Super nice people, super clean and professional, and the only place that took care of my guinea pig during the holidays. Can't recommend this place enough. Special thanks to Jaime.

Griffey had never been to daycare or boarding before, however, he had the BEST experience with Albany Pet Hotel. He normally has really bad separation anxiety and destructive behavior overnight, BUT he did not have a single issue overnight! He was tired out each day from playing and slept through the night easily! I really appreciate the staff’s patience with my questions and their great care of my puppy!

My lab always enjoys playing with the other dogs there. They make sure she is exercised and clean. When they find any health issue I am always consulted as soon as possible. Grooming there is reasonable and she comes home happy.

The people here are fabulous! We have an 5yo pug and a 1yo great dane, and they both love staying here, from an afternoon to a few nights. We often get fun anecdotes from the front desk workers when we pick them up that helps us feel our boys are well taken care of.

This place is amazing! When we had our cat stay here awhile back it was a great experience and then we just boarded our dog and again, wonderful experience. They are always so welcoming and sweet. I felt like they genuinely care for each animal so well. Our pup had such a great time she didn’t even care that I came to bring her home! Definitely will be sending her there for doggy day care now and any furniture boarding. Thank you guys!

The staff at Albany Pet Hotel are all Amazing!! I am so glad I have a found a place for my dog Nola to come and play every week. Every time I pick her up she looks so happy and then immediately goes home and sleeps because she was playing all day with other pups! Thank you!

I was told that they informed me that they let me know about odd hours in Sundays. If you aren’t open until 3 on Saturdays then who is there watching them? Additionally, why is there a 15$ charge of you pick your pet up after 12pm if you aren’t open until 3? Take your dog somewhere else. Somewhere they can run around, not inside of a plastic fence in the middle of a poorly-located area of Albany.

I visited to get my two small dogs nails trimmed. It was quick and painless for them and me. Great customer service.

I brought my 17 year old kitty, Maynard, into the Albany Pet Hotel while we went to the coast over Father's Day weekend. I was apprehensive because I had never boarded him before. He's on medication, and pretty grumpy, and opinionated. Mikayla was reassuring, and the rest of the staff inspired confidence! I'll definitely be using them again! Sorry he was such a pain at the end trying to get him back into his crate.

They clipped my kitty's nails. In and put less than 15 minutes and did such a good job. Very pleasant for me AND kitty.

Lots of quality products but my desire for a certain product is why I go there. They are the only store in tow with obscure brands. Will continue to shop there

When visiting family nearby who were allergic to cats, I had to leave my two cats with them for a couple of days. When we picked them up our cats were perfectly happy and excited, and we got a great breakdown of how the cats acted, played, and general well being, would definitely recommend them.

They took great care of my dog Hogan when I dropped him off for a few days, recommend this place.

Took my yorkies in to be groomed told them how I wanted them groomed. They called after hours of being there and said my yorkies were scared and didn’t want to cooperate when they are used to getting nails trimmed. So needless to say I have to pay someone else to clean up the job that they did and trim the nails after I paid them to to do this. Will not be going back.

I've been taking my pets to Albany pet hotel forever!! Whenever I've gone somewhere else because I can't get in with them, I'm terribly disappointed. The groomer is extraordinary! She recently groomed my two small dogs who were horribly horribly matted and there was a question whether they could be done safely, or whether they'd need to be taken to the vet for shaving. The groomer managed to groom them beautifully and perfectly! No scrapes or irritation, my doggies were happy and not at all traumatized. She is a miracle worker! I will get her name to add to this post when I get a chance.????????????????????

This is a wonderful way to have your dogs in a safe haven. They can be groomed and spend the next two or three days playing or resting in a monitored environment. Perfact for my rescue dogs to socialize.

Worst experience ever, our normal groomer was not available so we brought my babies here and they were left looking like a different breed and they we’re nipped bad! Never ever again

My chocolate lab Ruby loves going to daycare at Albany Pet Hotel. She had been going there a few days a week for about 6 months, and we are looking forward to it opening up again for daycare. Thanks to all the great staff who have taken such good care of my baby! See you soon.
