I can't say enough good things about the groomer Jessica. She is excellent. She takes the time to make my baby feel relaxed and safe before she starts grooming her. I trust her with my baby. She does an excellent job grooming her. She knows how to calm her when she's scared. We had a very bad experience with another groomer and my baby was terrified of getting groomed until we found Jessica. I honestly don't know what I'd do without her. Jessica treats my baby as if she was her own. I trust her so much. I never worry about my baby when I leave her with Jessica. I know my little girl is safe and will look amazing when i go back to pick her up. When I pick her up, she's always happy and her hair is cut exactly like I want. I have an 8lb Shih Tzu that wiggles whenever I try to trim her in between groomings. She refuses to let me do anything. But she loves Jessica so much that she looks like she sat still and got a perfect cut. We absolutely love Jessica. You won't be disappointed if you let Jessica groom your furbabies.

Caring doctors and staff. Walk-ins welcome but appointments are appreciated. I usually do Walk-ins because of my schedule. Driving a truck over the road, I don't always know when I can come in. I try to call in advance for refills on medication but if my baby is not feeling good, for any reason, I will rush her in when I am home. Usually its nothing, an upset tummy, depressed because she got in trouble, but better safe than sorry. They get me in very fast, reasonable on pricing too. (They are not Marina) (I say this because prices are a little higher here. I have 2 my oldest goes to Marina, its a comfort thing for her) my new baby goes here, started as a recommendation from the person she was purchased from, we are here for her life time.

The vet thinks that be is hod and above the law. I wouldn't take a flea to him. Best Friends is mutch better, and so is Sheridan Road Vet clinic.

I have interacted with them for over two years, they are professional, caring and kind to the animals and people that visit them. The truly care about animals and are attentive to them while in their care, and follow-up after treatment. The are always available and are willing to help when they can and willing to go the extra mile for them and their owners. They are also very honest to owners and true to the animals they treat. Really caring people.

Bridget is an amazing groomer! If you have a long haired cat that needs groomed, 100% recommend her. Only cost me around $55 for brush and bath!

Friendly staff who were warm AND professional! I was allowed to stay with my dog instead of having to hand him off when he was in pain and needed his pack.

We have been going to Dr. P for about 15 years now. He takes time to really get into your furry friends/family lives to make sure you understand what is going on with your pets. Always great service and dedicated staff! Boarding service is great with the special rooms and the the dog runs.

Dr. Prisinzano and his team did a great job taking care of my cat's dental cleaning! They were communicative and patient with all of my questions, and they scheduled a same-day appointment for us after she got sick from her post-cleaning antibiotics. I'm planning on going back for her future cleanings and loving on their office cats some more!

Amazing!! Maddie, Rae, Chris and Dr. P all provided great service for my little geriatric dog. You can tell the people that work here like working here and that really shows in how they take care of you and your pet. They genuinely care about you and your pet. Dr. P took the time to explain everything to me and answered my million questions. So glad I found Tulsa General Veterinary Hospital!!

Dr. P saved the life of our German Shepherd when another vet advised us to put her down! We would have lost our beloved dog of 6 years from a serious bite and would have been stuck with a $10,000 ER vet bill if it wasn't for Dr. P, his wife Laura, and the entire staff at Tulsa General. They treat and attend to our pets as if they were their own family members! I can truly say this place loves the animals and the science of healing more than taking the customer to the bank. I can't thank everyone there enough for their life saving measures, knowledge, and compassion. Not to mention a BEAUTIFULLY decorated, IMMACULATE, comfortable and affordable vet hospital that also offers boarding and all other vet services for your very important 4 legged family member. Also so convenient, right in front of Academy at 81st & 169. Thanks Dr. P!

When i moved to Tulsa in 2015 i didn't know of a good vet. My lil boy Baxter developed a bad UTI from being Diabetic and Dr. P did the best job for my lil boy and myself as well. To add i almost lost Baxter a couple years later and Dr. P did everything to help him and he did recover. I recently moved back to OKC but I'm making the 1.5 hour drive because of the care that Dr. P and his staff provide. The 1.5 hour drive one way is WELL worth my lil boy's well being and health.

Caring and thoughtful to the pet and the owner

Bridgett spent the entire day today (7 and a half hours) de-matting my geriatric cat. My cat is very old and fragile and because of this she had stopped grooming herself. She was entirely matted on her back and under sides. I was at a loss for how to help her but Bridget helped find a solution. She took many breaks to help my cat de-stress and it was all done without anesthesia (my request and wish as she is so old and not able to handle being under). She told me to make the appointment on a day she knew the animals coming in wouldn’t be too loud and create a stressful environment. I’m so thankful to Bridgett for taking the time to help my cat feel so much better and doing it without sedation!!

Dr. P & Samantha were AWESOME!! Super clean too. I will definitely be coming back!
