Dr. Billy Womack is a superb Veterinarian. So knowledgeable. We just moved to Yukon, OK, from Florida and was recommended by a dog bather to visit him for our Cavaliers. He runs a structured environment which makes you feel like you're his only client. He is very detailed as he goes over your pup looking of anything and everything. Check him out for yourselves!

Amazing care. Dr. Womack is so knowledgeable and always keeps up on his research while teaching paw-ents along the way. Him and his wife are so great, personable and patient. They care for your animals as if they're their own. Can't say enough good things about Dr. Womack and his employees.

Dr Womack and his staff have consistently provided my large dogs excellent veterinary care. I found him when my husky reached the end of her life. He and the staff helped me through that process. Then I decided to have him take care of the younger dogs. He provides me scientific rationale for his decisions, allowing me to choose but also having immense respect for my pet. His veterinary care reminds me of my children’s pediatrician. My pet’s health and well being is his number one priority. Highly recommend this vet. Your pet will get individualized treatment with a vastly experienced and smart vet.

Love the staff. The dr. Listens, then gives you options. Very compassionate, and knowledgeable.

The owners and staff are always very welcoming and friendly. Our appointments are always on time, and we can get in quickly for an emergency visit. Our animals, a dog and a cat, tend to be quite nervous around other people, but Dr. Womack and Sherry are so kind and handle them very well.

I cant even rate the experience which is pretty sad but I had to put 1 star before it would let me rate this establishment. If you are looking around for pricing options (since they tend to vary by the extreme from vet to vet), don't even waste your time calling. My current vet has recommended I do some research on thyroid testing for my dog because their in house machine is broken and it would require them to send the thyroid test to the lab which makes it more expensive. I had called 4 places before calling Chisholm trail and had no issues with them telling me what their base cost was for thyroid testing. I had no such luck with this place. They told me that my dog would have to be evaluated before I could receive a quote for what I need. What!?!?! I am not asking for them to stick my dog with a needle and take her blood before the vet assesses her, I just need the pricing to make sure this place is a good fit for me and my fur child. Basically what I take away is they are overpriced but don't want to tell you that until you pay for the exam fee and get suckered into paying high vet bills. That's the only reason I can think of why they couldn't just tell me their pricing on thyroid testing.

I have been taking my dogs to Dr Womack for 20 years. We have dealt with pancreatitis, cancer, skin ulcers, tumors, allergies, and more. He has been there for us every step of the way. He is patient and kind. If you are screwing up as a parent he lets you know. He takes care of your pet first and teaches you along the way. He is the best Veterinarian I've ever met.

DO NOT go to Chisholm trail animal hospital. The vet told my mother Inlaw that her dog was dying of cancer and there was nothing he could do. Sissy would need to be put Down soon. We thought it was time 2 weeks ago. she lost her other dog, then husband a few days later in February. Her son took sissy to the vet here in Florida to be put down. Vet looked and said it’s not cancer and if it was she’d have already been dead. Needless to say he let an infection go and it was killing the dog. No pathology, no tests, didn’t scrape and put under a microscope. NOTHING! She’s going to live another couple years because we got her to a vet that really cares about more than $$. He had the audacity to tell her “I’ll give you more antibiotics but it won’t help.” Gave her nothing for pain. Knew mommas loss and was ok letting another dog die a very painful death. He was ready to kill an otherwise healthy dog. An extremely docile doxie. Because he didn’t do a damn thing to figure out what the issue was her flesh is dying and she’s going in for surgery on Tuesday to clean up what he had the opportunity to heal. Had he done something other than give $185 worth of shots and flea meds to a “dying dog” maybe she wouldn’t have dying flesh now. Hell, all it would have taken was stronger antibiotics. (Psst.... that’s what it took for the infection) I can’t believe he was worried about vaccinations, heart worm prevention, and fleas on a “dying dog”........ he shouldn’t be seeing animals if he wants to kill them!!! The vets here want his license pulled. I wouldn’t be surprised if one (if not both) is trying to do something about it as they are both livid. This is not a person who loves animals. It’s a person who is merely doing a “job” and nothing less. How does a trained veterinarian mistake an infection for cancer and let an animal die with no testing performed? You’ve been warned.

HORRIBLE first time experience!.I DO NOT RECOMMEND ..We arrived & not knowing about their appt “only” policy. The receptionist saw us park & immediately, came out of the building and yelled “get back in your car!”...This is a appt only clinic! We said, Okay, sorry we didn’t know. And she proceeded to yell, saying, “I’ll come out in a little while, get back in your car now!” Needless to say, we will not be back. Learn to speak to customers.

The vet is pretty good which is sad because the person up front is so rude we took our dogs elsewhere. He's not the only vet in town, so please don't act like it.

Dr Womack is an incredible vet who genuinely cares about the welfare of animals! My elderly chihuahua has a much more quality life thanks to his care. A smart, family owned business!
