The doctors and staff are great. I just hate that it's walk-in only. You have wait FOREVER unless it is a procedure.

I have been waiting MONTHS to write this review until we were finally free and clear from this place. If you are needing to be established with a vet in town HIGHLY RECOMMEND Simmons & Harlan. Avoid Colonial Park at all costs if you can. We were sent to Colonial Park for Dr. Tangner because he uses their facility every Thursday for surgeries. This saved us a trip to OKC and back. The cost was SLIGHTLY cheaper, but in all honesty I would have gladly paid the difference to have avoided this vet in the first place. This facility is walk in only and first come first serve. EVEN IF YOU ARE SCHEDULED FOR A SURGERY. Prepare to wait in your car for about two hours just to drop off your pet. When you pick up your pet make sure that you check that their IV has been removed or you will have to haul your pet back into their facility freshly post-op and they will have to remove it. This has not only happened once, but TWICE within a two month time span. The cost of this vet is absolutely outrageous. Need a “wound culture”? That’ll cost you $200. It’s sad that once a vet goes VCA all they seem to care about is the financial aspect and not about the community they are serving.

They were great with my Chiweenie, Missy. So competent and it was the first time I had been there in nearly 4 years due to living out of town. The entire place had been renovated and enlarged and I was Impressed.

I took my Dottie there 8 times...NO help..then did surgery noise, soft palette. Dr Tangier made the wrong decision to do the soft palate...because I was told it wasn't to long..but he did it anyway..need the money...for the remodel... I asked them if they would please keep her over night..NO..they don't have overnight stay..so took her home so scared...so the morning she throw up...so I called them told them she not doing well...so they said to bring her back...got there...called them lm here...45 minutes called back in there...oh come in...then 45 minutes later I got to a room...then 30 minutes late Dr Holly Hoffman came in..did x-rays...told me she Aspirated...told I could take her to Oklahoma or to Dallas....but she need oxygen...so they could keep her and give he iv and oxygen...never told me what kind of chance she had...so they kept her in the oxygen..by her self NO one watching her..so she died..received a bill for 822.43...so for the surgery, office visits and for her to die alone..it was over $4,000.00...I could tell you more stuff but I'm not sure if there is enough room...my heart is broken...she was only 4 1/2 months old....????

My dog died in their care and less than 2 hrs. later they called to collect on bill. Very heartless when it comes to a lost pet.

I would never go anywhere else. The best vets in town!! They have taken care of my Pomeranians for so many years. I can’t say enough good things about everyone. My star is De Bomar.

Never received a diagnosis, only tune-ups to run up the bill. I had to take my dog elsewhere to get to the bottom of his sickness. Great they to well for existing patients, not looking for new ones. Expensive and poor quality vet and lacks the knowledge to diagnosis any animal. Money, money money and No results. If you love your fur baby do not go here.

We had a small puppy that was bit from rough play with another dog. Our puppy was bleeding and was hurt pretty bad, but we did not think that he was going to pass from injury. We took him to Colonial and he had to stay at the vet overnight which was fine. What angers me is that we mainly dealt with two women (one with many arm tattoos) (the other was the vet) there that had extremely blunt personalities and passed off sad or displeasing information in the most non-chalant means of communication possible. $95 a day for their pedialyte like formula also…If you care about your animal dearly and can be shaken by bad news STAY AWAY FROM THEM. They only care if you can pay the vet costs once everything is said and done and your animal is dead and gone.

Expensive. One of the vets is inclined to order unnecessary tests and xrays, and he appears to be afraid of animals that aren't entirely docile. With the new addition, it's much more difficult to pay a non-scheduled visit. I took in one of my pets who had a respiratory ailment. Three days later, she wasn't better and when I went back, they offered me an appointment in ten days!

Saw my dog without appointment. Friendly professional staff, explained bill first, and even told me what items I should wait on if I didn't have enough funds at the moment, instead of trying to talk me into getting a bunch of stuff that was really unnecessary just so that they could get paid.

My dog was sick. Couldn't get her in with my regular vet. I called 5 other vets and they couldn't see her. Colonial was great. Very nice and took care of my Maggie.

So far I am pleased with their service. They were the only ones open on Saturday until 4pm. We wanted to get a kitten we found checked out. We showed up at 3:50pm and they accepted us and gave us a free bag of food for the kitten. Thank you.
