday so I'm not sure if this was their normal stock or if they were expecting a shipment soon) and each animal was given adequate cover to hide and feel safe. I met the animal care manager (her title may be different but it was something like that) and she was knowledgeable about reptiles and seems to actually care about the well being of the animals in the store. Beyond that the shelves were well stocked and everyone was super nice and asked if I needed help and were interested in my pets and were just overall super friendly.

If you're looking for a dog trainer LOOK ANYWHERE ELSE. I signed my dog up for classes, but tried to change to a later date due to my vet suggesting more vaccinations and the trainer was EXTREMELY RUDE. I left two messages for her and got no response so I showed up the day of the original class so I didn't waste my money and she said she moved me classes without telling me and made me and my dog leave after we drove an hour for this class. Also she argued with me on which vaccinations were required when I didn't ask her advice on this at all and simply stated I wanted to move the class because of what my vet recommended. My pup and I are extremely upset and I requested a refund that has not come through yet. Hopefully I get my $114 back as there is no way I am going to any lessons with their unpersonable trainer. Good luck elsewhere!

This a nice PetSmart, if not a little smaller than I am used to. The staff were friendly the store is clean and the items I was shopping for were in stock I will be returning again.

Great place for your pets. They didn't even suggest that me or my dog wear a mask. Not that I would if they had lol.

The employees there are wonderful and quite helpful. They make sure you get the best deal possible, and will let you purchase your items in multiple transactions to use multiple coupons. The staff had also been patient with my dog, and were quite understanding when he didn't take them too fondly.

Nice and clean cages, and the employees were friendly enough. Prices seemed pretty good. Too bad I missed out on the clearance Kong dog bed. They were out of the tan ones..

The store is usually not too bust but the employees are mostly very slow to acknowledge customers. The grooming department employees act like children. They are quite unprofessional. After picking up my dog from his grooming appointment I noticed that his nail grind was done very poorly. They missed several nails. Most were barely scuffed. Overall a terrible experience. The worst part is I was giving them another chance after my wife had a bad experience with our other dog. They have now lost two customers.

Always nice people working here. Orders are same day but must be placed hours prior. It's not real time pickup but none the less still convenient.

I put my dog for the grooming, it was our first time in here. It was really bad. They did the horrible job. Not even able to do the nails for my dog. They asked me to come back to do it. But still couldn’t do it. The people in there complete not skillful. Couldn’t do the job. We had training class once in there. It’s the same. Totally wasted the money and time. PetsCo is much better... a little expensive but totally works.

Out of all pet stores they're more likely to show general care for their animals. Like minimal care. Employees are very nice, manager not so much. Out of all big company pets stores in the area this is the best

I went in to buy live bugs for my bearded dragon. (I called ahead about to make sure they had them, before driving there 45min from my house) Almost all the bugs were dead. I saw 1 live horn worm out of 5 multi pack containers, and the calciworms were mostly all dead. (Black and dry, not just white and cold) I brought it to the attention of the store associate, and all he said was "We just got them in yesterday. " Very rude tone, and that was the end of it. I took one container of 75% dead BSFL to the register and asked if they did discounts for dead bugs. He said the best he could do is a couple dollars off, but he would have to call a manager. Then he charged me full price. I said, "so no discount?". Him: "Well I guess I could call a Manager." Me "Keep them" and I left.

You guys rock. We dont have a Petsmart here but I dont mind the drive. My dog eats Authority brand dog food and loves it. Great store for all your four legged kids.

Great selection for dog and cat foods! Friendly staff with a great attitude. Will shop here from now on!

I walked into Petsmart with my boyfriend to try and find some dog food we haven't been able to find, and not only did they not have the dog food we were looking for, but the two women that were working in there at the time were so ungodly rude to us. I will never go back to this pet store again and will not recommend this place to any of my friends or people I know. Petco had much better prices and were much nicer and friendlier, so I will stick to going there.

We are glad you are here. A few weeks ago my daughter mistakenly was sold water clarifier by PETCO instead of the chemicals used to take out chlorine. We went to PETSMART to find a new Beta after killing 3 fish that she bought from PETCO. Anyways , when we brought the bottle of fish chemicals in , the staff the pointed out the reason why the fish met there demise. We ended up buying a Beta and the RIGHT water treatment and my daughter's fish is alive and well! Thank you! On another note, PETSMART staff has always been friendly, and helpful with all of our pets needs. We appreciate everyone who works there! Thank you!
