I took my cat in when he seemed off. They did a full check up on him and were very good at explaining what was going on to me. I will continue to go back for all of my needs. Overall great service thanks to Susie and Dr. Callison!!!!!!

We had to have our pup neutered and years prior to now we had 2 great dogs and Paw Prints was their vets office. So now, I couldn't think of anybody else I wanted to treat our fur baby. During his surgery I was kept informed about everything. There were some issues with his teeth and before doing anything I was called and asked if I wanted those issues taken care of now since he was already sedated or bring him back and take care of it at a later time. Since they sedate pets during teeth work we got it taken care of right away instead of sedating him again. Very professional and friendly staff. They were all so good to our pup. He was groomed and looked like a completely different dog. I definitely would recommend anyone looking for a a good vet to go to Paw Prints. Dr Wynter is wonderful as well as the staff. Also their prices are very reasonable. Also the clinic is clean and when you walk in you can't even smell any bad smells like feces or urine. In my opinion if a vets office stinks I would worry about my pup getting an infection.

This place is a joke! I took my cat there because she was diagnosed with stomatitis and after trying different things for about a year, it came down to having to extract some if not all of her teeth. After going there for the initial visit, Dr Callison wanted to have blood work done to make sure my cat was safe to undergo surgery which of course made sense. During the blood test, My husband gets a phone call by them saying they wanted to do a FIV test and a leukemia test. My husband let’s them know that our cat does not have FIV and she has been checked for that before as well as our other 2 cats who are all indoor cats and don’t go outside at all. Dr Callison apparently didn’t believe him and wants to do this test so I end up calling the office to let Dr Callison know we have checked her for this before and she doesn’t have it. Again, she’s very adamant that it could have laid dormant for awhile. After spending 300 dollars on our cats labwork finding out our cat DOES NOT have FIV or leukemia, we wait another week and a half for Dr Callison to work up a treatment plan. During this week and a half, I’m calling the office to figure out what is taking so long with the treatment plan and no one at the office has any answers besides for “Dr Callison is working on it”. At this point in time my cat has started not to eat because her stomatitis is flaring up and causing sores in her mouth and I am having to feed her baby food to get something in her stomach. I finally get a phone call back from the receptionist at the office stating that Dr Callison does not feel comfortable doing the surgery on our cat and has also has spoke to her apparent colleagues who agree and wants to send us to a specialist. It took a week and a half to figure that out??? The day before that phone call, I already booked an appointment with Dr Russell at The Vetinary Dental Center who got me in the next day for a consult and my cat got full mouth extractions done that week. Dr Russell is amazing, definitely recommend him but Dr Callison is a joke and doesn’t know right from left. This place was terrible!

I boarded my dogs through Paw Prints on multiple occasions without incident. However, the last time they kept the dogs, the office staff overcharged me for the boarding (charged vet's house pricing versus office pricing). Additionally, they didn't follow the instructions and left a harness on one of the dogs full time. This caused an issue because my dog chewed through the harness requiring it to be replaced. When I spoke with the office staff, I was told to come to the office in the afternoon to be reimbursed with cash. I worked afternoons and couldn't make it. Any time I went in I was told to come back later for cash. Finally I gave up going in and just decided to leave it as a credit for the next boarding. We haven't needed boarding services for several months, so I called the office to ask for a check for the refund/reimbursement. The office staff has changed, so when they told me they needed to research I understood. I had to make multiple return calls before I finally got a response - and it was completely unexpected. The office staff admitted that our file shows we were over-charged, and they even had the original receipt from the replacement harness purchase. However, they refused to provide a refund. I asked why I was not being refunded even when the file indicated I was overcharged and there were notes and receipts for the harness reimbursement. I was told that Dr Callison and her husband were unaware of the over-charge and the office staff who made the original reimbursement/refund offer was no longer employed. Because of these, I was told I could only receive credit towards future veterinary services. I reiterated that the file had notes from the time indicating that I was due a refund. I was again told that since the vet had never been told of this they would not honor the refund but would only offer credit for future services.

$200 for full flea treatment on a single cat. Ridiculous. I'm fairly certain we were double charged for at least one of the medications, or at least it wasn't clearly communicated what the price would be before any decisions were made. It wasn't until we got the first bill that we learned it was going to be $150, but after that was paid they said we just had to swing by and pick up the medication that was ordered later the next week. Went to do so and it was another $50. Update: upon further inspection, not only did they double charge us for the medicine, they charged us for something they didn't even do in the first place. And the flea medicine they recommended was basically a copy paste of Frontline Plus, except $50 rather than $25. And they tricked us into paying $100 for it. I retract my last star to give them the lowest possible rating. Paw Prints is a scam, and a scam that preys on people trying to help their sick pets is the worst kind of scam. This place needs to be shut down.
