What a superb animal hospital.. All personnel are the most courteous that I have had the pleasure to deal with. I also would like to extend a very special thanks a a dear friend and my personal vet, and that would be Dr Clay Clark. I or we have had him for our vet for many years and he has really helped us through some sad times we have had with 2 very special pets we had. hat an exceptional vet and individual. I called last Friday about my dog being sick and spoke to Sydney who said she would see what she could do about working her in. I never heard back. This is the second and last time that will happen. My pets are long time patients of Dr. Clark. This never happened at his practice. We won't use vca again.

Made an appointment for our cat to get his health certificate because we need it to fly with him since we are moving overseas. VCA cancelled our appointment 30 minutes prior and now it is impossible to get a new appointment on time so that we can still take our cat with us. Thanks.

Called to see if they could see my dog that has been sick since Friday and explained my regular vet was booked and could not see her and was told they were not taking on any new animals . I didn't want to get established as a new client. I just needed my dog to be seen cause she is sick She didn't say I'm sorry or anything. Very uncaring in her tone. I can understand being very busy since I work for a physician but you can be kind and caring when dealing with people.

I was extremely please with my visit today! I called around to several vets and vca was the most polite clinic that I spoke to. I was able to get a wellness check for my cat quickly. The visit itself was amazing! The vet helped me feel at ease and walked me through everything I needed to know. They were amazing with my cat. I will be coming back for a very long time! Thank you!

Called about setting up an appointment for an exotic. Receptionist I spoke to didn’t seem to take me seriously and basically said their exotics vet didn’t have time, the issues I described my pet having ‘didn’t sound right,’ and to see about a vet in the metroplex area. Luckily Colonial Park also sees exotics and we’ll be taking her there.

The employees are very helpful and the Drs. are great!!

Its a little pricey but who wouldn't want the best and they always take care of our pets like family!

The people who work here very friendly and caring. My wife lost her service dog a little bit ago. All the people involved were very supportive. And what we have never experienced they sent us a simpathy cards signed by all show us there were caring and understanding. We take all our fur babies to see them. I would never trust any other just for the service alone they are worth it to us. Thank you Callfield team. Lots of love from us to you all.

We’ve been taking our pets to this vet for as long as I’ve had pets! We’ve brought our dogs in for emergency care and the staff are always timely in their care. One day they were very busy but still managed to squeeze in time for an emergency dental surgery rather than turn my poor dog away. Brush your dogs teeth; some need more preventative care than others! Thank you for your compassionate service.

I love this place! Everyone is so nice and I feel like they really care about my pets. I would definitely recommend them to anyone seeking a place for their pets healthcare.

Love taking our animals here. Never a bad experience. Always handled professional. Whenever we go out of town we board our dogs here too, and know that they are well taken care of. For people looking for a great vet to take your babies too, look no further.

They are an amazing team. My puppy and the puppy I was watching ate some poisonous berries and they got me in right away for them to be treated.

Love how caring they are with treating our animals and they always do a great job. Our boy went for teeth cleaning, and when we got him back, his nails had also been trimmed. Thank you.

I have used VCA Animal Hospitals in other states & was not disappointed for selecting them again. Due to Covid-19 you can't go in but they kept me in the loop every step of the way with my sick kitty. Very, very nice staff.

Hands down the best vet in town. My wife's dog got sick really fast and ended up being cancer. Our vet gave us hope that he would recover. Nothing but great people here.

They seem to want to rush you out of the building. Dr. Spears seems to care more about his time than actually caring for your animal.

Very people and most importantly pet friendly. I have a large breed dog, approximately 135 lbs, that will have to be kenneled while i am in the hospital. She is very spoiled which i take full credit for and this will be the first time that we have ever been separated from each other except when i work. Not sure who it will be harder for, me or her. Have explained how spoiled she was and they reassured me that she would continue to get spoiled there. For pet parents like myself, that was just what i needed to hear. The facility is beautiful and most importantly to me, Clean and organized. Wouldn't mind staying there myself, and very reasonably priced. That was a nice surprise too. Would recommend to anyone who loves their pets and wants them pampered in their absence.

I love the folks here and they love my pets. If you need a vet, highly recommend you give them a try!
